Staff sombong dan belagak , I book 25 room , Ask for 1 room early check in and will pay the charges , also cant, Even 10 minute before 2.00 pm also cant give me even 1 room . Very bad service and unfriendly staff . All reception must attend friendly an good service class .

The room was nice and clean and spacious parking.

We have been staying at your hotel since 2022, and this is the first time we have experienced such an issue. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was dirty, and the water was not clean or clear, which was disappointing.

We have stayed at this hotel many times as it is located close to the airport and offers ( normally) everything you need. A comfortable bed, a working AC, a shower with reasonable water pressure, etc.,…. However, this time around we got a room with a non- functional refrigerator. When alerting staff to the problem I was told this is not a refrigerator, but a minibar…..????? Which should also be cold for water and other drinks. Long story short…. this problem was not resolved over the course of 4 days, which was disappointing. Equally disappointing is the hotel‘s Internet system which requires a login and password every time you touch your phone. Even though the system offers the option to remember the login it does not work. I am not sure why this system has to be so difficult and user unfriendly…..note to management…..fix it!!!!!

Swimming pool water is very dirty

The property was just okay

They didn't clean the pool until it's green and full of algae. Booked the hotel for the pool but got disappointed. Hotel should provide iron on every floor, so we dont have to bring our clothes to iron next to the reception desk.

Great environment, hotel was very clean and beautiful. All facilities are good. Room was fully equipped and very clean and comfortable. Staff was superb friendly.

Water heater pressure could be improved

The facilities and room is very nice. This hotel is new and very clean. Nearby to the hotel got 2 halal restaurants and the foods is delicious.

Soap was run out, light bulb is non functioning as expected. Shower head is dirty. Seems there is lack of maintenance.

Bath towel is not available upon arrival. Do check with front desk staff says no more available but they managed to get it after some complaints was done.

The Hotel services is like a 5 star services, they have pool as well. The parking are quite spacious. It was far from hussle city so you won't hear any voice pollution.

The location is quite far from the centre of Hatyai, about 13-15mins. The restaurant under the hotel did not open so quite hard to get your meals.

Friendly staff, good service, drinking water, toilet rolls, shower caps, and cotton bud being provided daily, which is very helpful for us, much appreciated.

Toilet was smelly, noticed dust on some room's corners as well.
