It is quite noisy because of the intersection under the rooms, but we could sleep despite the fact. It would be good if the shower had also a normal head, not only rainshower.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Me gustó la habitación en general, súper limpia y muy bien decorada. Además el alojamiento está muy cerca del centro, a 5 minutos caminando. El desayuno tampoco está mal.
El colchón de la habitación me pareció incomodísimo, súper duro y muy fino. Me dolía la espalda al levantarme. Deberían renovarlos y ponerlos de mejor calidad.

Apartament z kuchnią bardzo przyjemny i dobrze wyposażony. Personel bardzo pomocny, szybka komunikacja. Dziękuję za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Gorąco polecam!

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Beautiful room in a secure and convenient location. Check in was easy and could leave /pick up bags with ease. Right by the main strip and bus stops to beach and airport right outside.
Some morning noise from breakfast could be heard through the adjoining wall but not for long.

parte di olbia molto tralasciata che ti fa sentire poco al sicuro se torni la sera tardi, la cucina è nelle foto ma non si può utilizzare né per cucinare né per mettere alimenti in frigorifero e in più non si può portare nessun tipo di alimento nella camera anche se confezionato per via di un problema di formiche (come se le formiche aprissero le confezioni) comunque tutte informazioni date al check-in fatto, che avrebbe fatto comodo sapere prima magari, la camera non aveva nemmeno un boiler o una macchinetta per il caffè che al giorno d’oggi si trovano in ogni B&B o comunque avrebbe fatto piacere averle

Ils nous ont interdit de ne pas manger dans l’établissement inclus dans la chambre. Après notre demande de ne pas entrer dans la chambre pour nettoyage, à notre absence ils entraient sans notre consentement pour contrôler si on avais mangé dans la chambre et si l’air conditionné était allumé, ils éteignaient.

2 etasjer med lange trapper. Ringte på dør ute,renholder gav nøkler til rommet,hun hjalp med koffertene. 👍Hun kunne ikke engelsk.Frokost,kaffe(ikke klart 08 som loft). Smurte hvert vårt rundstk. ,spiste 1 yoghurt før vi måtte dra pga.flyavgang. Lite rom og bad,men rent og fint👍. Mulig å spise på terrassen,men bakgården var forferdelig rotete. Men den syntes bare da man kikket over gelender. Terrassen lå 2 etg.opp.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Las instalaciones están muy bien, la habitación es amplía y cómoda. Todos los días hacían limpieza en la habitación y nos cambiaron también las toallas. El desayuno súper bien, los croissants están riquísimos y Pier es muy atento y está pendiente de que no falte nada. Tienen disponibles sombrillas de playa y esterilla para que las puedas usar, nos vino genial durante los días que estuvimos allí. Puedes encontrar aparcamiento por las calles de alrededor.
Si tuviera que decir algo es que el espacio de la ducha es un poco pequeño pero nada más.

Die parksituation war etwas schwierig, es gibt zwar freie Stellplätze aber man benötigt etwas Glück und Geduld bis man einen findet

Le petit déjeuner (produits périmés, sorties des produits laitiers du frigo (+2h) puis remis pour le buffet suivant chaque matin) . Produits non couvert rangé dans des armoires en bois et réutilisé tout le long du séjour. Lait périmés ( j ai vomis) car la chaîne du froid n est pas respectée. Le personnel qui se dispute des le matin devant les clients. Beaucoup de bruit car rue passante.

Aussicht auf den Hinterhof ( aber da kann der Besitzer nichts dafür !) Vermisst haben wir bei den warmen Temperaturen einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Auch die Möglichkeit auf Kaffee oder Tee wäre schön ( nachmittags) Lage an einer Kreuzung und Bahnlinie ist schon grenzwertig aber im Zimmer nach hinten war es ruhig.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Czysto w pokoju, ręczniki wymieniane na bieżąco, Pani sprzątała w pokoju, dodawano nowy papier toaletowy. Lokalizacja w miarę dobra, do centrum trzeba podejść około 10 minut. Dobra klimatyzacja. W pokoju od podwórka było cicho, ale po otwarciu okna dolatywał zapach z kebaba.
Brak małej lodówki w pokoju, brak szklanek czy talerzyków. Po przyjeździe nie ma możliwości napić się wody. W lodowce w kuchni na piętrze można schować jedynie napoje. Więc niczego na kolację na następny dzień nie można było przechować.

Very convenient location for taking the bus to and from the airport, and a short walk to the main tourist pedestrian area. Unfortunately we had to leave early for our flight so couldn’t enjoy to breakfast buffet.

Parcheggio facile nelle vie intorno. Colazione varia e abbondante ad un prezzo veramente conveniente. Il signor Giuseppe, fratello di Pier, gentilissimo e a completa disposizione.
Nulla, ma voglio precisare che per accedere alle stanze c'è solo la scala, non ascensore

La disponibilità di parcheggio risulta limitata.

Reviewed May 17, 2026A localização central próxima à Corso Umberto I foi um ponto positivo, pois era muito agradável caminhar pela região até a orla, com várias lojas, cafés e restaurantes por perto.
O quarto era confortável, porém tinha um cheiro de ambiente fechado/abafado. Mesmo usando spray de óleo essencial, o cheiro ainda era perceptível sempre que entrávamos no quarto. Também tivemos duas situações desagradáveis durante a estadia. Na descrição consta “estacionamento gratuito”, mas na prática não existe estacionamento, deve-se parar na rua. Como a região é bastante movimentada e difícil para estacionar, muitas vezes foi necessário parar longe da hospedagem. Para quem viaja com muitas malas ou equipamentos, como nós, isso acaba sendo bastante inconveniente. Além disso, escolhemos esta hospedagem também porque informava incluir café da manhã. No check-in, o próprio Giuseppe nos mostrou onde seria a colazione e, no primeiro dia, foi ele mesmo quem nos serviu o café da manhã. Portanto, caso houvesse algum equívoco na reserva, ele já poderia ter nos avisado naquele momento. Porém, na manhã seguinte, enquanto estávamos entrando para o café, fomos informados na frente de outros hóspedes que o café não estava incluído e que precisaríamos pagar 10 euros por pessoa pelo dia anterior. A situação foi constrangedora e desconfortável, principalmente porque ele tinha nosso WhatsApp e poderia ter esclarecido isso de forma privada antes, evitando a exposição diante de outros hóspedes. Acreditamos que houve falta de clareza nas informações da reserva e na comunicação durante o check-in.

The B& B itself is lovely, there's a nice eating area & a balcony where you can eat & sit out in the evenings. My room was a good size, nicely laid out & very clean. I interacted a little with the owner by phone & he was very friendly & helpful. A big shout out to Giuseppe who seems to be the resident manager, he is super helpful & is the Perfect host. I recommend 100%.
As its in the middle of the town it can be a bit noisy but its great location outweighs this aspect.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Bardzo dobra lokalizacja ! Pokoje czyste i przytulne. Duży taras na którym można palić jeśli ktoś pali. Można wypić piwko, lub kawkę. Śniadanie pyszne wszystko świeże codziennie. Bułeczki , szynka, ser żółty, przepyszne croassainty, świeżo wyciskany sok z pomarańczy. Pyszna kawka! Zaraz po wyjściu z budynku są przystanki autobusowe. Linia 2 i 10 zabierze Was na lotnisko . Możecie autobusem dojechać do Palau i na wiele plaży ! Obok Jest bardzo dobra pizza La Tigella. Kawałek drogi do Lidla . Polecam taką trasę gdyż mija się ładny park i zaraz obok mają pyszne gelato z wysoka ocena. Gelateria La pecora nera. Lokalizacja super - na piechotę do centrum, na deptak. Wiele sklepików z pamiątkami wokół La Casa Di Pier mają niższe ceny niż te bliżej centrum . Polecam to miejsce !

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Chambre silencieuse donnant sur la cour intérieure. Tout près de la gare et du centre ville. Parking sécurisé tout près pour notre voiture avec tente sur le toit, petit déjeuner délicieux. Pier est très sympa discret et A l'écoute. A recommander.

W okolicy jest bardzo głośno przez całą noc. Polecam zatyczki do uszu
