Walaupun ia sebuah budget hotel di pekan Pontian, saya benar-benar terkejut dengan tahap keselesaannya. Asalnya cuma saya yang menginap disini kemudian lagi 4 keluarga dari rombongan kami berpindah dari hotel mereka kesini. Bilik sangat bersih, alas katil selesa, aircond memang top notch, dan pancuran air sangat kuat serta dilengkapi heater yang berfungsi dengan baik. Semuanya membuatkan pengalaman menginap terasa lebih selesa daripada yang dijangkakan. Terima kasih yang tidak terhingga atas layanan mesra dan hospitality yang diberikan, terutamanya kepada Supervisor Syamsul. Beliau sangat profesional, prihatin dan sentiasa membantu. Begitu juga dengan semua staf yang lain [dari shift pagi hingga ke shift malam] — ramah, baik hati dan sentiasa bersedia menghulurkan bantuan. InsyaAllah, jika ke Pontian lagi, inilah hotel yang akan menjadi pilihan saya. Terima kasih! 🌸

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Clean and pacious room. For a small 3 star hotel, surprised to find they provided disposable toothbrushes and bedroom slippers . Located in old part of Pontian but convenience stores, fast food restaurants and small cafes all within walking distance
We are 2 friends sharing a double bed (no more twins) and I am not happy that I have to pay extra RM5 PER NIGHT for an extra duvet which hotels usually provide for free 😒 Only 3 free parking spaces in front of hotel. If you can't get these space, you'll have to park at public parking spaces nearby. Can buy parking coupons from frontvdesk.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Extremely disappointing stay—not worth the money To be honest, this hotel is not cheap, but I was deeply disappointed with my stay. The building itself looks dated and unappealing. To make matters worse, I was assigned a room facing the main road. All night long, I was tortured by the roaring sounds of motorcycles and the constant door chime from the 7-Eleven across the street. I barely got a wink of sleep. On top of that, the facilities inside the room were very old and worn out. It is absolutely not worth the price.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Clean and near many eating places. Hotel is a converted shophouse lot with many public parking lots in front. Free parking during some days/hours. Can buy parking coupons from reception. Around 60cent per hour.
No lift. Street in from of the hotel is not very busy. But late a night, there will be random noisy motorcycle passing waking me from slumber.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025Staff mesra pelanggan. Bilik bersih. Bilik air bersih. Tilam n bantal ok. Depan hotel ada 7 eleven. Shower heater bilik yang saya bermalam rosak. Keesokan hari inform pihak hotel. Mereka terus tukarkan bilik lain. Saya akan stay hotel ini lagi bila ke pontian.
Kebanyakan bilik di level 1 dan 2. Sukar sikit untuk naik tangga bagi yg tidak larat naik tangga. Parking lot x byk.

Lift is not available in the hotel. Floor drainage in the bathroom can be improved as water does not flow to the drain hole.
