Excellent location, so close to walk everywhere. It was spacious enough for our family of 4.

כמה פעמים פשוט לא היו מים חמים. יצרנו קשר עם איש הקשר והוא סידר אך לקח זמן למים לחזור. החלומות לא אטומים וכאמור מדובר באיזור שוקק עם מוזיקה בקולי קולות.

Trop bruyant ! À côté de bars musicaux : impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin ! Et le lit pour mon fils de 17 ans pas adapté !

El barri és a l’hora el millor i el pitjor que té. És bonic i molt viu, però al mateix temps molt sorollós.

Mala insonorització, a la nit costa dormir per un restaurant que hi ha al costat que posa la música molt alta fins la una de la nit.

Close to everything, great for our family!

The property is exactly what shown in their profile, it is clean, well located, and it has spacious rooms. In our case with a terrace. Everything is automated so no interaction with the staff.

Informazioni precise e tempestive. Ottima posizione e comoda la struttura. Consigliatissimo.

Just what we wanted. It's location is close to all Athens attractions. Our room had plenty os space with a large deck.

The cleanliness of the apartment. Was able to accommodate our fanily of 4 comfortably.

The doors to bedroom were sticking so it cause alot of noise when getting up the the evening waking others. I read the other reviews of the noise level from the street area. Did not realize it was it was very loud. I understood it was mostly weekends and unfortunately we just happen to have stayed Friday night.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a great accommodation option for a group of friends, located in an excellent area with plenty of entertainment, restaurants, and shops right in the center of Athens. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the Booking photos. We also found it very convenient that both the building and the apartment could be accessed using codes instead of keys, especially since we were a group of six people.

The only minor downside, particularly for larger groups, is the bathroom. It is quite small and has some issues with water spilling outside during use. Moving around inside the bathroom is not very comfortable, and it would have been much more practical if it had a shower instead of a bathtub. Nothing else!

Gražus ir tvarkingas kambarys. Patogi lova ir patalynė. Nemokama kava ir vanduo buvo geras bonusas. Terasa gera, bet deja vaizdas iš jos nekoks. Vieta labai gera, bet naktį kiek triukšminga, nes šalia daug barų ir restoranų. Personalas buvo labai paslaugus. Iš esmės viskas patiko

Great locatio,. clean, quiet, enough space, very nice porch to sit at. The only bad thing was there was no hot water for shower at night (afternoon and morning there was). Second thing is there was a smell of some chemical liquid or something inside the room (I did not recognize the source nor the material). Besides it was excellent, very helpful in storing luggage after checkout, the digital key worked very good, thanks!!

De ligging is fantastisch. Alles op loopafstand. Het appartement is erg schoon. Schoonmaakster komt dagelijks.

De keuken was matig uitgerust: geen broodmes of ander goed mesje bijvoorbeeld. Zoals bij eerdere reviews aangegeven was er inderdaad veel geluid aan de voorzijde van het appartement. Oordopjes meenemen.

Foarte multa galagie seara pana tarziu in noapte de la restaurantele de pe strada, muzica era exagerat de tare dat volumul.

Emplacement exceptionnel. À côté de tous les sites majeurs à visiter. On peut tout faire à pieds. Appartement spacieux et confortable. Le ménage est fait régulièrement.

Deux nuits on a eu la musique très forte des bars juste en bas. Et c'est très bruyant.

It was in a very good location. The staff was very helpful.

The central heating wasn't working. Still though, there was an air condition, but it made the air dry.

Central location,modern and had all you need except for some chairs for the balcony.Very well positioned and close to all the important spots, so you could access them by foot. They clean the apartment every day which is nice.Even if it is small,you have an elevator which is really usefull. Maybe they can improve the lighting of the apartment as it seemed a little dark if you close the blinds of the windows.

I won't say thst this is bad but: -There was a cat that cryed all night and almost all day in the building next to ours.I don't know if during the year is the same,but the uninhabitted building next to the location,as you are looking from the street to your right, must be the shelter for some abandoned cats that cryed all night. -The parking in the area is not possible only in some private parkings,very crowded and you had to let them the key of your car during the park,that for me was not so comfy. -The fact that you are adised not to throw the paper in the toilet could be unpleasent. -

Die absolut perfekte Lage mitten im Ausgehviertel, die Metro nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt

Wir waren 3 Nächte und am Sonntag wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt, jede Nacht bis 2-3 Uhr am Morgen Lärm von den Partys ( hat uns nicht gestört, wir haben mitgefeiert)

Prima bed en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf. Ruime kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Je kunt letterlijk met twee stappen van de voordeur aan tafel zitten bij een goed Grieks restaurant.

Douche had een minimale waterstraal die niet heel warm was.

Perfect location. We love Athens and more specifically Psyri! There is so much to see and do within a short proximity to the accommodation that you will end up not spending much time there. The air con did the job and the WiFi was reliable. Lots of space as well. The staff came in and cleaned without us even noticing, much appreciated.

The balcony is a bit of a tight squeeze, don't expect to sit out there for breakfast. A few door knobs could benefit with repair. The shower is also pretty cramped but has good pressure.

Door handle fell off and even after they said they would come to fix it they didn’t. And my daughter to stuck in bathroom for a while. Noisy at night for bedrooms facing the Main Street. Shower was narrow and not safe.

We really enjoyed our stay in Athens at UrbanStay. The hotel is in the center of activity. A plethora of restaurants are close by. It’s within easy walking distance to Plaka, the Acropolis, the Parthenon and the famous flea market. If we’re ever in Athens again, we’ll choose UrbanStay.

1- A little of maintenance for a a small things like the hanger towel in the small bathroom is broken . 2- the flush toilet in the big bathroom should repair it cause always water leakage inside the toilet.

Muy sucio. Las puertas del baño no se cerraban, la puerta de entrada se podría abrir con un golpe, mucho ruido por las noches con la música de los bares muy alta, los sofás y sillones sucios sin funda, las sillas de las habitaciones llenas de manchas, paredes también sucias, la esponja para limpiar platos con cosas incrustadas y sábanas con pelos. No lo recomiendo para familias.

L'animation dans les rues était tellement forte que le bruit peut déranger ceux qui recherche le repos. Personnellement nous avons beaucoup apprécié dormir dans un environnement bruyant de musique

⸻ The apartment is centrally located, near the Chabad House.

‏t has two bedrooms, but one of the rooms does not have air conditioning only a ceiling fan. ‏In the July heat of Athens, that’s simply not enough. ‏The living room has a small AC unit that isn’t really sufficient, and most of the time it was quite hot. ‏It’s also important to note that on weekends, there is extremely loud noise from the bars downstairs until the early hours of the morning — making it impossible to sleep. ‏At some point, we ended up moving one of the mattresses into the inner bedroom and slept there together.

The location of the hotel is ideal: centrally located but still in a safe area which is amazing. There's a pub down the street which can stay until 2 am but this is expected when you wanna stay in the center. The apartment is spacious and clean. The complimentary water was nice too. Overall I'll definitely go back when I visit Athens again.

These are minor issues but I'll mention them. It took us some time to get the right code for the door but the host was very responsive and it worked out eventually. It would've been nice if there was a tissue box, a towel in the bathroom, AC in the sscond bedroom. But overall all of these don't influence the good stay we had at the place.

very specious and clean apart in an amazing location. comfortable bed and a good team. when i needed something they responded very fast. they came nocking on the door to ask if i need anything in the apart. they even gave us toilette papers in a big quantity to accommodate us and left us cold water in the fridge which was very helpful after long travel. at the end they even arrange for our taxi very reliable on time. i thank you and definitely will come back

Location was great, able to walk everywhere. The apartment has great configuration for a larger group. 2 bathrooms are excellent.

It does get very noisy on some nights. An iron would be really good to have in the property too.
