We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and really liked it so we came back. Great location, super friendly staff, beautiful and comfy rooms. We also got a breakfast to go when we had to leave really early, which was a really nice gesture.

The staff was so friendly, the location was incredible and the room was very nice and comfortable. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was wonderful. The small boutique hotel was in the heart of the city near the Acropolis and close to the Metro as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping in a pedestrian street. Very lively nightlife!

The stairs were up two flights to get to the elevator. They did have a chair lift if someone absolutely needed it though.

The staff at reception were first class .... Helped with our luggage up the stairs to our room. You step out of the hotel door straight into the hub of life/restaurants/bars. We had very good breakfast in the great looking restaurant below the hotel. Efharisto poli :-) Great rooftop area with tables and chairs and views of the Acropolis/churches and the streets below :-) Yamas :-)

Great location in the heart of Athens. Staff extremely helpful and friendly organising taxis when required. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and was perfect for one night stop over. We booked a small suite which was perfect for the one night and if you were travelling on your own. For more nights than one you may want to consider booking a bigger suite. Breakfast was also lovely and you had a menu to choose instead of the normal buffet which was also lovely.

La posizione è perfetta per girare la città ! Vicino alla metro Monastiriaki . Materasso bello rigido e comodo . Rooftop carino ma non ci fai la colazione , ci sono tavolini e puoi usarli , ma è poco sfruttabile così . ( perché la colazione si fa al ristorante di sotto , che comunque è abbastanza buona ! ) Ragazze all’ingresso molto disponibili !

Camera basica senza finestra , anche se l’abbiamo pagata più di 100 a notte ! Lenzuola non nuovissime e giurerei non troppo pulite . In generale niente di che , non ci tornerei .

We had a wonderful stay. The staff went far and beyond to help us, and was always available with small signs of attention and care. There was everything needed for our stay -we were traveling on our way to some islands. The roof top is nice and very convenient with a great view to the Partenon, beautifully lit in the evening. The street in front is lively and full of places to eat. The location is also near to the Monastiraki metro station which is convenient both to the way to/from airport as well as to/from Piraeus.

The only thing I did quite like.was the shower in a cabin right in the room - but maybe it was only in our room and due to limited space. Not a deal breaker. Still we had a great stay.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, a pesar de que la habitación aún no estaba lista, nos hicieron la vida muy fácil: dejamos las maletas y nos indicaron que se pondrían en contacto con nosotros en cuanto estuviera disponible. Al regresar para hacer el check-in, el trato fue excepcional. Nos ofrecieron agua fresca y, aunque nuestra reserva no incluía el desayuno, nos invitaron a desayunar durante los dos días que duró la estancia, además de darnos un 10 % de descuento en el restaurante por si queríamos pedir algo más. Por si fuera poco, en el rooftop nos invitaron a una bebida para disfrutar de las vistas espectaculares que tiene la terraza. Las instalaciones están impecables: todo súper limpio, muy cuidado y con un ambiente muy acogedor. El personal destaca por estar siempre pendiente de cada detalle y por su amabilidad constante. Como guinda del pastel, el día de nuestra salida nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano y nos dejaron el desayuno preparado para llevar. Fue una experiencia redonda. Sin duda, si volvemos a Atenas, repetiremos en este hotel.

Central location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful and quiet roof terrace, clean room and comfortable amenities. The staff was so nice, they packed us a breakfast in the middle of the night as we left for a 5am flight.

Loud in general, being so central means you hear the music and chatter until late, and if you end up in a room by the elevator's lower exit, you will be hearing the constant traffic. On the bright side, I had a lot of things to do in Athens and it got me up bright and early!

חדרים גדולים, מיקום מצויין במדרחוב ליד הארמו, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת במסעדת טברנה מתחת למלון, מיטות נוחות, חדר מאווזר במקרר עם בקבוקי מים חינם, פינת קפה עם מכונת קפה נספרסו, כל יום מנקים ומסדרים. מאוד נהננו מהשהיה, הולכים ברגל לכל מקום, צוות קבלה נהדר.

צריך לעלות קומה אחת במדרגות אחר כך יש מעלית, לנו זה פחות הפריע.

The staff and owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle to beach was out with someone else so the owner gave my family a ride. Room and common areas are all very clean. Close to airport and down town, easy drive. Would recommend for kids or no kids.

Thank you for the absolutely wonderful welcome and exceptional hospitality! The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and that every wish is taken care of. The location is fantastic — right on one of the main streets of Athens! Our room had an absolutely breathtaking view of the Acropolis and the Parthenon — something we could never get tired of seeing! Although the street is very lively and bustling, it is pedestrian-only, so there is no traffic noise. The high-quality double-glazed balcony doors and windows also do an excellent job of keeping out the sounds of the crowds, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was a real blessing during the hot Greek summer, keeping the room pleasantly cool. Breakfast is served at the fantastic Taverna restaurant on the first floor. It is a very stylish and welcoming place, offering generous portions of delicious, freshly prepared food, with plenty of options to choose from according to your taste. For our child’s birthday, we kindly asked the hotel staff (together with the wonderful Taverna team), to arrange a birthday cake for us! Our waiter even played “Happy Birthday” — it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. ❤️ This is a memory our child will cherish for the rest of their life. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making our stay and this special birthday moment so unforgettable. We are truly happy and incredibly grateful! This is without a doubt a place we will return to. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to come back! ❤️

One of the best value-for-money hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The stairs look a little scary at first 😄, but the rooms are absolutely amazing. We didn’t even have breakfast included, but since we were leaving early, they kindly prepared a small breakfast for us. They also left some lovely little gifts. Such a thoughtful and welcoming place. Highly recommended

Todo, especialmente la ubicación y la atención del Personal. La habitación estaba muy limpia y muy bien equipada.

Muy céntrico para visitar Atenas. El personal de recepción muy amable. Nos daban pequeñas botellas de agua de cortesía cuando queríamos. El desayuno es en el restaurante de abajo, podías pedir un plato caliente, un café y un zumo, correcto.

Muchísimo ruido en la habitación procedente de la calle. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle principal que está repleta de bares y restaurantes que cierran tarde. Si quieres dormir y eres de sueño ligero mejor buscar otra opción o pregunta por habitaciones que den a la parte de atrás. Te dejan unos tapones para los oídos entre las amenities, con eso te lo digo todo... Para acceder al hotel hay un primer tramo de escaleras empinados, hasta llegar al ascensor que está en el primer piso. Deberían mejorar dos temas en el lavabo: primero, cuando tiras de la cadena del WC, se moja toda la tapa y taza con el agua de la cisterna (muy poco higiénico) y cuando te duchas, al no tener mampara cerrada el agua sale toda fuera de la ducha y moja el suelo. No entiendo porque no tienen mamparas que cubren toda la duchas.

The staff was so kind. They were accommodating to an early check in and on our check out morning we left early and they made sure they were at the desk with a to go breakfast packed for us and recommendations for places to go and eat on the next island we were heading to. They went above and beyond and were so grateful for their hospitality.

Me complico un poco q el primer tramo es por escalera, para subir las maletas.

Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile a tutte le informazioni . La camera completa di tutto ciò che che serve . La mattina ci hanno preparato la colazione poichè dovevamo partire presto e hanno anche chiamato il taxi per arrivare in tempo all'aereoporto . La posizione era comodissima vicina alla metro e al centro . Abbiamo dimenticato una cosa e subito ci hanno avvisato per restitiuirla , e a fine soggiorno ci hanno regalato degli omaggi. Stiamo stati solo un giorno ma speriamo di tornarci .

Niente tutto perfetto

El hotel está situado a 3 minutos de la plaza monastiraki, en una calle con restaurantes y zona de bares, pero el acristalamiento de las habitaciones hace que no se escuchen ruidos. Andando a menos de 10 minutos de la zona de Plaka, con sus tiendas, restaurantes y acceso al acropolis. El hotel se encuentra en una zona perfecta. El personal del hotel muy muy atento y simpatico, intentando ayudar en todo lo que pueden. El hotel se encuentra encima de un restaurante donde te dan de desayunar (no buffet, es una carta), pero tienen muchas cosas a elegir y muy completo. Para las cenas o comidas, estando en el hotel te ofrecen un 15% de descuento y los platos estan bien. A la llegada nos regalaron una botella de vino griego como detalle el cual puedes disfrutar en la terraza que el hotel tiene en plan planta superior (se sube con ascensor o por escaleras), la cual es muy tranquila y aunque de refilon se pueden sacar buenas fotos del acropolis de noche. Si una noche no te apetece cenar con bullicio o rodeado de gente, puedes comprar lo que sea fuera y cenar tranquilamente en la terraza sin ser molestado. Tambien hay opcion de pedir la cena del restaurante en la terraza....pero despues de unos dias de dieta griega, suele apetecer parar un poco....y dar descanso al estomago). en nuestro caso, agradecer que el atendia la recepcion hablaba un español mas que correcto y fue muy simpatico y agradable. El resto de personas que nos atendieron, un ingles perfecto y tambien con ganas de ayudar y facilitar las cosas

En nuestro caso viajabamos 4 personas (dos adultos y dos "niños" de 16 y 12 años.....la habitacion para 4 personas queda un poco pequeña. estaba compuesta por una cama de matrimonio muy grande (2m x 2m) y un sofa cama tambien grande... en nuestro caso lo solucionamos haciendo que la pequeña de 12 años durmiera con nosotros y dejando al de 16 en el sofa cama. Quizas este sea el punto mas negativo o a tener en cuenta...para otras familias de 2 o 3 componentes, sin problema. Hay que tener en cuenta, que si vas a Atenas, la habitacion solo la (deberias) tocar para dormir....lo demas es patear y conocer esta ciudad, por lo que es un hotel que nos gustó mucho independientemente de lo que he indicado del tamaño de la habitacion. La entrada del hotel es un poco curiosa, ya que es una puerta de portal y para llegar a la recepcion (muy pequeña) tienes que subir unas escalares basante empinadas....luego de acostumbras, pero de primeras es un poco shock y te puede dar la sensacion de no saber donde te metes.....como he comentado en la zona de cosas positivas, las habitaciones luego estan bien y el personal es muy muy atento.

Fantastic location and very helpful & friendly staff.

La posizione eccezionale proprio nel nel centro di Atene. Tutto morto bene, stanza accogliente e pratica con tutto quello che serve. La colazione nonostante non sia stata a buffet è abbondante e gustosa. Per cena si può usufruire di uno sconto del 15% nel ristorante convenzionato affianco all'entrata. Al momento del check out ci hanno regalato un vaucer con uno sconto dell 10% per una futura vacanza che spero potremo magari regalare.

We liked the location. It was in the heart of the city.

We didn’t like that there wasn’t a road to drive up to the hotel and there wasn’t anywhere to park our car we had to park 10 mins away. It was very hard to stop and unload on a one lane road and to take our luggage which we had a lot of this to the hotel.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione centrale della struttura, davvero comoda per visitare Atene e raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni. Una nota di merito va sicuramente a tutto lo staff, sempre gentile, disponibile e cortese, che ci ha fatto sentire ben accolti durante il soggiorno. Molto comoda anche la taverna situata proprio sotto la struttura: ottima per una colazione varia e abbondante, ma anche per pranzare o cenare senza doversi spostare. Per gli ospiti dell’hotel è inoltre previsto uno sconto. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole, soprattutto per la posizione e per l’ospitalità dello staff.

Rampa di scale ripida e stretta per accedere all’ascensore che porta alle camere. Nessun cassetto dove poter riporre le proprie cose. Nessun appendiabiti per giacche o abiti. Niente dove poter appendere accappatoi o asciugamani. Doccino lato WC perde acqua e sciacquone troppo potente, se non si chiude il coperchio del WC esce l’acqua e ci si bagna

מיקום מצויין, כולם אדיבים ומפנקים מאוד. יש טברנה למטה (לא שומעים בחדר את המוזיקה) ויש גג לשבת ולהנות מהנוף.

Tutto perfetto: stanza pulitissima dotata di tutti i comfort con vista sull’acropoli. Lo staff gentilissimo e attento ai dettagli. Zona centralissima e piena di localini carini. Prossima volta che torneremo ad Atene sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The room had everything we needed, including a steam iron, bathrobes, slippers, and even toothbrushes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is nothing not to like

Lovely place to stay and from which to explore the city. Everyone working here is super kind; we appreciated all the sweet gestures on our little honeymoon. In general the room was really comfortable. The rooftop is nice as well to enjoy the view, especially around sunset. Breakfast next door was also great.

Small issue of cleanliness on the floor which we already mentioned when we left. We were only staying for a night so wasn't a big deal but hopefully it was just an oversight as the rest of our experience here was nice

The stuff was super friendly and super helpful. They were happy to help and they care to make your stay as good as possible. We were leaving early in they morning so we missed the breakfast, but they prepared breakfast to go for us with out asking them. Also the location is great.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία στους πρόποδες της Ακρόπολης, κατάλληλη για περιήγηση στα σοκάκια της παλιάς Αθήνας. Κομψοί και άνετοι χώροι. Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε δωρεάν παροχή σε νερό, τσάι και καφέ. Αν και βρίσκεται σε πολύβουη περιοχή, υπήρχε ησυχία. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικότατο..Το πρωινό πλούσιο και ποιοτικό. Συνολικά είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή! Θα προτείνουμε το City view urban suites σε φίλους μας και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά.

The classic rooms were clean and comfortable and small. If staying more than 2 nights best to upgrade to larger room.

The staff was amazing.. super nice and accommodating every request. Room was perfect, comfortable, modern, spacious and superb location.

Just a recommendation to put a note in every room that guests should leave the AC mode on cool all the time because if one room changes the other rooms are affected. A bit of a nuisance and a weird system that should be avoided.

L'accueil, l'emplacement et la vue sur l'Acropole et la gentillesse le lendemain quand nous sommes partis à 5h45 et un petit déjeuner à emporter nous attendais alors que c'étais pas prévu dans le prix.

Δεν μου αρεσε η φασαρια το βραδυ απο τα νυχτερινα καταστηματα που βρισκονται στον ιδιο δρομο καθως κ το γεγονος οτι οι κουρτινες σκιασης δεν επαρκουν για να καλυψουν το πρωινο φως.

El alojamiento es un hotel boutique, no dispone de zonas comunes salvo la terraza de la azotea, que con sombra es estupenda pero con el sol de julio es inaguantable por la calor. Si le pudieran colocar una lona durante el verano ganarían una zona increíble. El desayuno es en la Taberna que hay adosada en el bajo, en la calle. Nunca me quedo claro cual era la relación real entre ambos establecimientos. Lo use para el desayuno y cumplía perfectamente para ello. Se componía de distintos, digamos, platos combinados con una bebida caliente y otra fría que era un zumo no natural. Si lo pedias aparte si había un excelente zumo natural pero que no entraba en el concertado. El servicio era atento, cercano y todo muy bien. La habitación tenia todo lo necesario para la estancia y allí descansamos muy bien. Solo recomendaría el que le incluyeran al menos una silla mas y tal vez una mesita mas alta que la actual. La ubicación es brutal, cerca de todo y enclavada en la zona de ocio, tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes, de copas, etc. Metro cerca. Solo un pero, que para las personas mayores, con niños pequeños o bebes, o con mucho equipaje, o problemas de movilidad no puedo recomendarlo por las estrechas y largas escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones. Eso si, la gerencia ha tratado de paliarlo añadiéndoles los asientos que se ponen en algunos sitios en las escaleras para que los usen los mayores o impedidos, Salvo ese detalle, por mi parte un 10¡

The location is amazing, amongst lots of bars and restaurants surrounding,, and the restaurant downstairs serves amazing food, including breakfast, we've eaten there several times. The room was spacious, the much needed air conditioning made it very pleasant to sleep. The room was spotlessly clean and all of the staff were very nice to us. We will stay again soon.

The door was a little tricky to work, and the stairs were difficult with cases, but it wouldn't put me off staying again as it is such a good place to stay!

The location is fantastic very central, the rooms were clean and well equipped, the breakfast was in a cute little restaurant downstairs it was lovely, but the best part were the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful I would 100% stay again.

Uno de los sofás cama se había estropeado justo la noche anterior a nuestra llegada y lo necesitábamos porque éramos cuatro. No nos dieron otra opción más que esa habitación y la posibilidad de montar el sofá sin abrir, demasiado pequeño para mi hijo. No hay ascensor al primer piso

Nagyon jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése. A személyzet nagyon kedves. A szálloda alatt lévő étteremben volt a reggeli és a vacsora, ami szintén nagyon jó volt, bőséges választékkal.

The location and suite itself was fantastic

It can be a little nosy pending the room given the central location but not to the extent that I wouldn’t stay there again.

We only stayed here for one night before our cruise the next day. This hotel is right in the middle of the action in Athens. The best part of the stay was the restaurant downstairs. The servers were amazing and treated our crew like family.

Great property in Monastiraki, one of Athen’s best neighbourhood! Great room with nice large bathroom and we got upgraded to a better room with terrace.

Everything was great, even the rooftop, I was advised I could work from there and the connection was great, however a couple of parasols would have made the experience more pleasant.

Kleines, aber extrem zentral gelegenes Stadthotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Vom Balkon hat man freie Sicht auf die Akropolis. Auch das Frühstück im Restaurant unterhalb des Hotels war vollkommen ausreichend.

Schon sehr steile und lange Treppe bis zur 1. Etage wo der Aufzug anfängt. Insofern nichts für Leute die beim Laufen eingeschränkt sind.
