Clean rooms, amazing staff and great breakfast!

The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast selections were outstanding. Thr fitness center is comprehensively equipped, enabling guests to maintain their fitness regimens with a diverse array of equipment designed for all muscle groups, including cardiovascular options. The location is truly remarkable, providing opportunities for pleasant strolls through Al Seef Souk, where one can experience the heritage ambiance while also accessing contemporary dining venues. Furthermore, boat services are available for guests with leisure time ( in Al seef ) , and importantly, a complimentary late checkout option is offered, subject to availability.

I would like to express my slight dissatisfaction with certain aspects of my recent stay, as they did not align with the high standards typically associated with the Hilton brand. For instance, upon arrival, we remained in our vehicle for a period before a valet attendant approached us, necessitating our initiation of contact. While I understand the challenges of outdoor work in summer heat, this initial experience was less than ideal. Furthermore, I observed some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience. Bird droppings on the exterior facade were visually unappealing and marred the aesthetic and view from the room. I suggest considering the installation of bird spikes as a preventative measure, given the impracticality of daily facade cleaning. Inside the room, I was surprised to discover two to three insects near the bed area. Additionally, the chair was damaged, a bedside light was non-functional, and the blinds exhibited minor damage. I believe that both the soft and hard services could benefit from further attention and improvement to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience but overall the entire team is doing a great job . Thank you.

Salat zum Frühstück? Eigentlich nicht. Aber in diesem Hotel ein must!! Eigener Salatgarten ! Top abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet aus allen Kulturen und unglaublich kompetentes Personal, von Zimmerservice über Küchenpersonal hin zu Concierge, Reception, Poolaufsicht und Service. Rooftop Pool mit super Sicht auf den Creek und den alten Stadtteil, nahe den Abras zum Gold und Spice Souk. Sogar kostenloser Buggietransfer möglich. Danke, war in dieser Hitze sehr hilfreich. Zum 3. Mal dort und es wird ein 4. geben. Weiter so... es war auch voll ausgebucht und dies zur Nebensaison.

I love this area because it’s close to my former apartment, it’s a safe community. I enjoy walking in Al Seef and the corniche. The buffet breakfast is amazing, the staff are all so accommodating and helpful, the beds are comfortable. There is a lovely Japanese restaurant in the next building. During the cooler months, it’s walkable to the metro station and Burjuman mall.

The air fresheners in the hall are too strong and not healthy. These have been studied to be endocrine disruptors and can cause diseases including cancer. Please look into healthier and natural options. This next one is not the hotels fault but on the day we went swimming, a group of Indian guests went to the pool side and all put their feet into the water as if it was a river, sat down by the poolside and watched the sunset. They were fully clothed hence were not really going to bathe. Because of this I did not fully enjoy the afternoon swim. In cases like this, the lifeguard or hotel staff in the pool area should have told these guests of the guidelines of pool use.

Loved the decor ! The property is modern and the beds are extremely comfortable. Even with the trendy little Smug fridge! The pool area Bar staff were amazing and we loved the cocktails overlooking the Creek. Walking distance to the Souk area and close to Burjuman Mall to take a metro. Highly recommend the hotel and the friendly staff.

I really liked how comfortable and welcoming the property felt. The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Overall, it felt like a nice place to relax and enjoy my stay.

Overall, my stay was really good, and I truly enjoyed my time at the property. The only suggestion I have would be to offer a little more variety for breakfast, as the food options were mostly the same every day. Other than that, everything was great.

At first, I was quite upset because the room we were given was different from the room I had originally booked. I spoke to the reception, and they explained that the room I booked was unfortunately not available. They handled the situation well and offered us complimentary breakfast as an apology for the inconvenience. I also booked another room, and the hotel kindly offered me a discount and arranged a refund for the previous room. I really appreciate their effort to make things right. A special mention to Sarita at reception, who was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The housekeeping team was also very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. Overall, despite the initial issue, we had an enjoyable stay. I appreciate how the hotel handled our concerns and made an effort to ensure we were comfortable. I would still recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Inicialmente reservé una sola noche y terminé quedándome cuatro, lo que habla por sí solo. La habitación es moderna, muy cómoda y siempre estuvo impecable. El personal fue muy amable durante toda mi estancia y el desayuno es variado y de excelente calidad. Después de alojarme en varios hoteles de Dubái, considero que ofrece una de las mejores relaciones calidad-precio de la ciudad. La ubicación también me pareció excelente: es un lugar tranquilo, agradable para caminar junto al canal y con muy buen acceso en taxi tanto a Downtown como a Jumeirah y otros puntos de interés. Sin duda volvería.

Customet services, i had an accident yesterday morning in the bathroom..The floor was wet and was about to get the shower gel to wash my face, i slip,slide then fell off with my two legs apart one it was like one is in letter L in left side and S in the right side..Luckily and thanks god no broken bones. The slippers could not hold the wet floor. When the staff saw me struggling to walk as i was really in pain. They immidiately assist me, put me in a wheel chair and give me a food on my table. I like the room and it's cozy and minimalist design it was relaxing.. I like the bathroom too except that incident. Until now i still could not able to walk. The doctor said no broken bones but it has be observed in 3.to 7 days.. Thank you to all the staff on that morning from the server in the restaurant,security,reception staff and cleaner offering me bottle water. All of them are so kind, nice and with a loving heart. May god bless them all.

regarding the room... it had a nice vibe,... but the only issue was the power points which were very few.. since i were there mostly to work on my laptop, i needed the power points...however the staff were helpful and got me an power extension... the location is the best part of this property...its right next to the al saeef village...one more point is that it is extended horizontally unlike regular hotels that vertically goes up... i wish i was here in winters... i could have enjoyed the property even more.... The breakfast is also one of their specialities... they have 3 rooms of buffet running... sometimes it becomes an issue when one wants to get something, i had to cross all the way across 3 rooms to refill... lol ... but honestly it was great... the breakfast almost caters to all type of people and their taste... they also have nice living areas where one can sit and relax... the swimming pool area was nice but since i went in the mid summer, couldn't stay much up there... however the view from there is awesome...

all was good except the power points... and yes the light switches at times got a bit irritating as it had stored presets which lights are on with that particular preset... i mean one can't choose exactly which light to switch on...

The staff were friendly, however the room was missing curtains. The blinds were poorly fitted and reflected a lot of sunlight couldn't sleep at all in the morning. My stay was in room 241 just FYI.

The Ambiance and the location it was qyiet and the bed was comfy!

I want to compliment the staff who did a great job for treating us well. Shout out for the Filipina receptionist..the filipina staff in the brekfast area and the other staff..sorry it was my 2nd time but forgot the their names And the evening staff in the skafos restaurant shital and yingying.. Thank u for making our day specially my sisters birthday extra special. Thank you Canopy hotel for the perfect birthday surprise for my sister awesome place to relax , unwind, and celebrate special day...

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Creek für toll Spaziergänge am Abend, das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet Plätze oberhalb des Wassers, das ist phantastisch, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich, Betten sehr bequem, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, wir machten einen Ausflug und kamen gegen 21:00 Uhr zurück, das Zimmer war notdürftig geputzt, ein Raum für Koffer nicht vorhanden, standen in der Hotellobby, die Klimaanlage ging schlecht, das Abendessen der HP war einem Viersternehotel nicht angemessen: Pizza Margharita oder Spaghetti. Am Abend des nächsten Tages konnten wir nach Beschwerde das Zimmer wechseln, hier war dann alles top, nach Beschwerde war auch das Abendessen fein, als Wiedergutmachung erhielten wir einen großen Obstkorb und besonderen Nachtisch, dennoch war das Zimmer zwei Tage lang mies.
