Comfy beds, staff were friendly and helpful
There was an awful drain smell in the unit when we arrived, reception were great and managed to fix it, a loose trap fitting but the smell was foul. Very quiet area, not a great deal around the property
Spacious room. Good for families and great location.
Wasn't overally clean. Alot of dust build up
The on-site parking, even so the payment instructions were misleading, everything worked. Very comfy beds, large apartmefor two people, supermarkets within easy walking distance, easy check-in and -out.
Very slow wifi, no USB ports, the hotel location is within a mace of small narrow streets and google maps may be hard to locate the hotel if you are walking around the neighbourhood. Misleading payment instructions as to the parking fee.
Lots of space, clean environment.
nothing it was great.
Very clean and tidy place.. near the machiya station.
Salt pepper and a little oil would have been great.
hotel staffs needs to be a little friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay at Minn Machiya. Close to the train station, 1min walk to 7/11,Lawson and family mart. Alot of restaurants in the area. Safe and quiet. Its nice to have an laundry machine. Excellent service.
A great place to base yourself whilst in Tokyo. Very quiet and only 5 mins walk to Machiya subway station with multiple lines. The kitchen dinning area was really useful.
Comfortable stay for my family. Clean and
リーズナブルですし、施設も綺麗で良かったです
Nice hotel. We chose mainly for the room size - comfortable for a family of 4. The location is a little out of the way from central Tokyo, but a trade off that was worth it for the price and room size.
とても綺麗で過ごしやすい
Excellent location, many nice restaurants around and close to the metro. Spacious room and comfortable beds
The check in was very easy, staff was very helpful👌, I'll recommend this hotel for sure.
Stayed here as a family of 5 with young kids. Apartment very spacious and clean. Excellent location located 1 min from main road with plenty of convenience stores, supermarket and local food eateries nearby. Short walk to Machiya train station (~7min), and can easily get to other suburbs in Tokyo. Would definitely come back.
Quick and efficient service. Hotel room was gorgeous and spacious.
About 7 mins walk to the Machiya subway station or Machiya Keisei line train station, a direct access to Narita airport. Supermarket is nearby for grocery shopping and 7-11 / Lawson convenience stores are also nearby. Lots of Yakiniku restaurants nearby for Yakiniku lovers. Everything is good except there is no front desk and no luggage storage service and you can't leave your luggage before checkin or after checkout.
It was a quiet comfortable cozy apartment hotel for my family. Comfy beds and spacious suite. Loved the close walking proximity to the train station and convenience stores.
Spacious apartment with well organised with everything from kitchen to toiletries.
There is no lift for 7th floor .. and receptionist didn’t inform as well .
沒有中文選項,對中文遊客不友善。
連住兩晚,第二天被換房間行李被移動! (第一天有跟工作人員詢問,回答沒問題)
Convenient and short walk to Machiya station. Eateries and shops also with walking distance. The location is not too busy.
A reasonably priced place with the ability to explore the local area. There are 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby too.
部屋とベッドがひろくてよかった。 場所が、わかりにくい。
The apartment was absolutely great to stay in. In our apartment, the space was a bit tight since we were 4 people with 4 large suitcases.
Great place for family. Close to train station. Quiet. Comfortable beds.
The location is very convenient for travelling around Tokyo. It's a short walk to Machiya station. There's a 7-11 nearby to buy food or withdraw money.
Very kind staff, great area with shops, food and convenience stores close by. Thank you for a great stay. Looking forward to staying with you again.
My absolute favorite stay so far. Truly did feel like home, made me not want to leave yet. Good distance from things as well.
Great little apartment comfortable beds Staff were friendly Lovely little city
Kitchen could have more amenities Staff were great but spoke very little English
The place was near restaurants. We walked and chose where we ate. The area was quiet the place was not that clean to our standards but it’s okay. There was a washing machine if you want to wash your clothes and you can dry the clothes a small balcony. Nobody at the check in counter all communication were in the iPad. It would be nice if there is an easy way to communicate with somebody like in our case that we extended the check out time. Maybe the iPad at the counter can be used for that reason. But over all it served the purpose we had somewhere to stay.
Thank you the front desk. We managed to keep our room after we decided to stay an extra night. The front desk people were extremely helpful even with the language barrier. Room was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.
clean and spacious room. Beds are confortable. The street is safe, clean. Many restaurant and convenience store around the hôtel.
チェックイン時間が遅くなっても良いところが良かったです
掃除がされてないのか、汚なかった。 掃除機の中のゴミが入ったままで汚ない
It was good spacious room
Al good
Easy acces locations. Easy to check in-out and reasonable price.
Other room ,next door or above if walking loud or children running in the room will hear quiet loud . A bit disturb.
Stayed with our two teenagers. The kitchen and laundry facilities inn the room were very handy. It was really easy to get anywhere in Tokyo on the nearby train line and buses using a welcome suica card., I loved the quiet streets (no car noise in the room!) and being near the river so I could go running in the morning. It was extremely easy to check in and out as it was fully automated with easy to follow instructions.
I like how there was multiple convenience store and restaurant options
The place is so cozy and comfortable and clean.
The elevator is only until 6th floor. So we had to use the stairs to get to the 7th floor where our room is located.
Nothing! No clean service ! To towels ! Every day, you have to knock their door asking for a towel! Everything is far away from you! You need at least one hour to get somewhere. No service at all. The room wasn't clean. They asked for 4000 Yen for extending per hour as my flight was late night. I asked to check out 2 hours later. Just look somewhere else and don't waste your time

The stuff was friendly. Public transport is very close.
The room is very uncomfortable, no attention paid to basic details such as were to put you clothes in the bathroom or in the room, no place to change clothes, no place to put towels, no instruction in English.
Nice beds and good view!
Needed to tranjit all the time to get to JR trains.
Very quiet easy to figure out how to get in, very communicative over email.
Decent location near a metro. Not much else.
The place was dark and not like the pictures. Bedding had stains on it and furniture was worn. The AC did not work well
Cleanliness. Accessibility to the train station.
Kitchen utensils and especially pan/pot could be better.
i like the apartment, near with the station and near with 7eleven and family mart
A bit more spacious than other accomodations . The soap smelled good and the beds were extremely comfortable. 711 wasn't that far at all.
The property says there is not a person on property but when I went down to complain about a disturbance, a person appeared from the back. Why not be honest about something like that. 1. You can hear everything if you're on lower floors. The room above us the guest were constantly having sex and it was very loud and obnoxious all through the night. I've made several complaints over the course of 3 days but I don't think they took me seriously since I was a foreigner. The translator tried to gaslight me and say " yeah you're hearing people walk" no I'm hearing them bang against the wall for hours on end. Even as I was on the first floor talking to the hotel attendant and the translator you could hear the banging of the guest having sex on the first floor. That means you could hear people from the third floor from the second floor where my room was and the first floor. I could not sleep after walking 20k steps that day which was very infuriating. There was clear bias since I they didn't take my concerns seriously. 2. If you ship luggage do not ship it here no one will be there to pick it up 3. Quite a walk to machiya station 10+ minutes. Get an accommodation closer to any station if you don't want to walk 4. The hotel did not give me my money for a missed stay due to the typhoon. They removed the option to request money back which is very stingy disrespectful. I just think of you're gonna convert apartments to a hotel you need proper soundproofing and someone needs to be there to handle customers disturbance. I felt unsafe and disrespected here. Not a place I'll spend money again
Breakfast N/A. Location was great.t
The extra bed (futon) was very uncomfortable. It affected my back.
The view of Mt Fuji was fantastic and the staff were wonderful
Clean, spacious, affordable, comfortable, easy accessible place
The view was poor
It's cozy! It's a home away from home!
It is a good accommodation that fit for small family with fully amenities. It is very clean room. Staffs are friendly. There are a lot of food shops nerayby it.
Friendly front desk staff. Room was the same as described. Overall we were happy with our stay.
Close to subway station. Very convenient with restaurants and stores around.
The room is a good size and there is a washing machine.
The toilet had a bad odor. It smelled like someone had been smoking in the restroom.
Great view and clean! Nice amenities and even laundry detergent provided.
The elevator only goes up to the sixth floor and you have to carry luggage up one flight of stairs.
I use this apartment hotel because there is a kitchen. I have three children who are not happy to eat outside Japanese food every day so this is the biggest reason why we come to this apartment hotel. Washing facility was a big bonus. Over communications are done via WhatsApp. I had seen some people mainly Cleaners in the premises and only a few times during my stay the actual person at the Reception. Communications are very effective: every thing is done via iPad at the reception or WhatsApp. Their response is not immediate but fine. Towers and soaps, shampoo and conditioners are all provided as well. The view from the window was nice as we could see the lightening of Tokyo Sky Tree. All in all really convenient for our family to stay in this apartment and highly recommended if you have small children or if you want to cook occasionally.
The curtains were not effective as the room gets very bright from 5am onwards due to the edges of the windows uncovered so we all got up very early (the sun comes up early in summer..!) Another thing is very pricey. Initially, it was about £200 a day for the stay. Given that the facility provides once a week cleaning without any food services, I found it was very expensive. The price came down to about £130 a day as I waited for sometime to book to see if the price reduces but still The apartment hotel without frill, quite away from the nearest public transport , this price was virtually the same as the hotels we stayed this time with breakfast in central Kyoto and next to Universal Studio Japan in Osaka. Location is near from crematorium so we saw many people in black attire. This is fine but just thought it is good to state here.
The property is very spacious and well-maintained. The deluxe room is well suited for large families. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and has a relaxing vibe.
Very clean, modern and spacious room. Stayed at Minn Machiya for 4 days as our base to see Tokyo. Around 8 min walk from Machiya Station off the main street. Plenty of convenience stores and fast foods on your walk to Minn Machiya apartments.
This room is big and includes a lot of amenities. Bed is also soft! I utilized the drying rack that was in the closet and set it next to their air purifier and my clothes dried fast! This place can easily make 3 very comfortable; you could theoretically sleep 5 between the beds and the couch. The kitchen amenities stocked with utensils, dish soap, dish drying rack. Check out is simple with scanning a QR code. The Tokyo Skytree is indeed visible from my room. Basics are achieved: Strong WiFi, okay shower pressure.
I was lucky enough to have a person present when I arrived at 12, but I think normally you would interact with someone over video chat. They do not store luggage! I was lucky that my room happened to be ready early. The website check in insists to return at 3. Nitpicks: This was a very pleasant stay though admittedly one of of my stays with a longer walk; about a 7 minute walk from the station or a one minute walk from one of the busses. I didn’t see any detergent and wasn’t sure if it was expected. Washing Machine is in Japanese and not entirely intuitive; have Google translate ready! Balcony is only for emergencies. The Adachi fireworks were cancelled this year, but I do not believe it is visible from here.
Booked this hotel because front desk staff was supposed to speak English, but not the case. Our room was on the seventh floor and the elevator only goes to sixth floor. Had to carry heavy suitcases up outdoor staircase in the rain to our room. Room was supposed to have two double beds and a sofa sleeper. No sofa in the room, so two of us had to sleep on floor mat.
The location is close to the metro station and a lot of restaurants. The place is spacious for 4 people family
We were arranged on the rooftop, 7th floor, but the lift only reaches 6th floor. We need to carry our luggages up via stairs. There is no cover in the stairs case or corridor, so it is very slippery and we are exposed when it rained.
Roomy, clean, comfortable. Had all the amenities. Most comfortable stay of our two week trip to Japan for our family of four. Very secure. Though we had to walk a short distance to train, all we needed was close to the hotel.
Only thing was the lack of information or service to help get luggage through Yamato or other service to the airport, and no help available through front desk staff in this regard.
The air conditioning wasn’t working
Clean
Check out time is early
Very close from station and center of Tokyo. A lots of restaurants, and variety of food choices.
Not clean enough(floor, toilet….)
I loved the location and ease of travel. The pictures did the hotel justice and it was a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again!
Friendly staff. Apartment style room with almost all the essentials. Location was pretty good and fairly quiet.
Good property. Quiet location. Close -5min walk- to train station. Room was bigger than most. There was enough room for my hubby, myself and 2 kids (11&13) and our luggage. Balcony was added bonus. Reception staff could speak English - some better than others. Would have been nice to have water, tea, coffee, milk in room. McDonald's and local restaurants close.
Spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, spotlessly clean.
Just a very little bit too far from the tourist attractions
Convenient store and restaurant nearby. 3min walk to train station very lively area
Everything was perfect! Thank you!
Big room, clean and comfortable. In great location in nice, family-friendly suburb of Toyko. Most areas easily accessible by subway or train.
Quite basic.
I love the location of the property! I would love to live in Machiya area. :)
Quiet, comfortable, washing machine, kitchenette
No early check in, cables over the floor, no space between beds, nothing of interesting in the area
It was like having your own apartment with a nice balcony! Laundry within your stay too which is great.
