La chambre est très agréable, et bien équipée.

Selten waren wir in einer so sauberen, gut gepflegten Unterkunft. Sie liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist absolut ruhig - und das mitten in der Altstadt! Wir waren im Familienzimmer mit 2(!!) Badezimmern. Super Matratzen und Kopfkissen, selten in einem Hotel so gut geschlafen. 2 Klimaanlagen, haben perfekt funktioniert und lautlos! Jedes Bett mit perfektem Moskitonetz! Liebevoll gepflegte Anlage. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!!!!

Hotel tres bien placé avec tout le nécessaire pour une famille, propreté irréprochable !

Emplacement et calme

El espacio es super central, muy cerca a todo. La habitación es cómoda, y el servicio de aseo es muy bueno. El vecindario también tiene cerca restaurantes y bares.

De locatie is een zeer rustige straat. Geen lawaai van de drukke wegen. Op loop afstand van alle eetplaatsen, beauty salons, shops, tempels,... personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamers worden dagelijks gekuist. De was kan je terplaatse laten doen. Familiekamer heeft 2 badkamers.

Voor een familiekamer is de ruimte beperkt. Gelukkig hadden wij maar 2 grote koffers mee en verbleven wij maar 3 nachten en waren wij veel weg.

Chambre spatieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes, en plein centre, proche de tout. Il y a la climatisation. Aucun bruit la nuit, c'etait vraiment calme

Les prises sont en hauteur, pas pratique pour charger les téléphones (hormis une ou il y a une tablette pour le poser)

La amabilidad y gentileza de las personas ! El cuarto estaba perfecto para lo que necesite y sobre todo que está muy céntrico de todo, caminando o en tuk tuk. Definitivamente regreso! Me sentí muy feliz en calma y en seguridad.

Due to flight cancellations our stay in Chiang Mai was extended. As a result we stayed here for almost a month in total. We loved staying in Aphilapa Residence and were mire yhan happy to rebook each time our flight dates changed. Aphilapa is such a comfortable place to stay. The location is perfect (in the old city) at the end of an extremely quiet cul de sac. The rooms are clean and serviced each day. The beds are extremely comfortable. We stayed in three different rooms during our time there. The guest house is a beautiful wooden structure surrounded by beautiful plants. The hosts are lovely people. The accomodation is extremely good value for money. We have stayed in a number of other places when visiting Chiang Mai in previous years but this is definitely our favourite.

This place is a gem! We stayed here on our first stay in Chiang Mai and booked it for our return a few days later. It's quiet, tucked away at the end of a peaceful cul de sac. It's exceptionally clean, has a free supply of drinking water and fresh bottles are also provided each day when the room is serviced. The environment is lovely with beautiful plants growing around the guest house. Each room has a pleasant outdoor seating area. The owners and staff are extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The location is excellent. We will return to Chiang Mai in the future and hope that we are able to stay here again.

Aphilapa Residence was a lovely accommodation located in a quiet corner of the old town, yet close to temples, great food and massage salons. It had a nice authentic feel to it, a well maintained garden and a helpful owner. Out of 4 different accommodations in Thailand including hotels with swimming pools, our kids claimed that this was their favourite:)We found the 2 bathrooms for our 5 person family very convenient and appreciated fresh water and snacks every day!

Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage. Zimmer 204 im 1. Stock mit Moskitonetz am Fenster und über dem super gemütlichen Bett. Kühlschrank. Bad mit Vorhang bei Dusche, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. WLAN einwandfrei. Stets sauber. Nette Eigentümer, hilfsbereit. Wäscheservice wurde angeboten, alles prima an einem Tag erledigt. 100 % Empfehlung. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

A localização era super boa, reservada, mas próxima de tudo. Embora o quarto fosse pequeno, a cama era confortável e achei super mimoso com o corcel.

L'hôte Kwan a été adorable : très réactive, à l'écoute et toujours souriante. Nous avons pu arriver tôt le matin et laisser nos bagages pour visiter avant de revenir pour le checkin. Nous avons adoré toutes les petites attentions laissées pour nous dans la chambre pendant le séjour ainsi que les conseils pour les évènements du nouvel an. Nous recommandons ce logement à Chang Mai!!

Situé dans une rue très calme dans la vieille ville, chambre petite mais bien conçue et très propre. Personnel discret. Possibilité d'arrivée tardive (heureusement car Air Asia est fâché avec les horaires).

Dans les chambres du fond de la résidence, on entend les climatiseurs du bâtiment voisin qui se déclenchent à 5 heures du matin et se coupent en soirée. Le double vitrage n'est pas très efficace.

The coughing cleaner

Questa pensione nel centro di Chiang Mai é comodissima per la sua posizione! Ci siamo sentiti veramente accolti da Kwan e dal suo staff. Lei è stata gentilissima da accogliere ogni nostra richiesta (ci ha anche fatto il bucato in tempi record il 31 dicembre)! Le camere vengono pulite e sistemate quotidianamente. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con le zanzare, la zanzariera sul letto è troppo piccola e non si chiude perciò è stata inutilizzabile. I dintorni sono molto silenziosi e si dorme benissimo. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente!

La guest house è strategicamente nel centro storico di Chang Mai, all'interno di una strada chiusa che la rende silenziosa e riposante, ogni camera ha un suo spazio esterno con tavolino e sedie o divanetto, non viene fornita colazione ma ci sono frigo e bollitore. Letto comodissimo, lenzuola fresche e pulite, pulizia ogni giorno, bellissimo pavimento e mobilio in teak

Sinceramente sono una persona autonoma quindi a me andava bene così, però hanno un bel tavolo che da su un giardinetto, se mettessero a posto l'area potrebbero fornire anche una prima colazione oppure mettere un microonde e lasciare che gli ospiti pranzino li

Host accogliente e gentile.. struttura dotata di tutto quello di cui ha bisogno! Stanza pulita e letto comodo Al centro di chiang mai.. ci siamo sposati quasi sempre a piedi! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, lo consiglio vivamente!

Die Lage ist super, in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig, da nicht direkt an Durchgangsstrasse, Sehr sympathische und Familiengeführte Residence. Restaurant- und sonstige Tipps waren super und zutreffend! Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Vielen Dank!

Da es ein 4er Zimmer ist, wären kleine Leseleuchten an den Betten noch eine Verbesserung.

C’est la troisième année que je séjourne à l’Aphilapa Hôtel à Chiang Mai et, une fois encore, j’y ai passé un excellent séjour. La literie est confortable, l’établissement est légèrement à l’écart de l’agitation de la ville tout en restant proche de nombreuses commodités. Certes, l’hôtel ne propose pas de service de petit-déjeuner, mais il est idéalement situé à proximité de restaurants agréables. Je recommande sans hésitation. Je tiens également à remercier tout particulièrement Kwan, qui, comme chaque année, s’est montrée attentive et bienveillante.

Beautiful traditional Thai residence and the staff so welcoming and friendly. Was kind enough to send me a message with lots of information of places to eat and things to do. Good location nice and quiet but so close to shops and places to eat. Bed comfortable and had a nice place to put your clothes/belongings

My only small feedback is the shower would be better if you could adjust the height of the shower head, it was a bit high for me on the wall

Tafeltjes buiten vond ik leuk, bed was redelijk goed. In een rustige steeg gelegen. Elke dag fris water. Waterkoker ook prettig.

Kwan führt die Unterkunft mit Liebe und Freude. Ich habe es sehr genossen. Die Lage war perfekt, man konnte alles gut zu Fuss erreichen, ansonsten hatte es genügend TukTuk's zur Verfügung.

Das Personal war unfassbar aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es war so süß, dass sie sogar einen Kuchen zum Geburtstag meiner Freundin organisiert und spendiert haben. Wir kommen immer wieder gern hierhin.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Nice, friendly staff. Comfy bed. Mosquito net was a welcome addition.

No hot water. A shelf in either the bathroom or bedroom would have been good. Nowhere to put any toiletries. Noisy water pipes for quite a while after flushing toilet. Noisy from adjoining rooms. Dark room because it faces the wall of the next property.

Was super comfortable and very clean. Loved the net over the bed. Somehow made it feel more special.

Bett war zu klein für 2 Personen, was zu Problemen mit dem Moskitonetz geführt hat, es gab keinen Fernseher, sehr kleines Bad und "launische" Dusche, wir waren in Zimmer 3, ich vermute die anderen Zimmer sind besser

Todo, ubicación, comidas, la cama súper cómoda, el personal muy amable. Nos ayudaron con algunas dudas que teníamos acerca de los tours. Queríamos quedarnos más días, pero no fue posible porque estaban full. Muy agradecidas

The location is perfect, the price unbeatable. It was super useful the self check-in. The host was always reachable and answered to all of our questions. Outside there's no noise so you won't have problems with it.

The bed was very hard. It was not so comfortable to sleep. The room is small, it's fine but don't expect too much free space

Very lovely place. The foliage and decor. The amenities left by the room even if no disturb sign was on. Also the location was ideal to look around the area.

Lovely guesthouse tucked away in a quiet street in the old city. Very good location. We recommend Elliebum around the corner for breakfast. Comfy beds and very clean. Friendly owner who suggested some good places to see and eat. Good to have a mosquito net.

Bathroom is small but adequate - turn the shower tap half way for hot water. Darker (blackout) curtains would be great but these are not common in Thailand. Overall few it was a lovely stay.

The place exceeded my expectations. It's super affordable for what you get. It is simple yet with all the amenities you need and a comfy bed. Plus, you just feel at home right a way because of its super lovely vibe. Kwan, the owner, was so welcoming and healpfull as well. The area is central yet quite which is what I was looking for.

Ich bewerte nicht häufig Unterkünfte, aber Kwan (die Gastgeberin) war wirklich ausgesprochen nett, spricht gutes Englisch und hat mich sogar über die Buchungszeit hinaus mit Tipps unterstützt. Danke!

Kwan is a great host, she communicates well and always ask if everything is fine. She even kept my luggage for 3 days while I was travelling to Chiang Rai. Super convenient for me !
