i wish there's a full mirror at least on the living room for OOTD check :). loose faucet in one of the bathroom but was assisted by the staff quickly.

Property is eaay to find and was spacious. We got a room upgrade because we have seniors and PWDs travelling with us which is a plus. We loved the smell of pinetrees every morning which made the trip more relaxing. The property was clean overall

While the apartments were clean and comfortable, it would be nice if rooms have exhausts to rid of the kitchen smell and the walls are repaintee to remove the blotches.

Even better than oipur last stay. The house assigned to us this time is bigger and the kitchen's more fit for a big family. I love that there's an en suite bathroom in the main room. The balcony is functional.

It was loud outside with all the animal noises. No coffee or water or anything

The ambiance of the place is very peaceful and quiet.

For the Apartment, none. Only the pathway leading to the apartment.

The house was very clean when we arrived, and it was very easy to check-in. We got the 5 bedroom Superior Apartment and the beds were really comfortable. The location was only a 7-minute-walk away from Mines View Park which was a plus for us who wanted to see the sunrise there. It was also easy enough to find taxis or call a Grab Car in the area.

The shared bathrooms were a bit too small, especially the one at the 3rd floor which had to be shared between at least 7-10 people (since most of the beds are located in that floor).

To many stairs my mother is 91 yrs old and she have hard trouble all the stairs each rooms had stairs including kitchen.

The transient house was ideally located, has a tranquil view, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to Baguio City's main attractions, like Wright Park, Mines View Park, Botanical Garden, and the public market. It was also conveniently near local shops and restaurants, making it easy to stock up on essentials.

While the house was cozy and well-equipped, better signage or clearer directions to the property especially at night time, would have been helpful for first-time visitors.

The rooms were very spacious enough to accomodate a large group of family. The whole apartment was very clean and comfortable.

I think there can be an improvement on the ramp way for the parking. 😅

The place is clean but no hot water.which is realy needed in that climet.

It’s cozy, clean, and they have helped my Grandmother on the stairs as she is old. Bathrooms are clean, rooms are clean everything is clean. We can use all the utensils and everything in the kitchen. Owners are easy to talk to. Will definitely go back.
