The location is very good. The unit itself is well maintained. Plus point for the provided parking area. And also we were well assisted by the caretaker.

The stairs... not advisable for PWDs and need assistance for the Seniors...

It is clean, it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathroom, very spacious for a Big Family like us.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the property. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area.

One thing worth mentioning is the stairs. While they were manageable for us, guests who are elderly or have mobility challenges may find them difficult, especially when carrying luggage. I noticed that several previous reviews have mentioned this as well. It might be helpful if the property could consider possible improvements, such as adding better handrails, clearer assistance for guests with luggage, or exploring options that could make access easier for older guests.

The area and the rooms are really nice. Furnitures and beddings are worn out but overall it was a great stay.Gladys helped us a lot and i really appreciate her hard-work and professionalism. I highly recommend this place.

The property was very clean and the staff was very easy to reach and talk to. The place had everything we needed. The condo lay out was very good, place was very safe and quiet.

No handicap access to get to 3rd floor of the unit. Bath towels and toilet papers were very thin and cheap.

The Space was very Comfortable, clean furniture, clean house, all amenities are working fine. 3 bathrooms, complete kitchen utencils, microwave, rice cooker.

The knives need sharpening, kitchen exhaust needs fixing. Need to bring own diswashing liquid and scrub. The middle stove is not working.

Not worth it with the amount of money paid compared to other accommodations i've checked in with fair price. The name sounds very elegant but not the place. Very firm hard beds. Very thin towels. No toiletries like shampoo or body wash included. Asking guest to place all the rubbish on the ground floor when you have a very steep stairs going down from second floor amd no bin liners provided. Water in the bathroom not draining well and will end up for water to be pooling in one area and looks very yucky after. Photos in booking looks so pleasant especially from the outside of the building.

Hanbi Mansions <3 is the place to be when visiting Baguio City. The location is perfect and incredibly convenient. Easy access to transportation, shopping, and tourist spots. Very fast wi-fi. Free parking with 24 hour security who by the way are very pleasant and helpful. We felt at home the minute we came in. Gladys is very warm and welcoming in showing us around. Zeny, the property manager is absolutely helpful, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and committed to highest quality standards which added to our comfortable stay.The kitchen layout and natural light are amazing. I'm very impressed where they tucked in the gas tank outside which made cooking very safe. Hanbi Mansions thought of their guests comfortability and at peace. I highly recommend Hanbi Mansions to everyone who wants to stay or visit Baguio City.

A very reasonably priced 5 bedroom apartment. V comfortable, nice location with helpful security.

Highly recommend it but Since Im with seniors,The only issue is that they have no access to elevator and they need to use the stairs to go up to 3rd floor. But overall i really like the place.

Parking place

Underfloor heating system out of order, electrical comfort toilet not working , only manual use. It is now the second time I got accommodation via booking.com with value for money out of question. No lobby, you have to call some one for service with waiting time. The electronic door look can not be blocked from inside, the feeling during the night with such door and no more door to the outside ( open entrance to the staircase) is not matching my security level. Very noisy road direct in front.

Had to wait for the initial checkin (20 minutes). The parking is difficult with not many spaces that was easy to get in and out with a large 15person van.

It was spacious and clean. My family enjoyed our short stay. Ate Zeny and the cleaning ladies were all nice.

There’s an area of opportunity on the customer service from the guard when we checked in. He could be more welcoming. We also noticed a distinct odor in all the bathrooms. Perhaps they just needed some deep cleaning and air fresheners.

It has 5 rooms, 3 below and 2 upstairs. There are kitchenwares, cookwares etc. the place is clean and a parking is provided for free. Water in the shower is strong

We had to clean our own dishes before check out and take out the trash outside the apartment which is very inconvenient because we were at the 3rd floor.

No elevator. It was hard for us to bring our luggage up/down to/from the 3rd floor. It is even harder for seniors to go up and down the stairs. You have to pay extra for additional towels. Used same towels for the duration of our stay.

It is located near Mines View Park and The Good Shepherd. What you see is what you get. The house has enough space to accommodate a family of 12. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with a free gallon of water for a night’s stay. The house is very clean and they even provide fresh towels for each of the guests. The water pressure in the showers can be improved. The contact person is very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

The unit we got is in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

The unit is in the 3rd level, senior members of the family find it uncomfortable for them, the climb to the 3rd floor is hard for older family members

The pictures in the web were exactly the same as it was in actuality; unlike other properties that are good only in pictures. Communicating with the property staff/manager is so professional and friendly that our arrangement upon arrival was just a breeze, and all throughout our stay. The property is very clean from the parking area to all the rooms. Amenities were exactly as what we expected and, in fact, even more. The property made our vacation so pleasant.

Huge property so was able to accommodate my big family (of 18). The apartment is spotless, beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped too. Staff especially Ate Zeny was very pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely come back again.

There was a mouse. when it was addressed to the property manager, it was dismissed and told it was a lizard. Even tho it was spotted by a couple of our family accompanied. Another thing that would suggest is the damage deposit refund. it would be preferably to be seamlessly or more professionally, as having 4-5 staff members come in and count the towels and the cutlery while ur sitting waiting for the refund is not pleasant. Last, is asking the renter or the occupants to clean up after their stay is also a matter that need to be improved as it was not professional. I mean, what's the use of having cleaning service then?

The apartment is huge and clean. All the kitchen utensils that you need are available. The host, Ms. Zenny is very approachable and attends to our needs on time. Will definitely come back.
