Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Lo mejor es la ubicación, en la misma Plaza de las Tendillas, lugar emblemático del centro de Córdoba. Desde el apartamento puedes escuchar las campanadas como una solea de una guitarra española del reloj de la plaza. El apartamento es amplio y las camas cómodas.
Lo que menos me gustó fue la poca o nula flexibilidad en la hora de entrada y/o salida. (15:00/11:00). (De manera que si estás un día apenas puedes estar 20 horas.) Solicité salir una hora más tarde (a las 12) y, a pesar de que el apartamento no tenía ocupación al día siguiente, no me lo permitieron, justificándose con el servicio de limpieza. (Qué digo yo, q podría empezar por otro de los apartamentos, ya que es un bloque de 8). Ah, y las toallas huelen mucho a humedad.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Die Wohnung liegt super gut zentral in der Stadtmitte von Cordoba. Alles ist leicht zu erreichen. 20 m weiter ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Direkt unten neben dem Eingang ist eine Bierbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Turm. Das war das erste Mal, dass wir einen eigenen Turm hatten.
Es war eigentlich nichts wirklich schlimm. Der einzige Kritikpunkt waren die Handtücher, die nicht besonders frisch rochen. Das soll aber zu keinem Abzug führen.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026This appartment is wonderful, looking right out onto Tendillas Square. The old town and attractions are a few minutes walk away. About 10 minutes to the Mosque/Cathedral and a little further fir the Alcazar. The appartment has all you need for your stay fridge, electric hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the ensuite . Also ironing facilities. The lounge and both bedrooms are very neat. Veds super comfy. There is a safety deposit safe which was locked when we arrived, however a quick message tk the hosts and they sorted it next day while we were out. Really simple check in and out instructions. We stayed 4 nights and towels were changed once which was adequate. There are soap, body wash and shampoo in both bathrooms. Air-conditioning was amazing as it was almost 40 degrees outside and so nice to walk back into. On the 4th floor but there is a lift. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely reccomend this appartment just, the view over the square is a real bonus.
My friend who stayed with me found the shower in their bathroom was temperamental regarding the heat of the water which fluctuated. I did not experience this in my bathroom , my shower was lovely.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Excellent location. Clean & both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. Lovely property right in the middle of the city. Excellent communication with property & as the apartment was ready early we were able to check-in early which was great.
Literally the only downside is that there are no facilities to store luggage after check-out so we had to take our bags with us until we left the city.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Ubicación inmejorable, limpio, bien aislado tanto de ruidos como de temperatura, con el añadido que al llegar tenía el aire puesto por lo que la temperatura era estupenda. Y la terraza que se disfruta. El colchón es muy cómodo, y ducha espaciosa. Repetiré. Añadir que la atención y gestión para las reservas es impecable, tuve que modificarla 2 veces y todo fue perfecto, incluso un cambio fue justo el día anterior a la reserva y ellos mismos me ofrecieron la posibilidad de modificar la fecha sin ningún problema y haciéndomelo muy fácil, comunicación y atención de 10. Instrucciones para el acceso al apartamento fáciles y claras.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Beautiful apartment overlooking Plaza de las Tentillias. Our view was nothing short of perfect! Very clean and had nice bed linens. Easy central location, there is an Aldi just down the road for groceries and plenty of restaurants in the area. Apartment has a Washing machine and place in bathroom to hang clothing. There is also a clothes hanger in one of the wardrobes that you can adjust to hang over a door. There are English options for television by pushing blue (Lang) button on TV remote. They did supply basic soaps for showering, washing dishes and had included some coffee and small cakes which was appreciated on arrival. They were fast to respond to messages.
There is no oven and missing a few basic utensils like kitchen scissors and supply of salt and pepper.

the air conditioner was noisy when turned on. Luckily during our stay it was not hot and we switched it off during the night.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026I stayed in this apartment with my 3 kids, location is absolutely perfect, everything is nearby, all the places of interests, the best restaurants are all by walking maximum 8 minutes. The area is very nice, it was pleasant to stay in this location, we absolutely loved it and thank you so much for such a warm welcome 🤗. The staff is super efficient and helpful, management is great 👍! We highly recommend you won’t regret. Thank you for beautiful experience in Cordoba💕
Only thing I wasn’t comfortable was the Air conditioning, we can’t turn off and it was super cold inside and super hot outside but in the night I prefer AC must be down

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Apartamento de 10 , muy limpio , con todo lo necesario, aire acondicionado, cocina, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora, menaje de cocina, frigorifico, secador de pelo...etc. Las camas eran muy comodas. En una ubicación excepcional , todo lo importante andando esta muy cerca. Tiene de todo a su alrededor, bares, tiendas, farmacias, supermercado en la misma calle...etc todo lo que puedas necesitar. Aparcamos en el parking Sevilla que esta a 100 metros y no cogimos el coche para nada. Nos cambiaron las toallas el segundo dia, nos hicieron las camas y tiraron la basura, cosa que nos sorprendio gratamente. Tiene ascensor. La comunicación con la empresa que los gestiona ha sido desde principio a fin rapida, fluida y sin problema. Calidad precio muy buena. Si volvemos a Cordoba sin duda sera allí.
Que solo facilitaran un juego de llaves

Que habíamos pedido para 13 personas la reserva y las camas solo estuvieron para 12. Y el internet tuvo un poco de problemas.

La máquina del aire acondicionado es ruidosa. El mobiliario muy básico y se puede mejor un poco más la limpieza. Son cuestiones a mejorar para un edificio de apartamentos que pueden ser extraordinarios

Air conditioning did not work and staff was not helpful to fix it- told us to check batteries but there was no remote control. And it was very hot. No napkins or paper towels. Stove didn’t work- no instructions to use and when staff texted instructions still didn’t work so couldn’t use kitchen.

Rezervasyon yaptığım adres ile tesis tarafından bir gün önce gönderilen giriş talimatlarındaki adres farklıydı. Her iki bina birbirine çok yakın olmakla birlikte, son verilen adrese gittiğimiz için anahtarlara ulaşamadık. Adresin farklı olduğunu anladığımızda anahtarlara kolayca ulaşabildik. Bu nedenle tesis çalışanlarının rezarvasyon numaralarına bakarak odanın hangi apartmanda olduğuna dikkat etmesi bu tür karmaşayı önleyecektir.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Shower could do with updating. Patio door could do with a notice explaining you could lock yourself out which we did however staff really helpful and we got back in okay.

Talán nagyobb bojler kellene, rövid ideig volt melegvíz, igaz rövid idő alatt újra melegítette
