Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn ist sehr praktisch und der Zugang zum Hotel unkompliziert.

Der Zimmerservice erfolgt nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung. Als unser Kind ins Bett plötzlich erbrochen hatte, wurde trotz unserer Bitte kein Reinigungspersonal geschickt. Wir bekamen lediglich einen Bettbezug, die verschmutzte Wäsche wurde nicht abgeholt. Das Bett war dadurch für die nächste Nacht kaum nutzbar und das Zimmer roch weiterhin stark nach Erbrochenem. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr klein für eine mehrköpfige Familie. Insgesamt wirkte das Personal in dieser Situation wenig organisiert und lösungsorientiert. Außerdem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass ältere Gäste deutlich zuvorkommender behandelt wurden als jüngere.

Location was good, security & safety measures taken made me feel good to having my young adult daughter in a separate room than mine . Breakfast had good selection , as well as making your own pancakes Not much of fruits and vegetarian option. Cereals , cheeses available and yogurt

We had an issue with the connected rooms availability, and emailed requesting 2 single beds in one room and the other is double . They don’t have 2 singles & didn’t find a solution to help but offered us to pay and upgrade for a room for 3 people and pay for triple room. receptionist was not friendly, we were tired late evening , I had my 80 year old exhausted mother from the heat wave we experienced in Aug needing to sleep . And when we managed to pay the extra £56,00 , got my mum to bed , emptied most of our luggage to find thatair condition was broken down - manager came up looking to fix it , couldn’t - engineer available - & suggested that we pack and move to another room , I had to wake my mum up .. and move packed our stuff again , all that and we still had to pay for their unavailability and error . That experience impacted my stay there as I was expecting the next morning an apology from the management . But Nothing at all .

Sauberkeit im Bad. Ich habe eine Glatze, also waren die langen Haare im Bad an der gefliesten Wand und die kürzeren Haare am Waschbecken definitiv nicht von mir. Das Schlafzimmer war aber sauber.

Location is right next to the underground. The room was clean & decor was fine.

The hot selection for breakfast was questionable. No mini fridge in room. Most hotels you get complimentary water, none here, have to pay €3 plus for it. All drink sizes at the ‘bar’ were 0.2L for a stupid price. I have used Hilton lots around the world and this one disappoints.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We really appreciated all the excellent facilities and services available, and the breakfast was especially enjoyable, with a great selection to start the day. A very special thank you to Zulueta, the morning-shift receptionist, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He was always happy to assist us with anything we enquired about and made sure we had everything we needed. We would also like to thank the Manager on Duty. It was a pleasure meeting him upon check-out, and we truly appreciated his warm and friendly manner. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Garšīgas brokastis, paši varējām pagatavot svaigas vafeles. Nummuriņš pietiekoši ērts un klus, neskatoties, ka atrašanās vieta blakus stacijai, vispar nekas nebija dzirdams no āra trokšņiem, kaut arī logi bija uz vilciena sliežu pusi.

Autostāvieta 30 eur par nakti šķiet par dārgu, pie reģistrēšanās katram nummuram iedeva tikai vienu nummuriņa karti.

The amazing staff who guided us about the city and transfers throughout the city. They also have tickets with themselves and u can buy yourself from the vending machine right outside the hotel property for day tour individual or group ticket of 5.

Being a vegetarian it's difficult to get a good breakfast at this place because veg & non-veg is kept right next to each other.

Convenient location which metro right at the front of the hotel. Rooms were really nice and breakfast was also very nice with a really good selection. Hotel was overall clean and very modern. The staff overall was polite and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights and I was expecting the rooms to be tidied/cleaned (of course not bedsheets or towels change on a daily basis) and rubbish bins to be emptied on a daily basis. I was a bit surprised when I saw they don’t offer this kind of service unless you ask for it which I think is a very basic requirement for a hotel. This is the first “Hampton by Hilton” and hotel in general that I see this policy. This was not mentioned to us up until we asked at the reception during our checkout. Especially when you see cleaning staff scrolling on their phones in the corridors and there is not much sense of urgency to get the rooms cleaned is a bit odd.

Es war nicht mein erster Aufenthalt und es wird auch nicht der letzte gewesen sein... Ich habe konstant gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

Ismertük a szálloda láncot már más országból is, Skóciában is jó tapasztalatunk volt vele. Központi helyen lévő szálloda, pont a metró mellett. Remek ár-érték arány, kiváló reggeli, remek szoba, minden szuper volt, pár napra tökéletes!

Das Rührei beim Frühstück scheint eher ein Ersatzprodukt zu sein, schade bei einem solchen Hotel.

Gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Lage. Betten war sehr gut, geschlafen wie ein Baby. Grosses Bad, Zimmergrösse tip top. Gutes Frühstück, ruhig in der Nacht Zu Fuss ist man in 30 min entlang vom Mainufer in die Innenstadt gelaufen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit einem bequemen Bett ausgestattet, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Bei frühzeitiger Buchung ist das Hotel zudem zu einem guten Preis zu bekommen.

Die Klimaanlage ist recht laut und ließ sich leider nicht abstellen. Das kostenlose W-LAN ist an die Mitgliedschaft im Kundenbindungsprogramm geknüpft.

Jedoch musste man jeden Tag nach einzelnen Sachen zum Frühstück fragen, was nicht auf dem Buffet stand. Auf dem Silikon im Duschbereich befanden bildete sich schon Schimmel

La cama supletoria era muy incómoda, cuando lo dijimos en recepción nos dijeron que eran viejas. No se podía dormir, se clavaban todas las barras de hierro. El desayuno muy mejorable. La máquina de zumos dispensaba agua que no se podía beber porque sabía a zumo. Pedimos un cepillo de dientes desechable y nos cobraron 1,50 euros. No nos había pasado nunca.

I loved everything about the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the way they treated guests and gave us helpful directions and different ways to get around the city. Everything was well organized and comfortable.

The location seemed safe and quiet for Frankfurt. We loved the room, it was very clean and modern. The staff was always helpful, we enjoyed the breakfast as well.

本当に駅前でした。駅のエレベーターを登るとホテルでびっくりしました。中心部から離れていますがお得だと思います。朝食のワッフルが美味しかったです。近所にスーパーもあります。

Die Nähe zur U-Bahn und Straßenbahn und ein Nahversorger, der bis 00.00 Uhr auf hat und Geschäfte des täglichem Lebens im Umfeld.

Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Leider nur klassisches Rührei. Auswahl der Marmelade nicht sehr üppig. Der Raum, wo alles steht sehr eng. Die gekochten Eier zu hart.

Das Hotel hat einen gleichbleibend guten Standard. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend. Für alle Geschmäcker ist etwas dabei. Die Lage zum Main (10 Minuten) und zur U-Bahn (nebeenan) ist genial. Die Tiefgarage ist direkt unter dem Hotel. Wir kommen wieder, wenn es uns nach Frankfurt verschlägt.

Die Tiefgarage ist mit 30 Euro am Tag teuer. Es gibt keine Vergünstigung füt Hotelgäste. Und da die Straßen direkt vorbei führt muss man bei geöffnetem Fenster in der Nacht mit entsprechendem Autolärm rechnen. Was uns persönlich gestört hat, es gibt nur eine große Bettdecke für beide. Wir haben uns eine zweite Decke geben lassen, was kein Problem war. Die war auch so groß wie die Erste und wir hatten im 160 cm Bett echt ein Problem mit der Nachtruhe, da es sehr beengt war zum Schlafen.

Tiefgaragengebühr von € 30,-/24 h - kein Wunder, dass die Autos vor dem Hotel die wenigen freien Parkplätze belegen. Da ist noch Luft nach oben, zumal (welch Wunder) die Tiefgarage nur zu 20% belegt war.

Сніданки повністю задовільнили. Ситні, різноманітні. Як для сніданків 2 доби - супер. Хотілося, щоб у номрі був маленький холодильник. Це було б круто. Якщо буду у Франкфупті - зупинюсь саме в цьому отелі.

Ottima posizione essendo al capolinea della linea U6. Siamo riusciti a visitare la città in maniera ottima senza problemi con i mezzi.

O café da manhã é otimo, com boas opções. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e tivemos muita sorte de sermos atendidos por dous brasileiros. Nos sentimos acolhidos.

Lage wirklich sehr gut. Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Man müsste zumindest am Samstag einen deutlichen Unterschied zu zur Arbeitswoche bemerken. Die Kaffeemaschinen entschädigen allerdings! Kaffee ist toll. Und das Hotelzimmer war ruhig trotz Ostbahnhof und Baustelle. Ich hatte mein E-BIKE mit. Das Hotel war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren.

Ein unangenehmer Geruch auf der 4. Etage war 3 Tage sehr deutlich zu bemerken. Ich vermisste eine Steckdose zum Aufladen des E-Bikes in der Tiefgarage.

I like the location because it is near the train station,the room is clean and comfortable.

I did'nt the soap container most of them sre almost empty and its hard to get the remaining soaps.check it everytime it is really important for travellers to feel more clean after the whole day travel.

The rooms were clean and quite spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good as well. The breakfast buffet was really tasty and there was plenty of choice. The location was greay, being right next to a train, tram and metro station. Also, there was a parking lot underneath the hotel.

The front desk employees weren't too hospitable. We were rarely greeted and they didn't look as if they liked their work. The cleaners, however, were very nice and greeted us everytime we saw them!

Kahvaltı oldukça başarılı idi. Özellikle çilekli waffle :) müthişti. Genel olarak temiz ve düzenli idi. Eski şehre, yürüyüş mesafesinde. Üstelik bu yürüyüşü nehir kenarından yaparak daha da zevkli ve unutulmaz kılabiliyorsunuz. Bir sokak The EAST bloklarının hemen içerisindeki sokakta , iki market, REWE ve DM var. DM yanında hemen eczane. Sokağın biraz ilerisinde kahvaltı edebileceğiniz mekan mevcut. Hoş cadde üzerinde akşam yemeği yiyebileceğiniz lokal yemek yerleri de var. Metro durağı hotelin kapısının yanı, tren istasyonu 50m ötesinde. Avrupa Merkez Bankası, devasa, ihtişamı ile hemen karşınızda. Beklentiniz ne olabilir bilmiyorum ama ben ve ailem bu konaklamadan çok hoşnut kaldık.

Odalarda terlik yok. Bunu da standart hale getirirlerse her şey daha da mükemmel olacak :)

Sehr gute Lage in der direkten Nähe zum Ostbahnhof mit U-, S-Bahnverbindungen - in einigen Minuten sind sie ... wo sie wollen. Ein hocher Standard der Zimmer (endlich gut funktionierte Klimatisation), und sehr gutes Frühstück (empfehle Rühei mit sehr, sehr gut gebratenem Speck). Keine Parkplatzschwirigkeiten.
