i love the hotel only thing 1 of the elevator didnt work that was frustrating because the elevator’s are real slow

Location was great for what we needed as a family. We went out for breakfast, IHOP is an 8 minute drive away. Lots of shopping and restaurants within a short distance. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and just what we needed for one night as a family of four. We wanted to be close to SFO as we flew home the next day. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The only downside was that the beds were probably not as firm I am used to. My back was a little sore but soon remedied when my husband took me for a mobility session outdoors

A modern hotel with great service especially by Romika at the front desk. She was very thoughtful and friendly. From a location perspective, it is very confidently located with a lot of options for all meals- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice place overall

Proximity to many things

We are midway through our stay and thus far- we are more than impressed.. excellent customer service and attention to detail on every part of the stay. nice clean rooms and Romica at the front desk was more than helpful and friendly in getting our stay sorted out. Romica made us feel like long lost friends who came for a visit. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. 10/10 for customer service. We can’t wait to see what the next half of our stay has in store for us, but we are confident in Romica ‘s ability to make sure we are well attended to.

Location, value for money

We live around the corner from Aloft and frequent the bar/restaurant a few times a month. We were horrified when Romica approached us, she was twitching, angry and emphatic, “You’re not staying in hotel! You shouldn’t be here!” I reassured her we would buy something to eat and drink and she still insisted we leave the property! I don’t know what she’s on, but she scared my son and some of the other guests. Disappointing :(

Clean, modern, well laid out. Rooms are bright and have an interesting decorative esthetic. The room I had was quiet. Beds were on the soft side-not great for everyone. All of the staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. Parking is free!

I lioke the location, the parking and the Chiken wings dinner I had 2 days in a row.

The shower, unfortunately, I was given a room for a disabled person and it did not have a Wall shower. I did not understand why I was given that room. The second thing I did not like was there was no variety of food at the so called restaurant. So Aloft needs to work on that. Either make it a restaurant with a varitey of food or nothing.

No breakfast at this location

I only booked a room here to get away and watch TV and have some time alone. The TV didn’t work and I was moved 2 more times to other rooms with no working TV. They told me they were having issues with the TVs working and would discount my stay 20%, which was not worth it.

I stayed for one night in Room 423, a two-queen room facing the mountains. The room was de-feathered as I requested, which I truly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is chic and relaxing. I especially loved the outdoor space for the pool and games—it added such a fun and lively touch. Overall, a great hotel and a wonderful stay! ✨

Semen stains on the carpet

Been staying at this hotel and this will be the last time. The hotel needs a good deep cleaning! Walls are gross and the rugs in the rooms are nasty! I had to wipe things down with Cleo wipes because I couldn’t stand it. We stayed on the 3rd floor and as soon as you got off the elevator the entire floor smelled like vinegar the entire time. Our room was stinky and just felt gross!

Location too far away of the city

In the middle of a 3-night stay. Giving 2 stars because there are 2 good reasons to stay here: 1. Staff is friendly. 2. Bed is comfortable Now the bad: Rooms are not being maintained. I'm hearing a constant drip near the air/heating unit which is driving me nuts! Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, upstairs and adjacent. Ugh. Very loud. Had to switch room to the highest floor after first night, now I'm stuck with a drip, drip, drip!! Blinking lights everywhere: thermostat, telephone (messages from food deliveries dating back 2 months were never cleared out) which, of course, I didn't notice until laying awake in a dark room. Gray, vinyl flooring is warping and unsightly. Rooms need a "deep" cleaning. There are smudges on walls and doors. First room I was in had a puddle of liquid by the toilet (cleaning solution, I hope!) which I mopped up with Kleenex. In summary, I picked this hotel based on location, price, and good reviews on Trip Advisor. Definitely not staying at Aloft ever again.

BEWARE! The manager will use anything against you to not correct a mistake on their end. They charged me twice, I was upset, and she said she wouldn’t refund me because I hung up the phone. She asked if I could understand ENGLISH! Petty, unprofessional people.

The Aloft has everything I want and need in a room: good bed, quiet, comfortable, clean... and all at a very reasonable price. The thing that really tops it off is the open proportioned rooms. The industry standard long narrow tunnel rooms are just horrid. The open light design is complimented by all sorts of small smart design decisions: rooms that make it difficult to leave or forget personal belongings, corner dinette/desk instead of the usual desk facing a wall.

The hotel is very modern clean and in a nice location. The best thing is the staff super friendly we were greeted with a friendly smile. Only thing I did not like was the water was not hot enough in the shower.

This is our home away from home! We come here many times a year and Jean and Romika go above and beyond beyond to make us feel at home every time we stay here!

the room next to me had three people in it with a speaker and music playing most of the night. At 100 in the morning I called the front desk they can to the room next door and talked with them but they did not stop playing the music. She was all by herself and could not do much more. I changed rooms but had to get up early. very disappointing

That front desk agent Karen was awesome! The front desk manager Jeanne was the best customer service and made me feel so welcome! Shirley the Bartender was so nice and Jesse was so professional. I will keep retuning because of these people!

Nice, clean, relaxed hotel w bar, pool table , swimming pool and small gym. Romika is a gem, she was able to accommodate above and beyond. Always a smile and a solution, give her a raise!

This hotel was very comfortable for 2 nights while my husband was in town for work and we (the wife and toddler) decided to tag along. It’s perfect for a business traveler or adult travelers, I would not say it’s great for families or small children. They serve a good breakfast but there are no high chairs as they don’t have a formal restaurant. That can be tough for a 1.5 year old. The bathroom is not completely separated from the rest of the room: the sink is outside the bathroom and the toilet and shower are behind a pocket door. This made for washing baby supplies (bottles, milk chiller, etc.) a little difficult; same for getting ready for bed as it was hard not to make too much noise or have too much light. I resorted to using my phone flashlight to brush my teeth. They DID provide a pack n play which was very helpful not not lug ours. The thermostat was also temperamental: we set it to 72 yet it was running nonstop and it felt much colder than that. Basically it was all or nothing with the air conditioning. We also woke up to an ant problem the second morning, but they were very apologetic. Lastly, they charged my husbands card for the room when he had put it down for incidentals: the room was to be paid by the business that hired him but whomever in their accounting I guess saw it hadn’t been closed out and instead of looking into who was supposed to pay for the room simply charged my husband. Good thing we caught it. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
