I had a wonderful stay at Centro Westside by Rotana. The hotel is clean and elegant, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. I accidentally left some money behind, and when I returned, it was safely kept at reception, with nothing missing. I sincerely appreciate their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience overall. The check-in was unprofessional. We had just arrived from the airport and were tired, but the reception was unattended. The staff member told us he was busy and asked us to wait for around 10–15 minutes before coming back to check us in. The first room was not clean. The bed sheets were torn, and the mattress underneath had black stains. We reported the problem twice, but it was not properly fixed, and the sheets were not replaced. We later moved to a larger two-bedroom apartment. It was slightly cleaner, but the furniture was old and damaged, with cracks in the walls and bathroom tiles. Overall, the hotel is old, poorly maintained, and below expectations in terms of cleanliness, service, and comfort. I would not recommend staying here.

Le personnel est très accueillant, gentil et toujours prêt à faire le nécessaire pour satisfaire les clients. La suite est spacieuse et offre une vue incroyable. Mention spéciale pour le spa : j’ai testé le massage et l’expérience était exceptionnelle ! Je le recommande absolument.

Le service de nettoyage manquait parfois de réactivité. Il m’est arrivé de rentrer du travail et de constater que la chambre n’avait toujours pas été faite. Le room service était également difficile à joindre pendant les périodes de forte affluence : personne ne répondait parfois au téléphone. Ces deux services mériteraient d’être mieux organisés.

The breakfast could be a lot better, one has to pay for fried eggs, the last time I stay at the hotel in October, 2025, the fried eggs were free. I was shocked and disappointed when I got there this time and I was told it was no longer free. The juices were terrible, could only take a sip and left the remaining.

Het onderhoud van het hotel is achterstallig. Het hotel ziet er anders uit dan op de foto’s bij de boeking, waardoor deze naar mijn mening enigszins misleidend zijn. Daarnaast zijn de prijzen in het restaurant hoger dan gemiddeld voor een hotel in Nederland.

Very disappointing experience – I would not recommend this hotel Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The lobby and reception area were already dirty, with rubbish on the floor, which was not a good first impression. My family and I had booked two rooms on different floors. Throughout the hotel, including the corridors and rooms, the temperature was extremely hot, and there was no proper air conditioning. In our room on the 12th floor, the bathroom lights were not working when we arrived, and the air conditioning in the room was completely broken. The room itself was very worn, poorly maintained and uncomfortably dirty. I immediately went down to reception to complain. Someone came to fix the bathroom light, but only part of it was repaired and half of the lights still did not work. Regarding the air conditioning, we were repeatedly told that someone would come and fix it. Eventually, someone came to the room, pressed a few buttons and left without actually fixing anything. We stayed for three nights, and during the entire stay the room was unbearably hot. It was extremely difficult to sleep and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I also repeatedly asked the hotel about some form of compensation for the serious inconvenience caused, but nothing was properly resolved. To make matters even worse, at around 11:30 PM, while I was already sleeping, reception called me and asked me to come downstairs to show my passport, which was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional at that time of night. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. The cleanliness, maintenance, air conditioning, customer service and handling of complaints were all far below an acceptable standard. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for several nights, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. While the room was clean and comfortable, the reception service was disappointing. Both check-in and check-out took much longer than they should have, and the staff were slow to respond to requests. The level of customer service did not match what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. The location of the hotel is good, but service quality is just as important. I hope the management will focus on improving staff responsiveness and overall guest service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Wij kijken altijd bewust goed naar de kamers voordat wij boeken. Wij kregen over duidelijk een andere kamer dan wat wij hadden geboekt. De receptie gaf aan dat het de juiste kamer is. Dit was 100% niet zo!!! En als het zo was dan zijn de foto’s op de website nep!!! Echt niet tevreden. Je krijgt niet de kamer die je boekt! Het was ook niet hygiënisch. Echt smerig.

Напротив находится большой торговый центр, что было для нас большим плюсом, поскольку мы хотели совместить отдых с небольшим шоппингом. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — это главное достоинство отеля. Все сотрудники были очень приветливыми, доброжелательными и всегда готовы помочь. Нам помогали с чемоданами, быстро реагировали на любые просьбы и сделали наше короткое пребывание максимально комфортным. За сервис персоналу — искренняя благодарность! Завтрак был достаточно разнообразным.

Полотенца были с запахом, серые. Не пользовались. Номера уже немного уставшие.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days for official trip and was one of the organisers for a conference, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The biggest issue was the staff. They were unprofessional, disrespectful, and clearly lacked basic customer service training. Instead of being courteous and helpful, they often came across as rude and dismissive. The way some staff members spoke to guests was unacceptable and did not reflect the standards expected from a hotel. There were also significant communication difficulties, as several staff members struggled to understand and communicate in English, making even simple requests frustrating. Hotels that cater to international guests should ensure their staff can communicate effectively and treat guests with respect. What should have been a simple laundry issue ended up ruining my entire stay because of the way it was handled. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the staff were unhelpful and disrespectful. I escalated the issue to the hotel management, expecting at least a sincere apology and an effort to resolve the situation. Instead, there was no apology, no empathy, and no meaningful attempt to address my concerns. The management’s response was just as disappointing as the staff’s behaviour. The food was another major disappointment. There were very limited options, and the quality and variety did not meet expectations for a hotel of this standard. Overall, the hotel suffers from poor management, inadequate customer service, and a lack of attention to guest satisfaction. Management urgently needs to invest in staff training, improve communication skills, and ensure staff understand the importance of respectful and professional behaviour. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Bugun otelden çıkış yaptık. geldigimiz gün otelin yanında insaat var rahatsız olursunuz diye odamizi degistirdiler. Cok memnun kaldık, bayii'de çalışan Umut bey'e bu yüzden çok teşekkür ediyorum. hizmetlerinden tut, servislerine kadar hersey cok iyi. Biz geldigimizde kahvalt saati bittiginden dolayı çok acıkmıştık, sağolsun bizi kırmadılar ve odaya 2 sandvic yapip getirdiler.

Tuvaletlerde tuvalet fırçaları yoktu, ayriyeten çamaşır makinesini görünce cok mutlu olduk fakat kurutma ayarında ne yaptıysak kurutmadı maalesef. Sadece bu, geriye herseyden memnunduk.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others.

Spa var stängt två dagar

Lovely room. Centro Westside by Rotana rooms are nearly like an apartment hotel. There is a separate lounge with a television, a kitchen in the same room with a sink, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave oven (although there was no microwave plate in the microwave oven in my room), a kettle, but no cooking facilities (no stove, no plates, no pans, no pots, no cutlery, no glasses). The bedroom is separate with an attached bathroom and a television. The internet worked perfectly well. The swimming pool and the fitness room facilities are excellent. The buffet breakfast (extra unless you prebook) is very good, so is room service.

The hotel needs to check that all facilities (like the microwave oven) are in working order and not just for decoration. Also, there was an issue with the light in one of the bedroom wardrobes (it didn't switch off automatically) which I needed to get fixed so that I could sleep properly the second night. The location is a real issue if one wants to go to the Mall Of Istanbul and/or just to go to the nearby Metro station in the MOI to get to Istanbul city centre. Although the MOI should be only a few minutes away, it is impossible to walk there from the hotel. The taxis charge a fortune to get there as they need to use GPS to navigate their way through the intricacies of the numerous roads in the maze before arriving at the MOI.

It was a good place to stay for your work travel

-Room service is great and overall hotel services are exceptional -The staff are very very helpful and friendly, especially the Guest service staff Muhammed and Emre.

-Breakfast could be better (fresh-made omlet isn’t included with the breakfast you should pay separately) - Location is a bit far away from central area (best choice is to rent a vehicle)

Ligging is niet handig, veel moet met de taxi maar als dit een korte tussenstop is is dit een prima hotel. Er word naast hotel flink gebouwd dus daar kan je wat last van hebben.

The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were quite spacious, the beds were comfy, and the view was great. I felt safe there. The AC worked perfectly.

They don’t have mugs in the room. We booked for two people, but they only provided teabags and toiletries for one person. The floors were dirty. If you value quiet places and peace, keep in mind that it’s very noisy outside 24/7 due to the highways.

I enjoyed my stay the staff were so great especially Busra, Ahmet and Umut Jila.

I had a bad experience in this place, it was not my first time in a Rotana hotel and I was really expecting something better. My room was dusty, I could even write with my finger on the mirror over my bed. Also had a very bad experience in the restaurant, were poor english is spoken and treated me disrespectfully. I made a complaint to reception asking please, give me my dinner.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast was good and the hotel environment was quiet bar the construction work going on within the vicinity. A special thanks to Jila, one of the staff at the hotel. She always finds time to talk to guests, and ask about their wellbeing and if they need any assistance; this was beautiful. I observed Jila doing this everyday of our stay at the hotel. She does it with a big smile on her face. Thank you Jila for making us enjoy our stay. A special thanks also goes to Musa, my friend keep it up .

I understand that it's a very busy hotel and that guests are always in and out. But that should not stop the staff from engaging with the guests. In other setups, staff find time to tell visitors about important places, for instance, shopping centres tourists attraction areas and places where you can get food. However, this was not the case here. Some of the guests were there as first timers, so didn't know much about the area. Probably they should find time during check-in to give a brief synopsis of the area. Jila was doing this to perfection, keep it up Jila.

Our stay was comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly especially Recef, Musa and Bûşra. We asked to be placed at a higher floor and the accommodated us into the 9th floor.

Some of the breakfast items weren’t fresh and the tables were unclean and utensils were missing.
