Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The location is very good as there are many places around this hotel, especially train stations and shopping malls. In addition, the room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The thing is that you have to ask the staff for the housekeeping maintenance in advance notice as the hotel is now going for green eco-friendly. Thanks for the great experience of staying at this hotel.

部屋が一階だったため窓を開けるとすぐ前を人が歩いていたり、立ち話ししていたりバイクの音がうるさかったりでした。 窓の前に植林して通行人と顔を合わせることがないようにするといいと思います

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Amazing location, super easy to walk to station, AEON mart and have some good restaurant around. Helpful and friendly staff. If it's raining, u can ask staff for hotel's umbrella.
Room is a bit small, 1 out of 3 rooms we book has funky smell of wet sock (might because damp carpet). At night, washing room is always been occupied with long line waiting.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026교통편이 너무 좋아요 전철역 공항리무진버스 승차장을 도보로 3분내에 있고 주변에 간단하게 먹을수 있는 식당도 있고 돈키호테도 가까이에 있어서 좋아요 호텔이 도로면에 있지만 차소리가 많이 들리지는 않아서 좋숩니다. 방은 캐리어를 다 펼쳐놓을수 있을정도 넒었고 화장실 부스도 커서 사용하는데 불편함이 없어요.

Peccato che non abbiano il servizio della prima colazione. Che abbiamo risolto con i Combini e supermercati Le pulizie vengono fatte al terzo giorno dall'arrivo,ma puoi richiedere gli asciugamani se vuoi cambiarli tutti i giorni. Dopo giorni passati in camere minuscole dove non riuscivi neanche ad aprire la valigia ci voleva proprio.
La mancanza della prima colazione.

Trasferimento bagagli tramite sito internet non troppo agevole. Pulizia ogni 3 giorni non è proprio il massimo.

Pillows were hard, but it's seem like a local thing since we experienced this in other hotels as well.

The room smelt like mold. The bathroom ventilation was not working. The room was not as clean as expected. The laundry area was stinky and they had old machines. We used the laundromat nearby.

Reviewed May 13, 2026We had a lovely stay at M's Hotel. The room exceeded our expectations: it was more spacious than most in Japan, amenities were plenty and the beds were very comfortable. Super silent environment, and it was always very clean. The hotel is a 5-minute walk away from Kyoto's central station, so it’s perfect to move around the city and surrounding area (Uji, Nara, Osaka).
