Clean and well located ; Breakfast was good; Neptune bar was excellent.

The check in could have been better, there was no welcome drink and looks like staff were caught up!

The overall lobby had no fragnance, the finishing in room didnt feel premium for the price. It looks attractive but small details matter. The carpet looked kinda unclean in lobby

The room quality, the service provided were all top class.

The breakfast quality and the filter coffee especially can be much better. Even the staff there need some training.

Clean, quiet with nice ambience. Food was excellent. Thanks to all the hotel associates who took care of our needs.

I like your food but surprised that you are not more inventive with your food options. I could turn up at any Fortune anywhere in India and get the same standard fare. I would have expected your brand to be a little more local and experimental.

The staff members re extremely good. Sarath , Roshni and other staff members in the catering department were very much attentive and the'r behaviour was excellent. I recommend this place for the visitors.

Location of the hotel is little away from highway traveller who are stopping Enroute longer trip.

The property was overall very good

Was put off a little bit because of not so clean towels and no separate shampoo and body wash

We stayed at this hotel in May-2026. The hotel is neat and cozy. Breakfast buffet was great and staff are courteous. Will recommend as a great stay for family.

Minor things, the presidential room we stayed in needed a telephone in the living room as well. But other than this the stay was very comfortable.

Despite our repeated requests the hot water was always less than lukewarm warm . The room no was 308 whether it was specific to this room or general we don’t know .

Room was small.Mosquito disturbances. Dust and too much noice from corridor...

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. Right from the reception staff Ms Shaily to the Restaurant Manager Mr Sarabeswar Rout to the serving staff Ms Sunita and the team, everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Each of them made sure our stay and time there was memorable and comfortable. Took the Spa service and Ms Malathy and Ms Preeti were helpful in choosing the right service. It was followed by an exceptional service of Ms Bharathi.Her work was truly relaxing and rejuvenating.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is beautifully located, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making our arrival warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of, and overall, it offered great value for money

South Indian buffet was good and dinning and reception staff were very courteous .There was a driver Rafi who took as for sight seeing and dropping us at Chennai airport was good at his task

The non veg food served was average at best and north Indian food below par. Some of the cleaned glasses smelled of non veg and had a district distatestful smell.This was shown to the attending team.The room at the first look when we arrived did not look as if it was cleaned properly and looked jaded

Over rated for the place... dinner food was not up to the standards... the fruits were too frozen and the live counters food werent hot... the mrng breakfast was ok... the towels placed in the rest room were torn ..

Breakfast was good. Good spread. Only, it did taste anything like Tamil Nadu. Most of the staff are from outside... looks like the chef is also non local. But other than that, good spread and good presentation of the food.

Rooms are functional. Ideal for business travellers. For a family, there is need for space, and the room will not give you taht space. Property is also ageing, and you can see it on the fixtures.
