It was just the perfect place to stay with a real attention to detail. There were lots of little extras included that really made it special for us.

Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice to choose from. We had ours delivered to our room as we were travelling with dogs. Everything fresh and tasty. On arrival checking in was straightforward and there were several types of cake you could have a slice of. Selection of coffee and teas to choose from and milk in fridge in room. Room lovely and clean, bed really comfortable, great to have private area outside of room to sit out with dogs. Able to exercise dogs from the room and get onto a lovely walk with them from the premises. Blankets for each dog and food and water dishes supplied.

Another chair in the room for sitting on instead of having to sit on bed and the decking outside the room is becoming soft in places so will need replacing soon.

Original old farm house but modern interior, liked the colour choice on shutters. Cold water dispenser much appreciated and excellent breakfast.

Rear garden area needs a little TLC and press button light control awkward at first. Taxi needed in evening if wanting to eat further afield if not wishing to drive or go to the pub next door.

Wir hatten ein wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse und Blick ins Grüne. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Uns hat die moderne Lichtinstallation im Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Es gab ausreichend Steckdosen ;-) Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und mit einem sehr leckeren und ausreichenden Frühstück sowie Kuchen am Nachmittag versorgt. Es gab Milch im Kühlschrank und nach Belieben Versorgung mit Tee und einem Wasserspender auf dem Flur. Von der Unterkunft aus konnte man für uns attraktive, unterschiedliche Spaziergänge in die Umgebung direkt starten.

Die Nähe zur viel befahrenen Schnellstraße.

Very cute, staff were super nice. Loved that they had a selection of cakes available to grab at will, as well as some cordials. Loved that they left some milk for coffee or cake in the room fridge. We didn't end up in the room we'd chosen because they said it was much hotter in that room, with it being July and a heatwave, I appreciated the consideration. Room was clean, breakfast was tasty.

Parking was a little tight but we managed

It was a wonderful place to stay. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We had the non ensuite room, which works really well as there is also a door in the hallway giving you privacy from other guests as you walk from the bedroom to the bathroom. The breakfast was first class, clearly using good quality ingredients. The fridge in the room with fresh milk and cold water was also a nice touch given the very hot weather. The Robin hood Inn next door was also very good (recommend the steak frites) We ate there twice and once at the Cavendish. Excellent food at both.

Nice location. There's a pub just next door too that does great food. The hosts were wonderful! The breakfast was excellent, the cakes on offer in the dining room were fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, so was the bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There are really many extras that the hosts went above & beyond with. It is clearly visible, that they do it with a love.

Nice location, near to Bakewell and Chatsworth House. There's a pub just next door too that does decent food. The owners were friendly and the cakes on offer in the dining room were exceptionally good. Breakfast was great as well with plenty of options. The room was clean and comfortable and the bath with jacuzzi jets was lovely after a long walk.

The hosts were wonderful! The breakfast was excellent, and cooked to order. I especially liked the homemade cakes and brownies left out for us. Delicious, and quite an unexpected treat! Our room was fantastic, and the bathroom had a whirlpool tub - quite a nice bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely nothing - perfect

Stunning property decorated lovely, location is great as we went hiking one day & Chatsworth house the next! Pub is two seconds walk away with great food. So many extras that the hosts went above & beyond with, Fresh baked cakes were 10/10 and outside on the hallway was fresh drinking water with squashes, and different teas/coffees with fresh milk. Hosts friendly, gave us advice on our walks and breakfast was amazing! Thank you for our stay!

Greeting was really nice, breakfast was out of this world and I mean EVERYTHING, from the coffee/tea to the eggs, sausage, bread, jams, honey, milk. Outstanding. Quiet and very relaxing. Garden terrace for our dog. Dog poo bin is very helpful. Dog towels available at the door. Nice common area and big farm table for breakfast. Nice walk out the back but too rainy to utiiize. Easy to find. Rural yet close to many pubs and restaurants. Lovely, gracious hosts.

Getting in! Couldn’t trace having been give. Instructions regarding entry before arrival. We missed the sign with instructions which was on the front t gate, the writing is small and a bit worn and the sign was easily missed in the dark and the rain.

The room was so lovely and had access to a garden and to take the dog for a walk. The location was great for Chatsworth House Christmas Market. Beautiful area will be back.

Such a lovely place to stay! The room was spacious and immaculately with a super comfy bed. I loved the amazing spa bath and was so impressed with the selection of cakes, tea and coffee and cordials to help ourselves to. The staff were so friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Lovely property, perfect location to be countryside whilst still within a short drive of local towns and attractions.

We loved everything about our stay at Robin Hood Farm, from the delicious cakes available on our arrival to the equally delicious breakfast the following morning. The hosts had thoughts of everything: fridge, tea and coffee makings with fresh milk, fine linen on a very comfortable bed, well stocked bathroom. The system of ordering breakfast the night before worked perfectly and the pub a few yards away was a great place for a meal (and gave 10% off for BnB guests). The shared lounge was pleasant with reading material and detailed information regarding local walks, many straight from the door… we would have loved to stay longer!

We had lovely hosts! The breakfast was delicious and we could've only wished to have stayed longer! The airline forgot our luggage and our hosts were most kind and helpful while getting things settled for the airline to deliver our bag. The place was warm and inviting, and was well kept! Next door was a pub with delicious food as well and very convenient. We could not recommend this place enough!

Beautiful cottage in the Derbyshire countryside. Close to Chatsworth house and Bakewell. Very cosy yet also very modern. Also, the homemade cakes are the finest I’ve ever tasted. As is the breakfast. Hands down the best food we’ve ever had at any b&b anywhere. We will definitely keep returning. Thank you for a short but very sweet stay.

Incredible friendly staff, very dog friendly, very accommodating for vegans, lots of cute and considerate touches to both the room and shared areas. We had a little patio outside our room, and the surroundings were very beautiful.

Received a warm welcome despite booking a room and hour before arrival. Superb surroundings and history to go with the location and old farm.

The location. The hospitality, The very comfortable and quite room with a modern touch. Very clean, room balcony in the garden is a nice touch. A minute walk away is the Robin Hood inn which serves great food and drink. Ample parking at the farm bnb, local hiking routes from the doorstep.

Lovely property and couple. What a welcomed feeling for two jet lagged travelers. Thank you for making us feel welcomed. Room was clean and cozy. Bathroom was stocked with all the creature comforts. Tub was a sight for welcomed sight for sore eyes and the shower was top notch, with great water pressure, as per my husband. On-site parking was easy and convenient as listed. Pictures accurately detailed the space. AND THE BREAKFAST WAS PHENOMENAL! Little menus given the night before for next morning individualized prepared food. Everything was homemade. They were sensitive to food allergies or sensitives, although we don’t have any. I just thought that was very kind and notable for those who may. Food can be served in your rom or at a family-styled setting downstairs each morning. We chose to eat downstairs and so glad we did. We met another couple and had great conversation each morning. Excellent little pub and restaurant right next door. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. 10% discount given to B&B patrons was a nice perk. We were only there two nights passing through, but will definitely stay again if in the area again.

Excellent stay, more than accommodating with our group who were staying for a wedding. Offered pastries early for those leaving to get ready elsewhere on the wedding day. Excellent breakfast - would stay again and recommend to others!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I am impressed with the scramble eggs & porridge.

The property is beautiful! The bedrooms are lovely, the bed is very comfy and the bathroom very nice with a jacuzzi bath. There is a water cooler along with bottle green juices in different flavours and cordials you can help yourself too along with oat milk and flavoured teas. Breakfast was a good range of cereals including gluten free, dairy free and vegan options. We went for the omelette which was perfect. The hosts are just lovely people. We will definitely be returning

This is a really lovely place to stay and Caroline and Chris couldn't have done anything more to make us welcome and comfortable. The homemade cake on arrival was delicious and the food at breakfast was spot on. The Robin Hood Inn is just next door with 10% off food for people staying at the Robin Hood B&B.

Beautiful location. Excellent rooms and breakfast. If you need twin beds, that’s a bit of a challenge!

- lovely host! couple looking after the property for friends, they were so friendly and helpful - great walk to Chatsworth (about 1-2 hours, depending on if you get lost like me lol) - discount at the tavern next door, went for dinner and was yummy - complimentary tea, coffee, homemade cookies and cake!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and had all the facilities we could possibly ask for including a secure private garden section with decking area, perfect for the dogs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all consisting of excellent locally sources ingredients expertly cooked. The property was conveniently located a short drive from Chatsworth House, Bakewell and a number of other tourist attractions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend to others.

Everything was perfect,all but 2 small points....The bed was slightly uncomfortable,due to being too soft/warn....and maybe being a little bit picky, But B&b was just a little too close to main road .... otherwise,a FANTASTIC place.

The location was ideal. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast was superb. The smoked salmon with scrambled eggs were delicious.

I personally didn't find the hosts particularly friendly.

A great stay at the Robin Hood B&B. The owners were very friendly and the check in and check out process were very easy. The breakfast was all home cooked and had great variety for a small B&B. We used it as a base for exploring local walks and Bakewell and it was very easy to get around. Overall I would recommend staying here!
