Reviewed May 4, 2026La ubicación es muy buena a unos 5 minutos de la playa y a unos 15 minutos del malecon, el personal muy atento y servicial.
La alberca la tienen descuidada no le dan limpieza diaria o No se notaba ya que el fondo había suciedad en los 3 días que estuvimos. También sería bueno que hubiera una máquina de hielos.

Se nota que le están dando mantenimiento pero les falta limpieza fina (pintura) El teléfono de la habitación no tenía cables por lo cual no funcionaba. Y no se puede ver casi nada en la TV por qué tiene contigo parental.

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025Les lits sont confortables, les chambres sont spacieuses et le personnel de cet hôtel est vraiment accueillant. Quand je reviendrai visiter mazatlan, j'aimerais séjourner dans cet hôtel encore une fois.
Le fait qu'il n'y avait ni petit frigo, ni micro-ondes, ni cafetière et ni fer à repasser dans la chambre rendait le séjour plus difficile. Comme on n'a pas de repas inclus dans la réservation et qu'on est venu avec notre bébé de 9 mois, c'était impossible de pouvoir conserver sa nourriture. Aussi, la piscine n'était pas chauffée, on ne voulait pas rester trop longtemps dedans.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025I looked at the ratings before booking and saw they were either 10 or 3, but the hotel looked nice, so I took a chance. What I found is that if you are given a good room, you will rate this hotel a 10, but, if like me, you are given a crap room, it’s definitely a 3. The rooms are cramped, stuffy, smelly, the beds uncomfortable and the breakfast was a joke. There is a sign up saying “No breakfast refills”, my guess is that the portions are so small that people requested more food, although why anyone would want to eat more of it is a mystery. I didn't bother to go for breakfast after the first night. So… I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend you book any more than a 1- or 2-night stay because you will have a terrible time if you are assigned a crappy room.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025Todo excelente en su relación costo-beneficio, la verdad todo muy bien para ser un hotel barato, limpio, el clima funcionando bien, la regadera excelente, buena ubicación, pero un pequeño gran detalle, las almohadas eran un pequeño ladrillo, súper chiquitas y súper duras, al final esos detalles arruinan toda la experiencia, sin embargo creo es algo fácil de corregir.

La alberca está muy sucia, deshabilitada,no puede uno pasar tiempo de ocio. Los colchones duros sin poder descansar, las almohadas con hongos y las lamparas también. Tuve que irme a otro hotel, para poder descansar.
