Nothing that i like (my personal pref). But hotel was decent and okay to stay 1 or 2 nites. Bed n pillow comfortable. Friendly staff. Gd location.

The room soundproof was the WORST i've ever been to any hotel! The whole night i can hear the nearby construction & unable to sleep. Can also hear the next room showering! Room for 3 was very small. Didnt gv any tissue.

Parking a bit hard

The room was smelly and need to call housekeeping for room spray. It happened everytime when we go out for food or locked the room for a while.

Location is really good. It's close by ciq, city square and Komtar. The hotel can be accessed via the stairs beside public bank (probably may seem eerie at night) and also can cut through via zenith mall which is where we booked out grab pickups (it's near amari hotel & suasana). Also liked that there is a water filter station in every floor. Other things I liked - there's a small chiller - has basics like kettle, cups, tea - space for clothing - staff was pleasant with no issues on check in or checkout

For the price, I guess it's okay if you're just staying for a night. A few things that I didn't particularly like. - the window is only facing towards the corridor side which we permanently kept closed for privacy. There was barely any sun in the room - it's a small room - the cleanliness could be improved, perhaps scrubbing down the bathroom tiles more and deep cleaning toilet bowls - not very soundproof. I could hear a kid shouting from the lobby - maybe don't use a red old floor mat for the toilet? Overall, everything else was somewhat expected for the price. Just wanted to try and see how it was in person as it looked clean in pictures. Thinking back, the room wasn't extremely dirty, but idk there's something about the room that makes me feel a bit icky. If I'm being honest, I probably wouldn't book again as I wasn't as comfortable in the room & couldn't sleep well. No offence to the owners, but I probably prefer citrus (club suite) in comparison for budget hotels or would be willing to pay a little more for a bigger & cleaner room & windows.

No breakfast was provided; although I thought that I saw that breakfast was provided when I booked online. No windows in all the rooms. I was put at the basement although I made bookings early.

Our sink was clogged. Losing the keycard cost me Rm100. I lose keycards in other hotels all the time. First time I have to pay for it.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to City Square (can access through the alley beside Public Bank). Check-in was smooth at 2:30 PM with RM100 deposit. Room was clean with good hot water pressure, and I was given a big bed as requested. Lift access available even for basement rooms. Two bottles of water provided, and there’s also a dispenser upstairs. Staff provided a hair dryer upon request. Easy early check-out and could leave my bag at the counter. Mini-mart and mamak restaurant nearby.

Standard rooms are in the basement with no window, I was woken by slamming doors at night, the bed was a bit squeaky, and the TV lagged sometimes.

Liked the location, once we worked out where it was (because it’s located wrongly on Maps and Google Maps), it was quite convenient for walking to the Heritage area, shopping malls and JB train station. The reception area is very nice and the staff welcoming.

We were only given one room key and there was three of us staying in our room. Also, we wanted to keep on the room AC during the extreme heat so left our key in the room and borrowed another from reception when we wanted to get back in. Would have been far easier for them and us to just give us a second room key. Also, our other family members were put in a room without windows… not only that, but their room was in the basement and you could smell must. I would have complained for them but they said that they’d be okay because we were only staying two nights. I think the hotel should state when the rooms have no windows and are located in the basement because not everyone can cope with this sleeping arrangement.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I had specifically booked a “high floor” room, but was given a room on the 2nd floor. When I questioned this, the staff told me it was the highest floor, even though the building clearly has 5 floors. Their explanation was that I had requested a window — which makes no sense, as this implies that their “high floor” rooms have no windows. The staff’s tone was rude throughout the interaction. On top of that, the toilet’s shower head was broken and dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel.

Replace the smart staff and better-looking and most importantly polite! Clean the toilet bowl properly and replace the broke items!

The location of the hotel & water dispenser for refill. Price is reasonable & fair.

Need to inform reception if you need a clean up for your room. Even though the receptionist say that she did informed upon check-in but at least put a signage in the room for reminder. The room comes with the clean up button together with DND but still needs to inform manually. The staff talks loudly in the morning with each other which disturb my sleeping for 2 days.
