Pleasant staff

The walls are too thin, I can hear all the noises at night so couldn't sleep well.

kawasan little india. susah nak cari makanan melayu. can be guideline for muslims sebelum nak booking sini. and kena clearkan history dekat tv sebelum terima guest baru masuk. bila tak clear history ni benda yg tak sepatutnya dah terkeluar dekat screen pula nasib anak i baru 2yo. and parking takde. kena masuk dalam building. bayar harian tak berbaloi sebab bermalam jadi 1 malam tu around rm16 juga.

Great staff, clean and comfortable. Easy to walk from CIQ (make sure you take walkway above the busy roads!). Great value for money.

Love that it’s walking distance to CIQ. Love the simple breakfast buffet.

Directly opposite JB City Square. Next to a mamak stall, and a mini Mart. About 3 to 5 mins' walk to Komtar, and 5 to 7 mins to JB Sentral station.

No designated hotel parking. Nearest recommended public Metro parking looked very insecured, poorly litted, dirty and smelly. Doesn’t augur well for the hotel’s standard

Requested for a prayer mat. Had to repeat my request to the recept after 40mins. Tho the recept sent it herself to my room, it would've been better had the staff been more prompt with my request.

The location and staff are great. I have always had nice encounters with the staff and they are accomadating. Location is next to city square and easy to walk around or call a Grab.

The shower water was barely lukewarm. The flush was not strong at all. There was lizard poop on my friend's single bed at the side so he just used the toilet paper to clean it off. The room is spacious but the aircon was not cold..it showed 16 but felt more like 25. It was a non smoking floor but we smelt a little cigarette smoke. The price has gone up since i started staying there, getting pricey. With all that said, this is my go to motel in JB...

The room was clean, tidy, and location was ok, although there were no slippers in the room and had to request for iron and iron board. The staff was quick to provide the iron board and iron on time. The breakfast was well prepared, I enjoyed it.

There was no slippers and gown. I had no idea that I had to request for the cleaning of my room. I requested late in the afternoon when I reached the room and discovered that it was'nt prepared. Luckly it was cleaned, and change the bed, after I have requested for assistance from the staff member at the reception.

Aircon was not cold at all. Maintenace staff have to check periodically as the make up staff does not ON while doing makeup room daily. This is my 2nd time i have problem with the aircon.

Initially given a room (large but barely furnished) with no windows. Because I checked in late, did not request for a room change until next morning. The Manager (Malay woman, sorry I did not ask for her name) was most courteous and efficient, and was allocated another room, much better equipped, with window. Location is excellent. Breakfast met my simple need for fresh salad and some local food. Most important was the courteous Manager, the Breakfast (Esrawan) host, and the Security Officer (Hassan). Thanks to them and the great location, I had a very pleasant stay and would return later if I travel to JB again.

Some of the fixtures and fittings were not well maintained e.g. the shower head holder kept falling (Manager got it fixed), the toilet seat off its attachment, the shower screen handle attach screws really loose, the broken wooden clothes hangers, the table at the window was not stable (one feet shorter than the other 3). Other than the shower head holder (which I asked the Manager to fix and she did it promptly), I didn't report the rest of the defects (room 806).

The hotel is just next to the central station of Johor Bahru, so it's easy to access and is a good spot when you make stopover.

Spacious cos we took family The first room we got the bedsheet was dirty .. we asked to clean but they chg our room .. the first room was with small fridge but then 2nd room without it

Didn’t check if the room was with necessity before transfer us.. like no tooth paste and paste and the shower gel was finishing. When told their reception they said it’s only upon request the tooth brush will be given….

Breakfast is nice and delicious but limited due to less people take breakfast option.

There no slipper to walk around the room. My feet dirty. There no toothbrush and toothpaste too.. bring your own. Be prepared to watch local program. Its not a smart TV.

The hotel is walking distance from JB Sentral and next to JB City Square Mall. There are decent eateries nearby.

The bathroom floor is a bit slippery.

Very disappointing location. The hotel does not provide secure parking, and the surrounding area feels unsafe, especially at night. I would not recommend this hotel to guests travelling by car or with family.

Despite they upgraded to Suite Room however it’s was Level 2. Noise Pollution Outside Can Be Heard. Not Proper Sleep Due to this matter.

I took the no breakfast package. There are plenty of food shops around the hotel.

It was abit noisy, being in the city center.

Location was v near to JB Sentral so v convenient if traveling early morning to KL via ETS (walking only 5min). Staff were also v helpful esp the security guy who helps w the door for all guests, greets everyone and informed us about the short cut to JB Sentral

Easy access and well Located. If you come from the main interchange it’s so easy to get to. Great eating and massage places down the one street. Fantastic staff. Everyone greets with a cheerful smile. It makes such a difference to your day.

The soundproofing was quite bad, keep hearing door slamming and people talking. There is a strong smell like the room has not been ventilated. There is only 1 small dustbin for the room and toilet

The location is very convenient.

Plaster bag worms can be found on the bathroom ceiling and during one night, at around 10:45pm, there were loud drilling noises that lasted for 15 mins. Tried calling reception but could not get through.

The room cleanliness was below expectations, as the floor felt sticky. The bathroom sink is also quite shallow, resulting in water splashing out easily whenever the tap is used, which can be inconvenient.
