The bed was amazing, the location was amazing and easy to find, the place was very clean, friendly staff and Rachid was a very welcoming host. You get value for your money. It was a calm stay with very personal service.

The breakfast was very traditional but basic and al little to sweet. There were a little bit to many pasteries and too little of a savory breakfast.

Air con should have been bit more effective

Excellent location in the Bab Doukkala neighbourhood, the best part of the medina. Within 10-12 minutes walk from Djemaa el-Fna, the souks and Jardin Majorelle, without the noise and chaos of the medina centre. Perfect base for a family. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 children (4, 8 and 9 years old) and the room was very spacious and comfortable for all five of us. The riad itself is beautiful, a real oasis after long days exploring the city in 40°C July heat. Breakfast was excellent every morning, fresh, varied and generous. The room was cleaned daily and kept immaculately throughout our stay. Staff were attentive and welcoming from arrival to checkout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at BCK and would not hesitate to return.

Very Artsy. antiqued woodwork, some eclectic paintings. The staff was very responsive and kind. Service-oriented staff. However, they were limited in what they could provide.

Breakfast was boring. Same, stiff pancakes every day. The courtyard where it was served was next to the entrance alley which smelled like urine. Flies were abundant and bothersome. The bed had bedbugs, Hot water took forever to get to the tub/shower. Plumbing leaked. No curtain in shower to limit splashing into the bedroom.

I love the deco in the Riad. The Riad is very complementary to the culture of Morocco as well as a modern twist through its art work throughout.

There isn't anything I dislike about the property.

The host himself was amazing, we was able to keep our room on until late with no extra charge to accommodate to our late flight. The owner and all staff were incredibly attentive to any request. Me and my partner celebrated our anniversary and we was also offered an upgrade. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, calming and everything you could need. Would definitely recommend

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Medina and close to Marrakech’s main attractions. Special thanks to Halim for his exceptional kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Nuestra estancia en este riad fue fantástica. Fuimos cuatro amigas y desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien acogidas. El riad tiene muchísimo encanto, con una decoración tradicional preciosa y un ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió relajarnos después de nuestros días explorando Marrakech. Las habitaciones eran cómodas, estaban muy limpias y contaban con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El personal fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier consulta o recomendación, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor. También disfrutamos mucho del desayuno, variado y delicioso, y de los espacios comunes del riad, perfectos para descansar y compartir momentos juntas. Sin duda, fue una elección excelente para nuestro viaje entre amigas. Recomendamos este lugar al 100 % y volveríamos encantadas. 😊

Fui con 4 amigas y la experiencia fue maravillos, Desde el momento de mi llegada, el personal fue extremadamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El riad es precioso, con una decoración tradicional marroquí cuidada al detalle, creando un ambiente auténtico y acogedor. La habitación estaba impecable, cómoda y muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. También disfruté mucho del desayuno, que era variado, fresco y delicioso. La ubicación es excelente para descubrir la medina y los principales atractivos de Marrakech. Lo que más destaco es la hospitalidad del equipo, que hizo que me sintiera como en casa durante toda mi estancia. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que busque una experiencia auténtica, cómoda y memorable en Marrakech.

We really liked the stay here at BCK, the staff and manager are very friendly and took so good care of us so it felt like home. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the calm place where it was served. Location is great!

Estava tudo otimo! Adoramos la estar sempre com otimas recomendações e ajuda em tudo! Noites bem dormidas sem duvida, fica numa zona bastante tradicional do qual gostamos bastante e perto de tudo dentro da medina! O staff foi espectacular desde o inicio até ao fim da nossa estadia, podemos ficar depois do check out na sala para descontrair ate a chegada do nosso motorista para o aeroporto. Recomendamos muito! Isto é o que chamamos a hospitalidade marroquina pura!

Struttura bellissima, arredata in stile, con possibilità di cenare e pranzare , e fare colazione! La colazione era ottima, preparata sul momento! il proprietario veramente gentilissimo, come tutto lo staff! Ci hanno accolto con il tè e della musica favolosa! Avrei voluto fare i massaggi ma viaggiando con i bambini e avendo poco tempo siamo usciti spesso! La camera spaziosa e pulitissima, veniva sistemata ogni giorno! Letto molto comodo, posizione perfetta per vedere a piedi tutta marrakech piú o meno o almeno le attrazioni principali. Fantastico anche il servizio transfert da e per l’aereopprto, impeccabile!

La strada per arrivare al Riad dal centro era molto buia la notte. Su Booking c’era scritto vendita di vino e champagne che ho scoperto non esserci non avendo loro la licenza

Hotel was nice and a great location, breakfast was very simple but did what it needed to do.

On 1st and 2nd day we saw a mouse running round on the ground floor which obviously wasn’t ideal. We made staff aware of this and didn’t see it again. It did make me feel on edge for the other two days.

The best part of my stay was the hospitality. I stayed for 5 nights and was my first day in Marrakech. From the first day I felt very welcome and respected. Halim, the manager, was very kind, helpful, and professional. Rachid and Jamal were also very friendly and always made sure everything was good. The riad had a beautiful traditional atmosphere, and the staff made the experience special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech

Great location. I found it on foot from the train station no problem. I enjoyed the art work, and the musician and regret I did not seek his name. But many thanks. The sound of the birds, water all so welcome and restful. Thanks to the domestic staff and kitchen. I liked the way they all worked together - good teamwork.

I missed having a window, the sink in #5 was 'quirky'.

Lo que más me gustó del riad fue su cuidada decoración, que crea un ambiente muy acogedor y auténtico. Destacaría también la amabilidad del personal, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Además, el desayuno fue excelente, muy completo y de gran calidad.

Como aspecto a mejorar, las puertas de las habitaciones, al ser de madera, no aíslan bien el sonido y se escucha bastante el ruido del exterior. Por otro lado, aunque la bañera es muy bonita desde el punto de vista estético, resulta poco práctica; personalmente, habría preferido un plato de ducha.

Emplacement proche de la place (15mn à pieds) mais la rue pour s'y rendre est sale, bruyante et odeur fort désagréable (surtout la 1ere fois, petit à petit on s'y hablitue). La chambre donne sur la cour qui est un accès pour d'autres chambres

Buona posizione all’ingresso della Medina, sono stati disponibili a farci lasciare i bagagli l’ultimo giorno in attesa del volo di rientro.

Piscina minuscola nella reception non utilizzabile, stanza al secondo piano con scale strette e ripide un po’ complicato per chi come noi si muove con 2 bambine piccole. Camere molto rumorose. Abbiamo trovato al rientro un idraulico in camera senza nemmeno avvisarci del problema. Il Manager davvero poco empatico, ci ha brontolato per la confusione senza verificare che non eravamo noi la stanza a cui si doveva rivolgere.

Estava tudo muito bom!! Fomos recebidos e tratados de forma excelente e muito acolhedora. O quarto sempre limpo e arrumado todos os dias.

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was very clean and comfortable and despite the very central location it was very quiet. So nothing stopped us from a very relaxed stay. The staff were amazing, and very helpful.

Located in the heart of the Medina, within walking distance to the souks, markets and other points of interest. Lots of art work dotted throughout the hotel. Halim, Mustafa and the staff were so attentive and helpful. It had a real family feel to the riad. Home cooked breakfast every morning and they were very accommodating. We all loved it as did our kids.

Lovely, welcoming people, a very comfortable room and a good location (close to the edge of the medina for access but still in the heart of it and easy to explore on foot).

Top Lage! Zu Fuß direkt in der Medina. Schöne Einrichtung & gute Zimmergröße. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Schlechte Dämmung der Fenster - nachts wird es sehr kalt & Gerüche von der Küche gelangen schnell in den Raum. Frühstück war eher eintönig & der Service war nicht wirklich präsent.

Very cool, contemporary twist on Moroccan design. The beds are comfy, clean and soft. The food was really tasty and the staff are very kind and friendly to all guests. Nothing was too much for anyone. Would visit again, would recommend to all!

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte mit unseren drei Kindern in diesem Riad in Marrakesch – ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Lage am äusseren Rand der Medina ist ideal: Man erreicht alles schnell und ist zugleich zügig ausserhalb der Stadtmauer, um ein Taxi zu nehmen. Für uns war es jedes Mal ein Genuss, ins Riad zurückzukehren – sei es zum Ausruhen, zum Staunen über die beeindruckende Kunst und Street-Art an den Wänden, zum Tanzen mit der herzlichen Belegschaft (ein echtes Highlight!), zum Entspannen im Innenhof oder auf der Dachterrasse mit grossartiger Aussicht. Auch die wohltuenden Massagen sowie die vielen kleinen Tipps und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Wir können diesen Ort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – unsere drei Kinder sehen das genauso. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hamil and the team at Bck Art Riad were fantastic looking after our group. Very helpful, rooms fantastic, all good sized clean and comortable. Hamil was attentive and ensured we had transfers etc arranged as required. The riad was peaceful, breakfast was plentiful. Location was close to medina and taxis etc

We could have done with a little more information regarding the facilities when we arrived. The street leading up to the riad was exceptionally busy and is the local markets for food. This has quite a strong smell.

Fantastic Riad, great location, very clean. How’s were excellent. We had an early trip and asked if we could get a takeaway breakfast. We were offered an earlier breakfast in the Riad which was even better. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for looking after us!

One of the best accommodation I have ever stayed. Beautiful place, extremely friendly staff and host.The location is great everything is so near to the Riad. The room attendant cleaned our room every day like in 5 star hotel, perfectly! She folded our clothes in the luggage as well, changed the towels and bed sheet every day, arranged nicely our amenities everywhere. Heartily recommend it to everyone this Riad.

The riad inside was a perfect oasis. Everything you'd expect from a well maintained Riad ,staff and facilities great .the room was really big with two large double beds and a huge bathroom with a big bath. Never once ran out of hot water. And we were a group of four .

The walk to the BCK Art Riad was an experience for my daughter's ..It's safe but it's a 150 meter walk up a congested street food part of the old Medina with bikes brushing past you.

Super Riad dans un quartier agréable, très facile d'accès en voiture. Tout le personnel étaient attentionné, super gentil et très arrangeant. Ils nous ont servi le petit déjeuner avant l'heure du début de service car nous devions partir en excursion tôt. La chambre était magnifique avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Hyper bien décoré. Un vrai pépite ! Nous y retournerons volontiers.
