Very warm welcoming staff. Tea on arrival. Helped me with anything I needed. Stored my luggage for free while I went away to the Atlas Mountains overnight. Excellent facilities, pool ,gym, spa, restaurants and bar. Taxis can pull up right tot the door (not always the case in Marrakesh) so especially convenient for solo female travellers.

Better shower and changing options at the pool would be nice.

Het personeel van het hotel was fantastisch! Zij waren zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Daarnaast zag het hotel er zeer netjes en georganiseerd uit. Tot slot was de locatie ideaal en je kon in principe naar de meeste bekende bezienswaardigheden lopen.

Très bel hôtel avec une décoration magnifique et beaucoup de charme. Les chambres sont propres et correctes, le personnel de ménage est respectueux et très gentil. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment adorable et très attentionné. J’ai eu besoin d’aide pendant mon séjour et ils ont été aux petits soins avec moi, en prenant régulièrement de mes nouvelles. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ça!! ❤️ La nourriture du bar est également très bonne, et l’emplacement est excellent : l’hôtel est juste à côté de Guéliz, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les rues avec les boutiques, restaurants et cafés. Etc. Je recommande donc l’hôtel pour son personnel, sa propreté, son emplacement et son esthétique, mais si la piscine est un critère important pour vous, je vous conseille de bien prendre ce point en considération.

Le seul gros point négatif pour moi a été la piscine. Malgré son très bel aspect, elle est située au centre du bâtiment et reçoit extrêmement peu de soleil. Pendant mes 12 jours de séjour, j’ai essayé d’y aller à différents moments de la journée et il y avait vraiment très peu de soleil direct. De plus, l’eau n’était pas chauffée et était autour de 20 °C. Pour moi, il était donc très difficile de profiter de la piscine, ce qui était vraiment dommage puisque c’était l’une des raisons pour lesquelles j’avais choisi cet hôtel.

Wat een verrassing! We hadden langer in het hotel willen blijven, helaas hadden we afspraken! Wat een vriendelijke personeel en wat een ontvangst: met thee en koekjes. Kamers met aparte zit gedeelte. We komen InshaAllah terug.

Sauf une réceptionniste (fille) je devais payer une taxe de sejour de 33 dirhams je donne un billet de 50 dirhams Et elle m’a pas rendu la monnaie en me disant je n’ai pas de monnaie une pratique pour faire l’argent de poche

L’hôtel est situé à proximité d’un supermarché ce qui est assez pratique. L’hôtel est magnifique et les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues.

Le personnel est serviable et agréable même s’il faut parfois attendre assez longtemps lorsque nous avons une demande (quelques heures avant de nous ramener des serviettes propres). Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner qui n’est malheureusement pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. Les plats sont souvent froids et peinent à être complétés, on se retrouve souvent avec pas grand chose à manger. Nous nous attendions également à un plus large éventail de choix concernant les options proposées. On nous propose une smart tv mais il était impossible de se connecter aux applis donc c’était malheureusement inutile.

Avant il donnait des produits d’entretiens dans la salle de bain c’était sympa et plus maintenant je trouve ça dommage ,dans notre chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnais pas et j’ai dû le rappeler plusieurs fois une fois le monsieur monte mais ça n’a pas marcher malheureusement je repasse à l’accueil on me dis qu’on enverra quelqu’un et personne est venu j du redemander le soir à l’accueil et l’on m’a renvoyé un monsieur mais c’était la fin de mon séjour donc malheureusement trop tard Ah oui et la chambre que j ai eu cette fois ci était sombre et pas lumineuse comparer à celle que j’avais réserver l’année d’avant Faudrais peut être aussi améliorer les équipements dans les terrasses qui sont un peu vieillot

L’hôtel est situé entre l’Hivernage et Gueliz. Pour nos formalités administratives, c’était ce que nous recherchions. Pour visiter, c’est au calme mais rien n’est fort loin à Marrakech. Le rooftop, le bar, la piscine sont confortables à différents moments de la journée . Le personnel est réactif aux demandes.

Le musicien au petit déjeuner . Ce n’est pas ce que l’on attend le matin….

5 star service , attentive , welcoming , met all expectations and beyond , the manager was a gem upgrading us to a suite , as we added 2 extra nights because you feel at home , the hotel in itself is in great location, with a cosy and lovely decoration , all was just perfect , we Will come back

Accueildu Personnel, le premier jour nous avons étaient accueilli avec thé à la menthe et gâteaux tout au long du séjour, le personnel a été souriant et à l’écoute.

Le spa, les prestations proposées ne correspondent pas aux attentes espérées la responsable du spa n’a pas su écouter nos demandes nos remarques lorsque à la fin d’une prestation, nous avons fait remarqué que le temps du soin n’a pas été respecté.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I was allowed an early check-in. They have a lovely lounge , nice ambience (playing jazz music). I had a fantastic Chicken club with chips and a few glasses of red wine and the bill was very reasonable.

It is approximately 1.5 km to the main square, so if you don't mind the walk or a quick taxi ride. I chose to walk and did find a lovely park to travel through on the way.

To be honest, I noticed a disconnect between booking.com and the hotel. For one, booking.com stated that breakfast was included but when I went to the restaurant, I was told that breakfast was not included. This was embarrassing and dislike. I will never use booking.com to make any reservation in Morocco

Amazing staff and excellent management! The food was rich, delicious, and full of variety. Although I didn’t get the names of all the kitchen staff, they all deserve a big hug for the incredible job they do. Their hard work and dedication truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Lo que no me gustó para nada que cuando llegue la recepcionista me pidió plata para el depósito cuando no estaba escrito en ninguna parte esto … casi obligándome a dejar cuando yo no tenía dinero en efectivo y tampoco correspondía pedirlo ya que no lo aclaraba en el anuncio … también bastante burlona visto que yo no hablo inglés y ella no sabía cómo hacerse entender … no me gustó para nada

What a fantastic experience! The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the rooftop with its beautiful views, the relaxing pool, and the delicious food with plenty of choices. A special thank you to Fouad in the restaurant for his kindness, positive attitude, and excellent service. He made every meal even more enjoyable. Nous étions venu il y a plusieurs années en arrière, et je suis ravis d’être revenue cette fois ci. Merci beaucoup à Zaynab, elle a était incroyable de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ, à l’écoute et au petit soin avec nous, et je remercie également Kamel qui nous a très bien accueillis, et qui a su très bien gérer notre problème. C’est un hôtel familial et très bien situé. Nous reviendrons une prochaine fois probablement.

Petit problème lors de notre réservation sur le nombre de personne, mais Zaynab et Kamel on vite régler le problème heureusement qu’ils étaient là.

J’ai tout aimé..c’était un sans faute ! J’avais réservé au départ 2 nuits seulement mais je m’y suis sentie tellement bien que j’ai prolongé pr toute la durée de mon séjour. J’ai eu aussi la chance d’avoir été surclassé ds une suite junior. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel a ete d’une extrême gentillesse, serviable, bienveillant que ça soit à la réception, au restaurant, au spa, au bar et aussi les agents de conciergerie, gardiens, responsables etc. L’hôtel est idéalement situé ds le quartier Hivernage a mi-chemin entre gueliz et la place jam El fnaa ce qui est un point positif. Il y a aussi bcp de restaurants et de commerces tout proche. Si vous recherchez calme et serenite tout en étant bien accueilli et bien placé aussi pr sortir alors foncez les yeux fermés ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet établissement. Merci encore à tout l’ensemble du personnel.

Very bad isolation. Very noisy. We could hear everything that our neighbors were doing and speaking since the rooms are separated by the door. Also the noises from other rooms, especially door closing and walking above our room. The room needs improvements...

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Les espaces communs sont très beau et bien entretenus et le personnel est aux petits soins.

Quand on regarde au détail on voit qu’il y a un problème d’entretien. Les joints de la salle de bain étaient en mauvais état, la frigo dans la chambre faisait un bruit très dérangeant, le plafond de la salle de bain avait des marques d’humidité. Beaucoup d’investissement dans les parties communes qui ne se reflète malheureusement pas dans les chambres.

I loved the property’s interior design. The staff were also warm, accommodating, & always willing to help with our needs.

The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit outdated. The bed sheets & curtains didn’t seem very clean, and the door lock wasn’t working properly.

Pool was good, bar area and restaurant were really good. Staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful.

Felt lift was a bit tight and stairs/ corridors to room were a bit outdated or very dark. Apart from that, it is the only thing knocking it down from being a 10/ 10. Gym could be refurbished too.

The only reason I gave this hotel a 9/10 was because on the last day of my trip the male staff at reception who worked the day shift was rude and was supposed to book me a taxi and assured me it was done but at 6pm when I was leaving no taxi was booked To the rescue my favourite reception staff who was on the late shift who reassured me and got me a taxi
