Bon emplacement, parking gratuit de 18h à 9h en semaine et gratuit le week-end disponible en face quand le parking de l'hôtel est plein.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et aucune poubelle n'a été vidée, les serviettes n'ont pas été remplacées. Et le matin du départ à 6h45, une alarme et des instructions dans les haut-parleurs de la chambre se sont activées, nous réveillant en sursaut. Les instructions étant en coréen, je ne peux affirmer si c'était pour nous rappeler le check-out, mais si c'est le cas, ce serait bien de changer l'horaire.

Ottimo parcheggio dell'hotel per lasciare auto, fatevi guidare dal personale per "inserire" auto nel box multipiano. Check in automatico alle macchinette al piano terra e konbini direttamente nella hall. Posizione centralissima vicino al mercato e alla via dei locali.

Stanza piccola e bagno minuscolo in una struttura enorme con corridoi infiniti con moquette anni '80. Finestre non apribili completamente, poca circolazione di aria.

La stanza è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e la posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market. È possibile utilizzare, a pagamento, lavatrice e asciugatrice, e c’è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente l’auto, un servizio sicuramente molto comodo. I parcheggiatori sono stati davvero gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Altro punto a favore è la presenza di un 7Eleven direttamente all’interno della struttura.

Al nostro arrivo non c’era nessuno ad assisterci per il check-in, ma erano disponibili esclusivamente delle macchinette per il self check-in, che purtroppo non funzionavano correttamente. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo inoltre trovato più volte delle blatte nei corridoi, cosa sicuramente poco piacevole. Anche la pulizia generale lascia un po’ a desiderare e, nel complesso, la struttura non offre un’impressione particolarmente curata.

Location was great, very quiet area, close to bus stops, grocery and local market. 7/11 is on the ground floor. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. We choose the sea view room and the view was as we expected. Size of the room was definitely enough for two people.

The room wasn’t particularly clean. I don’t think the floor underneath the bed had been cleaned for at least a few months, as it was extremely dirty. This also made me start wondering whether the rest of the room had been cleaned thoroughly enough.

While the room is small, it had a great view of the mountains, so it felt bigger. Bed was med firm, nice bedding, A/C worked great. Great value for the money. Wanted to extend my stay, but they were booked. For my American/European friends - wet shower (no curtain) and hand towels, not bath towels. This is normal in Korean places.

No plug by the bed, but one is nearby on desk. If you have a long cord, you'll be fine. I only saw staff near check in and check out time, but they were very helpful.

位置。 距離偶來有市場不到3分鐘的距離，只要走出去，就會看到市場的方向。房間的水壓很舒服，不會太小。✌️ 有公用飲水機可以裝水。每次上樓前，都將水杯裝滿水，因此，才不會缺水口渴。👍😅 有自己的停車場。 有專門的人在看顧，因為有的車子要進去機械，通常是較低的車子，那種休旅車式的就無法，也因此回來時，我都會有位子可以停車，而且，捲髮的阿啾西人很親切會引導你停車，且你只要把車子開進去固定的位置就好，其他的機器操作，阿啾西會幫你。😍

徒歩１~２分ほどで、ソギポの市場に行けるので夕飯をそこで調達しとても便利でした コンビニも近いし、繁華街がすぐなので立地は良いと思います また、駐車場も無料で使えるのは助かりました

とにかくベッドだけある寝るだけの空間で、こんなにコンパクトな室内は初めて見た気がします(笑) またチェックイン、アウトを機械でしますがスタッフ１名くらいは常駐してた方が安心かなと思いました

1. 10樓看出去的景色很棒 2. 不確定住的期間是不是沒什麼客人，晚上沒聽到吵雜或聊天聲音，是不用耳塞就可以入睡

1. 早餐停止供應😭 2. 這棟大樓地下室也有經營機械停車服務，坐電梯到達B1,突然停電，電梯發出很大聲響，很慶幸自己已經出電梯（很怕搭電梯中遇到停電）

There is very little interaction with the staff, I missed breakfast because I could not find it.

Me gustó que se nota que ponen atención a los detalles.

The building is quite new and the room is clean. Check-in via a self-service kiosk, easy and fast. The parking facility at the same building is limited but there are more parking lots at the opposite building underground (a public community building), I was managed to find available parking slot to park my rented car there during my 2 days stay there.

There was no staff at the check-in counter. If you need helps, can only look for other guests or the parking attendant, however, the parking attendant do not speak English, you got to use sign/gestures language.

성산일출봉에서 뜨는 해를 바라보며 룸에 비치된 고객들이 남긴 글을 보면서 저도 글을 남기니 너무 좋고 추억이 돋아나는 멋진 호텔이었습니다. 담에 갔을때 제가 기록해둔 글대로 이루어지길 기대해봅니다.

아쉬웠던점은 없었던것 같네요

兩面落地窗真的每天進門都心情好，建議來濟州島先來南部住兩、三天，附近有一些文創小店跟景點、市場跟海景，再回北部住。

要個衣架要了3天，最後客服叫我自己再去地下室找工作人員拿。 因為要自己裝水，同個礦泉水瓶用了一週。 這邏輯怪怪的，感覺是對住越久的人是一種懲罰。

First thing: their check in is electronic, really convenient at any time of arrival. Everything is clean and convenient, towels were changed daily. We have room with city view, so beautiful. 7/11 at the first floor with really convenient working hours (7:00-00:00). Nearby have various of bus stations, from/to airport and to any part of the island. Unfortunately their breakfast was not available during our stay.

Central location close to the market. Quiet and clean room, the bed was comfy. There is 24/7 check-in kiosk and no human interaction is required. There is also the laundry room available.

Luggage storage doesn’t operate with luggage tag. You can leave your luggage at the lobby and there are CCTV, however everyone can access to it.

Todo! Las vistas, la limpieza, la ubicación, el estacionamiento, la relacion calidad precio.

Fue un dolor de cabeza hacer el check in con los robots. Me daba error constantemente y no había ninguna persona para ayudar.

The staff are not exactly hospitable. They were also nowhere to be found during check-in when the self check-in kiosk wouldn't work.

위치좋고 깨끗하고 조식까지 나오는 가성비 좋은 숙소였습니다. 조식이 생각보다 훌륭했어요!

침대가 너무 좁고 한쪽이 들어가 있어서 잘때 불편했고, 룸이 생각보다 좁았어요.

The hotel was nice and modern the bed was comfy and room was spacious great price good bathroom, laundry room was great the dryer and washing machine were very effective.

There wasnt ever a staff member at the reception to ask questions. And also not being able to speak korean maybe my own fault, through the speaker in the ceiling there was quite loud talking from i assume staff members but i didnt know what they were saying.

체크인하고 5층방으로 갈때 엘베 내리자마자 담배냄새가 너무 나더군요 어느방에선가 문열고 흡연한듯 냄새가 너무 심했어요 케니호텔에 여러번 묵었지만 이런 경우는 첨입니다 흡연경고를 강력하게 해야할듯합니다

호텔 카운터 여직원 물어볼게 있어서 세번이나 불렀는데도 듣는둥 마는둥 일부러 피하는거 같았음. 에어컨 리모컨에 대해 간단히 물어 볼러 했는데 피해다니는 느낌.숙박손님이면 지나가면서 아는척은 안해도...손님들이 봤을땐 표시남.외지에서 왔으면 여러가지 물어볼게 많을거 아닌가요?

위치가 완전 좋았어요~~ 혼자쓰기는 딱 좋은 크기이고~

고층 코너방은 선택한 이유가 양쪽 유리창이 있어서인데, 한쪽의 블라인드가 고장나서 그냥 내려와 있어서 아쉬웠습니다.

일단 너무 좁다는거 . 예전보다 더 좁아진듯. 청소상태 불량임

문제 있어도 직원이 해결해주려는 액션이 없음. 그냥 귀찮아함. 잠만 자고 나오기 갠춘

위치 좋았고 가성비 최고였고 불만에 대한 직원들의 응대가 빨라서 편안히 쉴수있었음.

수압이 좀 낮아서 씻을때 불편했고 층간소음, 벽간소음이 좀 취약했음

올레시장 3분거리에 위치해있고 교통도 편한곳에 위치해있어 너무 좋았고 착한가격의 깨끗하고 가성비 좋은 호텔였습니다

굳이 아쉬운점을 찾으라면 방이 조금 작다는

위치 및 가성비 최고 호텔! 가장 좋았던건 1층 식당에서 외부 음식 취식이 가능하다는 사실입니다.

방음이 안되어 조금 시끄럽다는 점인데, 옆방 투숙객 잘 만나면 그닥 신경 안써도 됩니다.

The hallway was very dark, and the atmosphere felt strange. Although it was cheap, the room was very small☹️ I'm hesitant to stay any longer.

the matress was very comfortable. the view was nice and i liked having a convience store in the lobby. late night check in was nice. large collection of brochures was also nice.

Bed sheets were dirty when i arrived. Despite advertising 24/7 desk support i never saw any one at the front desk for check in. The desk has a number you can call but this is useless if you do not have a korean phone number. the air con was annoying. the room should be cleaned every day.

위치는 만족합니다 청결도 만족 약간 아쉬운것은 객실이 너무 작았습니다 케리어를 펼칠수가 없었어요 물론 간이 테이블도 없고요 그냥 가성비로 이용하시면 될 것으로 생각합니다 객실크기 빼고는 만족합니다.
