チェジュ空港で時間がかかり、リムジンバスを降りてから地図で迷い、チェックインタイムにかなり遅れましたが、快く、受け入れてくれました。遊覧船の予約を日本にいる時からお願いしましたが、テキパキと対応してくれました。当日、台風の影響があって、運行状況まで心配して確認してくれました。

チェジュの主たるバス停は、同じバス停名で、数カ所あります。ホテルから事前に送られてきた地図では、自分が降りたバス停がどこかわからなかったです。ホテルの場所は、慣れると分かりますが、分かりにくい場所にあります。地元の人やタクシーの運転手さんからも、知らないと言われました。

Cest sale mal entretenu. Jai passe un mois a seogwipo 15 jours dans un hôtel puis jai voulu me rapprocher du centre pour gagner 20 min de trajet . Quelle erreur jai payé plus cher pas dans une orangeraie comme le premier . Le ménage tous les 3 jours l autre c'était nikel et tous les jours . Les équipements ne sont pas vieux mais pas lavés ni entretenus donc ca donne pas envie.

This is a standard hotel, I had no problems. The location is good, there are several bus stops and food options nearby, including the evening market.

Location was good. We didn’t have breakfast. Bathroom was small after shower everything was wet toilet and basin. 4 small face towels were provided only. Beds was extremely hard

Check in process at Hotel Rest was very smooth and seemless. The Hotel is located within 5-10 mins of walk of public transport access. The room was quite big and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. They provide new towels and water bottles daily. The bed was very comfortable which is not always the norm.

Nothing that I disliked. Would be nice if the hotel had breakfast options considering most of the cafe and restaurants open late.

Huh…example…I ask for an iron…but does not come with an iron board??? Also I book the room with a washing machine…but ends up I did not get it. Not sure if I am over charge anot?

Établissement qui aurait besoin d’une remise à neuf (prises électriques branlantes,portes cuisine idem,pas de vaisselle,on ne peut pas utiliser la bouilloire en même temps que charger son téléphone) Clients bruyants la nuit (on y était un week-end !) Le Roof top tombe en décrépitude…dommage.

房間很乾凈，有冰箱、煮水壺、洗衣機（洗劑需自備）、很溫暖、安靜。床不算軟但很好睡，浴室熱水穩、水量大。 地點走去許多景點都很近，有公車直達機場。公共廚房有飲水機，咖啡機、微波爐（需自備玻璃餐具才能用）。 價格平價，以後會想再入住。

有一天男房務想打掃房間，雖有按門鈴，但速度太快了，我還來不及穿好衣服，房務就開門了，幸好我浴室門是開著擋住門口，才沒有被直接看進來，嚇我一大跳，但我房卡是插著的，外面有電子顯示，應該是知道裡面有人，但還是闖進來了，感覺不太好。

員工很好, 很有耐心協助遇到的問題, 用走路可以到每日偶來市場很方便 樓下一樓停車空間有限, 大型休旅車建議停靠附近的公共停車場

Très jolie chambre, propre ainsi que la salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire ainsi qu'une penderie. Très appréciable. Lit confortable, vous disposez d'un rooftop avec une belle vue de la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant. Merci beaucoup

The room was spacious and sound-proofed. I was given a high floor as per my request and had a great view of the mountains in the distance. The hotel is located near the Daily Olle Market (within walking distance).

No early check-in. Luggage deposit was in the lobby with not much security. I booked a room with a washing machine - there was no dryer and detergent, and using the drying function was prohibited, so there wasn't much point in paying extra for that at all.

Wir haben mit 3 Leuten geduscht, die Lüftung konstant laufen lassen, aber die Feuchtigkeit ging nicht raus. Nur 4 Kleiderbügel.

Good location, there is a market close to hotel and lots restaurants around.

Property is good. Cleaning staff quite noisy and holding up the elevator for a long time. Microwave cannot be used before 8am because the dining area is closed. I suggest you bring out the microwave oven for those guests who are up early and would like to use it. I waited for 8am and still no one was around to open the dining area. I had to heat my food in the convenience store. It was very inconvenient for me.

Je me suis fiée aux avis pour cette réservation et j’ai été bien déçue. L’hotel est insalubre. Je pense que le ménage n’a jamais été fait dans la chambre. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bain, des taches collantes au sol, des taches partout sur les murs, la VMC dans la douche était très sale de plus il y avait de la moisissure aux murs. En voulant charger mon téléphone je me rends compte que la prise qui tient grâce a du ruban adhésif présente un faux contact et ne fonctionne pas. J’essaie une autre prise, je branche également le sèche cheveux fourni par l’hôtel afin de pouvoir rapidement sécher mes cheveux mais au bout d’une minute d’utilisation la prise disjoncte. Voyant une autre multiprise (3 emplacements) j’essaie enfin celle ci, parmi les 3 emplacements sur cette multiprise un seul fonctionne. Il y a donc une seule prise fonctionnelle dans la chambre. De plus, la température dans la chambre était de 24,5 degrés et impossible de baisser. Pour couronner le tout, la nuit, les clients du dessus décident de déplacer les meubles de 1h30 du matin à 4h30. J’ajoute enfin qu’il y a une kitchenette qui n’est que décorative puisqu’il y a une plaque de cuisson et un évier mais aucun ustensile pour les utiliser à part 2 tasses, à moins que vous ne voyagiez avec une casserole et tout le nécessaire pour manger, elle n’est donc que décorative. En résumé : à fuir. Je ne sais pas comment les 3 étoiles ont été attribuées.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable. Aunque la mayoría no hablaba inglés, te intentan ayudar todo lo posible. La habitación era amplia, cómoda, con lavadora y secador de pelo. La cama y almohadas cómodas. TV muy grande y con muchos canales y Netflix. No se oían ruidos de otras habitaciones. Dormí y descansé súper bien. Me dejaron detergente y un tendedero de ropa para hacer la colada. Gel, champú y acondicionador en botes grandes. Muchas paradas de autobús cercanas al hotel. Toallas limpias y botella de agua todos los días. Una tienda de conveniencia justo al lado del hotel.

En estas fechas no tenían servicio de desayuno. A pesar que indicaban que la limpieza de la habitación era de 10:00 a 15:00 horas y marchar temprano cada día, , no me limpiaron la habitación más que el primer día. Me dejaban las toallas, el agua y 1 rollo de papel higiénico junto a la puerta de la habitación, en el rellano.

La camera era molto spaziosa, con lavatrice e piano cottura. Abbastanza centrale la posizione, vicino ad un mercato locale e alla stazione degli autobus.

Pulizia non eccellente, camera calda e impossibilità di usare l'aria condizionata (impianto presente ma "fanno sparire" il telecomando da novembre ad aprile; pur chiedendo alla reception mi è stato negato l'utilizzo).

房間蚊子很多，地板可能用特別的水消毒怎樣的，黏黏的。 房間有溫度限制開冷暖氣，所以沒辦法使用。

The room smelt like an ashtray!! it was supposed to be a no smoking room. They were not welling to give us a new room or a refund. Staff was not nice or understanding. Worst hotel experience in korea! Stay away!!!

The room had a fridge and a washing machine. It's pretty close to a bunch of restaurants. The room was clean. We arrived 30 minutes before check in, and they let us in the room early.

It felt out of the way. Quiet vibes, if that's your thing, it might be right for you.

Все хорошо. Просторный номер без изысков, приятный вид из окна, удобная кровать, ежедневная уборка, рядом автобусная остановка, рынок с уличной едой и кафе. На крыше терраса с хорошим видом.

시내 중심가에 위치, 주차 공간 부족하나 도보 3분 거리에 공영 주차장 있음. 룸에 냉장고와 씽크대, 세탁기 있음. 수건이 뽀송함. 룸 청결 상태 좋음.

Ubicación, personal, limpieza, tiene un estar donde poder hacerte algo de comer y una terraza con unas preciosas vistas.

Hay que llegar temprano al parking para poder aparcar porque hay pocos sitios. Pero si no hay posibilidad de aparcar alrededor o en parking muy económico justo al lado

The room was clean and well located.

-The receptionists doesn't speak in english and normally they have to work in a hotel to welcome foreigners. - we were 2 and there were only one slipper - there is a hot plate but no utensil so it's useless, better to put a microwave. - the shower isn't practical because there is no wall so we put water everywhere. - the parking is too small always full.

Muy buena relación calidad precio. Está muy bien ubicado, a 7 minutos andando del mercado olle market, y también pegado a una tienda de conveniencia de 24 horas. El personal es muy amable y tienen una sala en la primera planta (comedor) con utensilios, microondas, maquina de agua fría y caliente, etc.

Tiene pocas plazas de aparcamiento, pero no pasa nada, porque a unos 200 metros hay un parking público que es gratuito entre las 18:00 y las 9:00 a diario, y fin de semanas las 24 horas. Las toallas, como en muchos hoteles de Corea, son muy pequeñas, tipo de cara, pero secan muy bien y te las cambian todos los días.

Although the location is close to shops, it is tucked neatly amongst alleyways, which was challenging to find, when both Goggle and Naver maps did not provide walking directions. It's clean with sufficient room space for a lone traveller.

It would be great if the hotel front desk staff could speak English. One of the staff members was trying his best to answer my query about airport transfers, and using Google Translate, it became quite a time-consuming exercise. Another guest turned up, and he excused himself from our conversation to attend to this guest. I didn't get an answer and have to wait till he's next available. They were having a long chat in their native language, which was fine except I didn't want to waste my time waiting, so I left them talking with no further clarity to my query.

Prima hotel, ruime kamers en het personeel heeft ook zijn best gedaan om ons te helpen en o.a. luchthaven vervoer te regelen.

La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear. La caja fuerte no funcionaba. No permiten utilizar la cocina de la habitación. No se puede utilizar la función de secado de la lavadora de la habitación. El parking es tan pequeño que resulta casi imposible encontrar sitio y aparcar cerca del hotel no es fácil.

Ubicación a 6mins andando del night market. Tienen PC pqra poder utilizar en las zonas comunes, nos fue de utilidad para hacer el check in dem vuelo de vuelta.

El personal de limpieza, se dejó la habitación abuerta durante de nuestra habitación despues de hacerla a la mañana y hasta que no volvimos cerca de 10horas despues, no cerramos la puerta. No saben ingles ninguno de los recepcionistas, no puedes comunicarte con ellos. La habitación nos la encontramos sin limpiar por los anteriores.

Hôtel très bien placé pour nos visites de l'île, avec transports et marché à proximité. Chambre propre avec lave linge bien pratique, lessive et prêt d'un étendoir à l'accueil. Bouteilles d'eau et serviettes renouvelées tous les jours, bien agréable en été. A recommander sans hésitation !!
