Nous avons adoré notre séjour, la chambre est grande, le lit confortable, la piscine est super et le jardin magnifique! Pablo et son équipe sont adorables et feront tout pour faciliter le séjour! Et en prime le petit déjeuner a un plateau de fruit exceptionnel !!!

Hele ruime en mooie kamers in een kleurrijke en rustgevende tuin! Fijn dat er waterkoker met thee en koffie was. Je kunt ook gratis gebruik maken van de fietsen. Erg leuk om rond te fietsen. Top plek!

Zwembad is fijn en verkoelend, maar vrij ondiep.

Villa is located in very peaceful and quiet surroundings. The garden is beautiful.

There was no hot water in the shower. The directions in the booking.com are not correct.

Vraag wel even om een extra laken. Er lag een éénpersoons laken op het 2 persoonsbed.

I stayed at this place several times before when it was called Lioni Holidays Villa. It has a new name and a new mangement now, but has maintained its pleasant atmosphere: a big garden, nice pool and friendly management and staff. Good location near beach, restaurant and bars, but very quiet and peaceful. I shall continue to return.

Excellent accueil, chambres prêtes dès notre arrivée pourtant tôt le matin (avec petit jus d’accueil!), ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer en famille après le long voyage depuis Marseille ! Chambres spacieuses, piscine très agréable et petit déjeuner délicieux ! Merci !

Jardín espectacular y super piscina

Ładne miejsce, duży plus za basen, pokój czysty, klimatyzacja i ciśnienie pod prysznicem dobre.

Jedyny minus że w pokoju na ostatnim piętrze (sufit skośny) ściana dzielona z pokojem sąsiednim nie jest do samej góry i ma się wrażenie jakby się mieszkało z sąsiadami, bo słychać ich bez problemu, tylko ich nie widzimy.

Pool - It was Kept clean but because of the greenery there were small insects. Clean - The property was kept clean but again because of the greenery there were mosquitos which is common. Breakfast - It was just right.

The hot water was not very hot and had to waits a long time for it to come thus wasting water. The person kept looking after the property was not very approachable it could be because he could not speak proper english.

The lokation, 3 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The garden are so beutiful and calm with a wery nice pool. The service are absolutly the best you can get. It is wery clean and the beds are so comfortable. Great place

Nice rooms and grounds, friendly welcome and service. We used it for 1 night on arrival before touring the island. We were happy to stay there. It has a pool but we didn't have time to use it.

Privacy and helpfulness from staff.

A lovely peaceful place with beautiful gardens. Nice basic room with kettle (tea bags even provided) & fridge & small balcony. The pool was small but clean & had loungers with pads & pool towels available. Lovely breakfast available to purchase if required. We only booked 2 nights as travelling on, but would definitely go back and stay again, it was good value for money.

Nothing! The only thing is the address given for the property on booking.com is incorrect. It states the address as 22/3 Poruthota Road but if you click on get directions the location is as it shows, down a side street off Poruthota road, called A.K. Schnakenburg & then first left.

The room was a good size, although the air conditioning was difficult to control overnight. The fridge was dirty on arrival, the TV didn’t work, and while the bathroom was a good size, the lighting was quite poor after dark. The swimming pool was clean and great for a refreshing dip after a hot day out. Breakfast was very nice and well prepared. The hotel is set back from the beach and the main street, which makes it very quiet and peaceful.

Pleasant staff, allowed us to swim in a pool after long travel when we came late. Breakfast was pleasant, fast and tasty. Very nice garden cosy, clean no traffic noise. Really good price and value ratio.

Maybe would be nice to pay by card.

The pool was awesome and clean. The rooms had AC and ceiling fans, which was very comforting! The owner always helped out when there was help needed, we felt very held. It was located near a busy street with lots of restaurants & the train station but still very quiet and chill.

There wasn't anything to point out that we didn't like.

Només vam passar la primera nit i va ser agradable. L’esmorzar molt bo. La piscina estava bé.

Deixadesa una mica en el bany tot i que no era brut. Com a tots els hotels de Sri Lanka, entra molta llum a l’habitació perquè no utilitzen cortines opaques.

La chambre était vraiment propre et la salle de bain également. Il y a la Clim, la wifi et tout ce qu’il faut. Le staff est adorable et très accueillant. Ils nous ont aider pour organiser nos trajets. Le petit déjeuner est absolument délicieux. Je conseil vraiment

This was our second time staying here. We had requested a particular room, which wasn't available on arrival. So we had 1 night in an oven room, then we moved to a more comfortable one. The swimming pool was appreciated. Very relaxing atmosphere. Lovely gardens and peaceful sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is a 5-10 min walk next to all restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. I felt very safe to walk back to the hotel even late at night. The room was very clean and very quiet. I slept very well that was needed before a long flight. It is very convenient as it is very close to the airport. I enjoyed more Negombo than Colombo. I highly recommend to skip Colombo and stay in Negombo. It is a friendly little town. The staff is very kind and they helped me to arrange my taxi to the airport.

A clean, comfortable oasis in a peaceful location but close to the ' action ' of Negombo. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The garden and pool area is delightful. A very tasty breakfast is available. Very good value for money accommodation.

Good location only a few minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants. Despite this hotel is in a quiet area with a welcoming pool. Staff friendly and helpful.

On arrival (3am first night) was allocated an initial room which was old and in need of some tlc. Got moved later that morning.

It was a pleasure to stay in this green and tranquile paradise tucked away in a quiet side street in Negombo. Garden and pool were beautifully maintained, the room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect last night before going back home.

Great place for quick stay, we booked it before flight back home. Aircon, hot water, swimming pool, great localization - 3 min to the restaurants and beach, good price - what else can you expect?

We had stayed there before, and this time we had a room with great air-conditioning and good views in a higher floor. It was even better than last time. If you need transportation by car, literally anywhere, ask them, they put us in contact with Reagan, who turned out to be the best option to move around the island.
