Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Very good value for money and a convenient location. The room was small and basic, but clean, with working AC and a well-ventilated shower. Automated check-in/out worked well, and staff were responsive online. There is also a water filter downstairs. I would stay here again if I mainly needed a good place to sleep. 가격 대비 훌륭하고 위치도 편리합니다. 방은 작고 기본적이지만 깨끗했고, 에어컨도 잘 작동했으며 샤워실 환기도 잘 됐습니다. 무인 체크인/체크아웃도 잘 되었고 직원들은 온라인으로 빠르게 응답했습니다. 지하에는 정수기도 있습니다. 주로 잠잘 곳이 필요하다면 다시 묵을 의향이 있습니다.
There is no pleasant common area. The only one is in the basement and felt uninviting, with no windows, poor air and some cleanliness issues. Towels were clean but a little worn, and extras need to be requested. The keypad on the room door can also be confusing at first: you need to wake it up before entering the code, otherwise it may not work properly. 쾌적한 공용 공간이 없습니다. 유일한 공용 공간은 지하에 있는데, 창문이 없고 공기가 좋지 않았으며 청결 상태도 조금 아쉬워 편하게 머물기 어려웠습니다. 수건은 깨끗했지만 조금 낡았고, 추가 수건은 따로 요청해야 합니다. 객실 문 키패드도 처음에는 조금 헷갈릴 수 있습니다. 비밀번호를 입력하기 전에 먼저 키패드를 활성화해야 하며, 그렇지 않으면 제대로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.

This guesthouse is a disaster… the room was dirty , we found hair on the floor, the floor was dirty, the carpet front of the bathroom dirty too. I was expecting a room with no window, but whether it’s in a basement and that a ventilation system is unproposed is limited... this creates mold and odors throughout the room

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026La posizione è ottima sia per la movida locale sia per la vicinanza alla metro, letteralmente dietro l’angolo. La zona ricca di localini per la colazione o la cena. Camere minimali ed essenziali. Abbiamo usufruito della lavanderia, lasciando a loro indumenti e soldi e il pomeriggio del giorno dopo era pronta. Tramite Booking rispondono velocemente e il self check in all’ingresso rende tutto snello e comunque veloce e intuitivo. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento a Seul. E’ già la seconda volta che torno.
Unica pecca non ha l’ascensore, ma nonostante questo, sapendolo prima ci si prepara mentalmente e piano piano le valigie si salgono soprattutto se si è in due.

Room was very clean when we arrive but nobody come to empty toilet bin during 3 days and we didn't have spare plastic bag to change it by ourselves (we had to dispose toilet paper to this bin). Good a/c. Central location and good price
Window in our room was very small. Could be nice if somebody comes during our stay to collect garbage or bring toilet paper or change towels - no staff in hostel to ask for this (we haven't see anybody during 3 days). Basement kitchen was very smelly and impossible to use it.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026鍾路3街の飲み屋屋台の並ぶ通りのすぐ奥、少し行くと益善洞にも行け、飲食店もコンビニも地下鉄5号線鍾路3街駅も近くと、ロケーションは良い 最近はソウルの宿泊も高騰しているので、お安く泊まれるのは魅力 ほぼ無人で全て完結し、チェックアウト後も荷物を中にキープしてもらえます
お値段なりと言えばお値段なり、ゲストハウスの域は越えません 清潔感はありますが、古さ等は否めません また、当施設は通りを入ったところですが、施設付近は夜は少し道が暗いです 飲食店があるので、雑踏はありますがそこまで治安に問題はないです が、近隣のスタッフが、施設付近で座り込んで路上喫煙したりしてて少し不快感ありました 施設のスタッフを誰も見たことがなく、今時はそうなのかもしれませんが、確認は全てメール 細かい確認は少し不便と感じるかもです

Кухня. Маленькая, душная, много мошек плодовых. Из-за этого было не комфортно даже просто заварить себе кофе.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026L'emplacement est super et le self checkin est agréable. Attention les codes parfois ne marchent pas pour une raison inconnue et cela donne des petites frayeurs. Le quartier est top (animé, mais la chambre est calme)
Il existe une hérésie dans la chambre à savoir l'ampoule de l'entrée avec capteur de mouvement. C'est sympa pour entrer certes, MAIS, cela s'allume aussi quand vous dormez (le capteur est à large spectre). Donc on s'est réveillé à maintes reprises la nuit (dès que vous bougez ça s'allume). J'ai du improviser et boucher le capteur avec un sparadrap. Note de base 8 mais j'enlève 2 points pour ça car très stupide.

Motion sensor in the room was very sensitive and kept switching on the doorway light whilst I was trying to sleep. My sleep became intermittent. There were some unruly guests at night too and it seems like the accomms don't have on site staff to respond to such situations in a timely manner. I had to wear earplugs in the end.

Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Odalar çok küçük olduğu için birden fazla büyük valiziniz varsa odada rahat edemeyebilirsiniz. Ayrıca asansör yok, taşımak zor olabilir. Camlar da küçük olduğu için sıcak zamanlarda geldiğinizde biraz zorlanabilirsiniz.

Die Zimmer sind klein, für koreanische Verhältnisse schlecht ausgestattet. Nicht einmal ein Wasserkocher war vorhanden. Die Küche ist ein Witz. Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und eine Herdplatte sonst nichts. Teller, Tassen, Besteck und alles andere war nur vereinzelnd vorhanden, nicht mal ein Mülleimer. Der große Kühlschrank ist nur für die Angestellten. Am schlimmsten aber ist die Lage im Keller, ohne Fenster und eng, Platz für max. 6 Personen an 3 Tischen. Essen darf (soll) nicht im Zimmer gegessen werden. wenn alle Gäste zeitgleich kommen gibt's Probleme. Und: Unser Zimmer war in der 4. Etage. Morgens für eine Instantnuddelsuppe 5 Etagen laufen zu müssen und dann in so ein enges Loch zu kommen ist nervig. Das Personal hat von mir 0 Punkte bekommen, da einfach niemand da war. 3 Nächte in dem Guesthaus und niemanden vom Staff gesehen. Wahrscheinlich trauen die sich nur zwischen Check Out und Check In in den Laden rein. Online Check In ist nicht zutreffend, da kein Online Check in möglich war. Es steht dort eine Maschine, die um Punkt 16:00 Uhr die Buchungen frei gibt. Es gibt nicht mal einen Vorraum um bei früherer Ankunft das Gepäck abzustellen.

Muy difícil de encontrar. Está en un callejón que por la noche los coreanos usan para mear y fumar y todo huele mal y está muy sucio. Antes del check in no te facilitan un código para entrar, no hay nadie. Y lo peor fue que nos pusieron en el sótano, no teníamos ventana ni luz natural, debería ser ilegal. Me di en el techo porque la altura no era ni normal. Muy mal, nadie debería dormir bajo suelo sin ventilación.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Everytime I came to Seoul, i will stay at different places. I stayed at DDP, Gangnam, Myeondong and now Insadong. Just to feel different vibe at each places. So for Rgeho, i quite like the place as i can have more time exploring Insadong area. The rooms is fine, have all the basics and window too which I specifically wanted that. Only that the hotel is using stairs, but the width is fine, not like some hotel the stairs are steep and a bit narrow. If you're using the subway, please make sure to always end up using Line 5 as the exit no.4 is quite straightforward and has escalator. Only exit no.4 has escalator. If you're taking Line 1 or Line 3, please make sure to enter/exit from exit no. 3 or 6, otherwise if you use no. 4, you will need to go all the way down 3 floors, then walk to the other side and walk up again 2 floors by using stairs for that. By the way, for Line 1, although it's accessible by underground, you'll need to walk further as the the subway is actually on the other side. So, better plan properly your walking route. 😊 I made the mistake. 😂 Convenience store, you have 4 stores nearby, and restaurants as well. At night is quite loud from the moment you exit the Subway, but when you entering the hotel, not much noise where you can sleep well.

Room itself was clean but the hallways and kitchen could be cleaner… We had a kettle in our room but there was absolutely no mug to make a tea.

Chambre loué qui ne correspondait pas à la description, très petite chambre pour deux, pas de place pour ouvrir sa valise et stocker nos bagages dans la chambre, manque de prises électriques à côté du lit. Indiqué comme hôtel mais je dirai plutôt auberge de jeunesse.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026It's nothing fancy, but it was enough for us as a hub for resting and showering. Do not expect anything more from this place than a clean bed, warm shower, access to the metro, and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and many historic places. We loved the self-checking system, very convenient.
It was very humid in the room, even though the AC was working, probably because the room was small and the humidity came from the bathroom. There was also a small ammount of mold in the corner, which needs to be taken care of until it grows bigger.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Очень чистая комфортная компактная комната в самом центре идеального района, до метро 1-2 минуты, единственный недостаток - отсутвие лифта в здании, с чемоданами тяжеловато. Кровать широкая, холодильник (запах внутри был непрятным) вешалка, косметическое зеркало ( с одной стороны было разбито), стол, стул, кондиционер, хороший фен, в ванной комнате шампунь и кондиционер для волос.. Было очень хорошо и комфортно.
Неприятным моментом оказалось, что после уборки номера персоналом, я нашла на полу свою пижаму, которую оставляла на кровати.

房間牆壁（木紋）感覺隨便都有針孔攝像頭 牆壁很多坑洞 有一個透氣窗，還不能上鎖，雖然外面是一個極小的空間（不可能有人走的進來） 但還是感到不安全 馬桶還一直漏水，我們自己修好的 整天沒有員工在現場 我住1樓

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026住宿發來的email發錯房間號碼一開門裡面有人竟然是別人的房間 詢問的客服還說為什麼我們跑去那邊？ 後來再發送一次房間的入住密碼 開門以後房間竟然沒有整理 我們就這樣在那邊等了快一個小時 這樣的入住體驗真的是很傻眼 這樣入住的房間安全令人堪憂 如果其他人也是這樣發錯入住密碼是不是隨便都可以進去房間裡面

Would not recommend staying here. There is a light in the room which turns on at any movement and woke us up all night, if you stay here, bring something to cover the light on the ceiling. We were watched on camera as we did our laundry (which we got permission to do) and were accused of stealing a sheet (which we didn't). Laundry was very expensive (20k won) and was a washer dryer, everything came out wet and wrinkled. No bin in the kitchen, tiny bin in the room which is not emptied. No fridge in kitchen, small fridge in room. AC regularly turns off and on again. There was a nail sticking out of the bed which tore my trousers (not safe). Shower is over the sink, whole bathroom gets wet. Room very small. No kettle in room, had to get one from kitchen. No cups, only small paper ones. Overall not a comfortable stay.

入住時房間在5樓，沒有電梯，搬著一堆行李上下樓簡直吃不消，沐浴時水不是太冰就是太燙，根本無法洗澡，4個人擠一間房間太小，4個人的行李無法同時打開攤平不方便。

Gar kein Personal oder Kontaktmöglichkeit nur über Zettel im Flur. Unterkunft im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug mit ausgetretenen Treppenstufen. Hinterhof Nähe Food Court aber ruhig.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Området är det bästa med hotellet. Så nära Metron, ändå inte helt lätt att hitta dit. Incheckning utan kontakt var ovant för mig men helt problemfritt.
Vägbeskrivning fŕån Metroutgången till platsen. Knappt 2 minuter att gå, ändå klurigt att hitta.

The only minus was the light in the hall of the room (which is very tiny) which turns on every time you move during the night. It woke us up many times, it was disturbing.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026It’s really in the heart of Insadong. So if you hate walking and still wanna have some fun it’s perfect for a short trip notice. If you stay longer I don’t know how you’ll feel though.
No elevator, but it’s the building structure so it can’t be helped.

Единственный минус - в нашем номере не было окна.
