Aerotel Muscat - Airport Transit Hotel

The rooms are big and mattress are good.

The cleanliness needs to be improved so much. There are water stains and dirt near the edges of the door and also at the edges of the toilet. The controlling of hot water is incredibly difficult. Either it is cold or incredibly hot..

Being near the airport

Being near the airport

The location and the services are fantastic

Nothing

Flight was changed so instead of a 3.5 hr layover it was 14 hrs so being able to book a room for 12 hrs overnight was perfect. Very modern comfortable room.

Front desk staff not overly friendly.

Everything

No thing

Location inside the airport, good rooms.

Wifi was not working for sometime, room was abit small this time.

Nothing

Staff is horrible. Obviously a non-hospitality owner who got the location in the airport because of his connections and has no idea how to train the staff and smoothen the process

Sempre comodissimo per i nostri scali nello splendido Oman. Questo hotel per noi é una garanzia

The staff was very friendly, helpful and quick. The room was quite spacious and even had a proper window with daylight (in my case). The breakfast was good value for money (I got a la carte).

I did not like that I could not lock my room from inside (as a solo female traveler that is a real concern). The AC in the room was extremely cold and hard to navigate, same for all the lights in the room. At some point in the night, the TV turned on by itself; and also all the lights for a second. Both woke me up and I was quite fearful as I could not lock my door. The carpet underneath the bed was not the cleanest... there were many crumbs which was not nice. Also, the sockets in the room are quite outdated... only english sockets available. The only USB socket was broken/could not use, and not charge my devices.

Super kamer en geweldig qua locatie.

It's very clean and spacious

Nothing much

Very convenient for long layovers. Kids had a good sleep and freshened up.

Location.

Too comfortable for connections

It was more for convenience, as you do not have to go out or deal with immigration. One meal is included in the booking so you do not have to pay extra for a meal outside. We have a buffet breakfast, and it was great. Lovely and comfortable place to sit and enjoy the breakfast with family, free Wi-Fi, and good, comfortable seating to work on your laptop or just relax. Rooms were good and comfortable. Tip: Do not use your breakfast or dinner or lunch in the start if you have planty of time to spend. Use your six hours or 5 and half sleeping and go to restaurent at the last and spend good time there as that is not included in your 6 hours bookings.

Some reception staff were trying to be smart rather than informative.

Very convenient location (inside the transit zone of the airport); attentive staff, spacious room.

The bathroom was very strange: no privacy at all (instead of the wall, there was a see-through glass).

I was not aware that the hotel is located past the immigration gate, and my whole purpose of booking this accommodation was to have a comfortable rest place while waiting for my next flight. But because it was past the gate, I only got a chance to get into the hotel and take shower and go

Good beds! Quiet. Very happy that there is was a hotel in the transit area, so we could catch some sleep during our 45 hour journey.

At first glance it looked much more fancy than I expected, with all kinds of (complicated) gadgets like body jet shower heads in the shower wall, giant rain shower, 2 tv's and all kinds of buttons for lighting and AC. But no hair dryer... The remote for one of the TV's didn't work, so I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to switch it off, same for the lights. Not very clear on how to switch them on/off. The shower wasn't as clean as you might expect. There were still hairs from the previous guest(s) in the drainage. The shower looked super fancy, but the water pressure wasn't high enough for the body jets and rain shower, so the fancy options were not really usable. But the all in all everything we really needed was there: The normal shower head worked fine,, so I had a nice long and hot shower, slept like a log in a big, clean comfortable bedand was able to make a cup of tea in the morning with the provided kettle.

Very clean and good rooms

Breakfast is little poor

Personeel is supervriendelijk.

Was prima.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The location was perfect (inside the transit area of the terminal). The room was clean and perfect with a window overlooking a interior courtyard.

The water pressure in the bathroom was very iffy. It was at times very strong and perfect, but sometimes no water was coming out of the toilet flush, shower, or sink.

The price is extremely high for a very modest room, also check out at 08:00

Camera bella comoda e spaziosa. Incluso pranzo, buono e abbondante.

Snelle incheck prachtige kamer

Ontbijt was vrij prijzig

Great hotel to stay some hours. Really easy when you are transfering at the airport of Muscat.

Niks

Very convenient! Close to the departure area. Breakfast was good but at the time of my visit coffee machine wasnt working. Room looks good!

Bed was a bit itchy not sure if they have change the bed sheet. As its per hour stay, felt like there were bugs crawling.

everything

none

Room was good, staff were very good and breakfast was amazing
