Website confirmed the airport pick up when. Arrived nothing when asked the guy answered we don’t have have airport shuttle service then why advertise? Very sad the start of your journey please be careful on what is posted never will I recommend to anyone never

Breakfast was exceptional, especially the natural honeycomb, which I had never experienced in any other hotel before. The room was good, and the pool was also excellent. When I searched on Booking.com, the hotel rating was "very good", but after experiencing it myself, I can say the hotel is truly exceptional and wonderful.

When I booked the hotel in booking.com, it showed pool view, city view, and mountain view options. However, when I received the room, there was no pool view. The room only had a city view and mountain view.

I had such an amazing experience at this hotel, and I especially want to recognise Farah at the front desk for their exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive and genuinely kind.

Skvělý hotel na přespání u letiště. Nápomocný personál, skvělá bohatá snídaně. Senzační cena za to, co nabízí.

V okolí vůbec nic není. Doprava jedině autem. Bazén byl docela teplý a moc v letním parnu neosvěžil.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist sehr praktisch, wenn man zeitnah abreisen will oder als Zwischenstopp für die Weiterreise. Das Ambiente des Hotels ist einzigartig schön und das Essen im Restaurant "Omny" eines der besten in Muscat. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist nahezu unerreicht.

Nach wie vor ist die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern ein großes Problem. Wir sind im Hormuz seit Jahren und irgendwie funktioniert das nicht. Sobald man den Key zieht, regelt die Klima runter auf gefühlte Frosttemperatur und selbst bei Einstellung auf niedrigste Stufe des Gebläses und höchste Temperatur, wenn man im Zimmer ist, ist es unerträglich kalt und zugig.

De service was van heel hoog niveau. Ik kreeg met name een koninklijke ontvangst van Taha en Oussama. Twee top medewerkers! Verder grote complimenten voor Abdulmajid, werkzaam als manager in het restaurant. Topservice!

They are very helpful and open to help 24/7. Very good service and amazing atmosphere! We had another wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Muscat from 4–6 August 2026. Having had a great experience here two years ago, we chose the same hotel again—and were very pleased with our decision. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind, cooperative, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Abdul Majid (restaurant), Mr. Saji Raja (Event Manager), Mr. Han and Ms. Atiqah (restaurant service), and Mr. Ahmad (reception) for their excellent hospitality and service. My only suggestion would be to expand the buffet variety, particularly at breakfast. As a Pakistani guest, I would appreciate a few more South Asian/Pakistani options. Overall, an excellent and pleasant stay with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay again!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins. L’accueil a été parfait et la chambre était impeccable, très propre. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche de l’aéroport tout en restant à une distance raisonnable du centre de Mascate. Lors de mon séjour (très court) d’une journée, l’équipe m’a même aidée à trouver un taxi qui m’a accompagnée dans plusieurs endroits de la ville, m’a attendue et est venue me récupérer, ce qui m’a permis de visiter beaucoup de choses en très peu de temps. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

The Rooms are very spacious, big bathroom with two doors and large size bath tub. we booked with lounge access, first night the arrange us at their OMNY restaurant which was very good for both drinks and food including the service staff managed by Mr. Ajith. second night they arranged in the their designated location but because of some dispute the manager offered alternate drinks as a one special case the food served was also good quality including the service staff managed by Mr. Saji & Ms. Shanti. The Valet parking service was good and timely. Breakfast is a very wide spread menu with different cuisines & service staff is also alert specially for our toddler.

We booked with lounge access but we were not informed that it is not available during our stay and also there is no clarity on what is included & what's not included in lounge access. second night they arranged in the their designated location only but the drinks offered are very cheap brands compared to the lounge access value paid at least one premium whiskey/ scotch need to be included.
