Clean but very tired. Bed was cold. Had to ask for extra blankets

External bathroom window could not be locked properly

Everything was OK, ten pin bowling group at one location was good, restaurant was fine but limited choice.

Heater making loud noises, shower erratic and sometimes no hot water, tv freeview only. No chair in the outside space, no kitchen equipment, plates, cutlery etc in the room. Tap head fell off in the small sink area. General maintenance and upgrade needed to make this more comfortable.

We arrived after 1am the room was beautiful n warm which was amazing. We had the best sleep n we all fitted comfortably

Plenty of Off Street parking, bath, fantastic shower pressure, comfortable bed, great value, Restaurant next door, lovely receptionist ( Celia) proper milk, handy to Supermarket, & City

The Redwood is my go to and has been for many years . The place is getting a little bit better with upgrades but still a lot of work needs to be done . The location is perfect and Celia on the front counter is amazing, professional and courteous

Be nice if the bed didn't move all over the room on its wheels (We saw where others tried to chock it too) A microwave would've been handy but mustn't moan too much for the price

Accommodated a large group of us with good parking.

After we switched rooms it was better. The place is tired and old. First room was cold, had gaps in the windows and doors. Shower was a trickle. Second room was warmer and shower was great. Definitely budget accommodation. Suggest a ton of money needs to be spent on it, or bulldozed and start again.

I caught a cold because there was no hot water.

Nice and spacious with 2 separate rooms with queen bed in living area and 3 singles in another room. Celia on reception was friendly and obliging.

Not much pressure in shower, toilet paper could be installed in a more accessible location but all good other wise.

Awesome staff, nice stay and with the bonus addition of a tavern next door. How good.

Tavern curry meal, absolutely trash. The snitzel was disgusting too. Sorry to say! But the curry was insulting. Make it fresh or not at all. Microwaved trash. Yuck.

Well layed out All the facilities we needed Clean Tidy Bed comfy but firm too which was appreciated Heater turned on before arrived. Particularly the woman manager Celia at the Front Check-in Office.

No way of stopping the outside Motel light from coming in when trying to sleep.

Beds were comfortable and water hot. We got in very late, so can't really say much else- we slept well.

Can't complain- it really was just a bed for the night then gone.

Stayed in a family room. Great layout with all the kids in a separate room. Good WiFi and easy after hours checkin.

The dryer took forever to dry a load of washing, when we flushed the toilet it didnt shut of for a while

good place near the airport. We had a flight to catch in early morning hours so it was convenient to stay here. The amenities are good, there is an inhouse restaurant/bar at the property. overall good place.

The location was quite strategic; very close to bus stop - easy to find. There are nearby takeaway food shops - so when we arrived after hours, we could still buy some food for late dinner. For affordable prices, the quality was expected.

Overall, cleanliness is decent. It can be better. The shower head was too short when the bathtub was too high - taking a shower was a little bit awkward. Getting out of th3 bathtub after shower was almost dangerous since it's slippery and no handle to hold on to.

Great spacious parking and all units were on the ground floor so no steps to carry up a suitcase! Older style unit but very comfortable and I had a great night sleep! And was great to have a water bottle in the fridge and cookies with the tea bags etc. The shower took a bit to get the temperature and pressure right, but once that was right the shower was great!! Good location, Very close to shops and the motorway! Although this is on a busy road there was no noise during the night.

A bit cold, but there was extra blankets and a electric blanket available. The front door was hard to open, I think this was due to the carpet but it worked out well because it meant the door stayed open while moving luggage etc without the door shutting and locking.

Toliet leaked .Shower was waste time water dribbled was horrible .only used shower once as not enuff water coming thru..Bath no better been slow boat to china ..
