Reviewed Sep 21, 2025Location is super convenient, 0 min walk to the Keikyu Shinbamba station, and 5 min walk to the shopping street with loads of shops and restaurants. It’s also a nice neighborhood too, quiet and peaceful at night. The staff are professional and friendly, they offer room cleaning for guests staying over 2 nights and free towel changes. Room has strong A/C so it’s a breeze in hot summer. Self check-in and check-out machine is easy to use and has English options. Overall it’s an extremely solid place to stay in Tokyo and I would definitely comeback once I visit Tokyo again.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2025娘と2人で泊まりました。 一緒に寝るのに十分な広さのベッドで快適でした。 椅子が一つしかないので部屋で飲食をするのに不便でした。 羽田空港を利用したので行き帰りにホテルに荷物を預けることができ助かりました。 最近は外国人客が多いので主要駅のコインロッカーの預けが苦労するので。 都内のどこに行くのも品川まで出ないと行けませんが二駅だし電車も頻繁くるのであまり不自由は感じずむしろ駅直結なので大変便利でした また利用したいです

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025Location is fab if you have an early flight from Haneda airport or you’re coming in on the Shinkansen late and you don’t want to drag yourself across town (both applied to us), right next to the station. Lovely shrine across the road as a bonus. The hotel staff were lovely. Trains were no problem as they stop during the night. Bathroom was a little bit tired but the shower was great so no problem really. Bed was comfortable everything you needed was available.

I like this hotel because it is very convenient, it is just a min walk out of the train station. The area is also quiet, convenience stores are just around the corner. I will def stay there again.

Reviewed May 11, 2023品川近辺のホテルでGWも迫った時期に探して見つかったホテルでした。 品川駅黒から二駅でしたが、駅の目の前だったのでとても便利でした。 朝はドトールでのモーニングでした。何時からオープンしているかフロントの方に聞いたら、6時半と言われ、6時半にお店に行ったらオープンしておらず。ネットで確認したら7時でした。また部屋に戻り再度7時に行きました。日祝は7時オープンだそうなので、そこはきちんと教えて頂きたかったです。 それ以外は満点です。

Reviewed Sep 24, 2022普通電車しか止まらない駅だけど、駅から濡れずにホテルに入れるし、頑張れば歩いて品川駅にも行ける距離で、私にとってはとても良かったです。新馬場の町自体が静かで落ち着きがあり、好きになりました。夜中に外で酔っ払いさんが騒ぐ声などしない(^^) お部屋は良く考えられていると思います。机に座ったら椅子も引けないほど狭い部屋のホテルはよくありますが、ここは大きなベッドがあってもゆったりスペースが取られてるし、お風呂も広めです。電気スタンドが初めから置いてあるのが嬉しかったです。そうそう机も広め、本を2つ広げても余裕があるのでしっかり勉強できました。東京のお手頃系ホテルでこのゆったりスペースはなかなか無いのでは？！1階でアメニティを好きなだけ戴いてもいいのが便利です。 接客は、美人のフロントのお姉さんの笑顔と丁寧な思いやりのある話し方が素敵でした。 総じてとっても快適だったので、次に東京に来る時もここが良いな〜と思いながら帰路につきました。

Reviewed Sep 2, 2019清掃は行き届いておりましたが部屋の中が湿気のせいなのかすごく臭かったです。 浴室とトイレの仕切りのカーテンがとても臭かった。 時期的なものだとしても何らかの工夫はしていただきたいです。 他は立地的にもスタッフさんの対応も良かったと思います。

Reviewed Aug 3, 2019駅の出口にあってとても便利なうえ、周囲には、地元の方の生活に根ざした飲食店・商店が幾つもあり、楽しく滞在することができました。フロントの方の応対がとても丁寧・親切で、急な変更にも快く応じてくださり、家族一同感謝しています。子どもたちも、またあのホテルに泊まりたいと言っています。

Reviewed Jul 15, 2019小旅行で利用させていただきました。 受付の女性の方の対応がとても良かったのが印象に残っています。 電車の音は聞こえないことはないですが、全く気にならないレベルでしたので、ぐっすり眠ることができました。 強いて厳しいことを言えば、車での旅行だったため駐車場を探していたのですが、提携先駐車場の駐車可能台数が少なかったことです。 とはいえ、お値段以上の滞在ができましたのでまた利用させていただきます。 ありがとうございました。

Reviewed Jun 29, 2019Great budget hotel that's conveniently located right at a station for the Keikyu Line and only a stone's throw away from Shinagawa Station which makes it easy to get anywhere you need to both in Tokyo and beyond. Also has a small local shopping street next door with a convenience store, cafes, etc. Free breakfast was okay but for most of my trip I had to leave early which made the two nearby convenience stores very helpful. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was small but par for the course in Tokyo. During my stay the hotel was also amazingly quiet. Normally I wear earplugs as insurance for a good night's sleep at cheaper hotels but not this one - I slept like a baby all three nights I was there. The only real complaint I had was the faint whiff of lingering cigarette smoke when I first entered my room despite it supposedly being a non-smoking room. Thankfully the room had an air freshener bottle that helped a great deal. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Tokyo.

Reviewed May 2, 2019All the amenities that you need are pretty much available at the lobby whenever you need it. We liked the security of the hotel that the hotel entrance is only accessible to those who have the key. Available coffee, tea and hot chocolate at the lobby.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2019Next to Shimbamba station and two stops away from Shinagawa station. Convenient and simple hotel with basic amenities. Two 7-11s are within one walking block and both provide easy access to withdraw money. I had a comfortable 1 week stay.
