El tamaño de habitación fue buena, era bonita, agradable, no se sentia ruido de afuera durante la noche, baño grande, pero tenia poca presion de agua la ducha. la hubicacion muy buena, al frente del castillo, y cerca de todo, llegamos caminando desde la estacion de tren. el desayuno bueno, habia cafe, frutas, yogurt, croasant y mantequilla, que te lo dejaban todas las mañanas a las 08:30am.

Lo malo es que no hubo ninguna interaccion con nadie, te dejan las llaves en un box, subes tus cosas solo, no hay nadie que te preste ayuda en nada, tampoco te limpian la habitación. pero en general buena experiencia.

I really enjoyed my stay here I was at the top floor room and a lovely room spacious and clean and lovely view out looking at the castle , had everything what you need like coffee tea and a bonus coffee machine with alot of pods for the machine. What a lovely surprise it was in the morning a goodie bag by your door with a continental breakfast inside complementary, I will definitely be back for my stay what a gem this place was , deffo recommend this place to stop

Big bathroom with tube (but unfortunately no plug). Perfect for exploring castle and town You are provided wirh a breakfast in the morning they leave at your door. (1 Yoghurt, Croissant, fruit, Orange juice per person).

Good location, easy access, near by parking, clean and tidy room, TV with media and channels, tea, coffee and biscuits. Thoughtful breakfast delivered to your door. Great way to start a day.

The position is incredible, and the room on the second floor has a wonderful view on the river and on the castle! The breakfast, left out from the room in the morning, was a very nice thing <3 The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. We added a night during our stay, and the owner was very nice to find us another room.

We changed the room during our stay, and we can open only a window on two in the rooms. In the second, the window was open with a wooden log... In the first room, the shower wasn't working well.

Très bien placé en centre ville à proximité du château, on peut tout faire à pied. Système de boîte à clé pratique quand on arrive tard.

La peinture écaillée au plafond de la salle de bain et les fenêtres en simple vitrage. Le lit était un 140 cm de large.

Location was excellent. One window looked out to the Castle and the other towards the harbor. And the train and bus stations are a couple of blocks away. Breakfast was yogurt, fruit, roll and orange juice delivered in a bag to your door. Just enough to get you off and running.

The bed was hard, which I am okay with, but the pillows were also, which I didn't like. The bathroom was wonky. You had to pull a cord for water pressure and then in the shower there were two controls for temperature. Didn't really figure it out. Hard to open windows, but there was a fan. I knew it was a three floor walk up in advance, (luckily staff helped), but good practice for castle turret climbing.

Had portable AC unit separate fan and a portable heater which is good for either type of weather breakfast was good delivered to door so even if you don’t wake up it’s there and even though it’s only some fruits yoghurt orange juice it was satisfying to wake up at like 9 and not have to worry

In the shower the shower drains were pretty blocked even on medium water pressure water would build up to prevent any flooding onto the bathroom floor you’d have to stop the shower for a minute let all the water drain however they had amenities shower gel body wash etc… do that was good but focusing on cleaning drains and ensuring the customer had full satisfaction would be good improvement

Lovely room with a view of the harbour. Good facilities. Fabulous bed.

Visited Conwy for a short golf trip, needed somewhere to stay near the golf course and these rooms we were perfect for us. Provided all that was required, easy check in with the lock box and rooms were clean and well provided for.

Shower could have had a bit more pressure but really was OK

The location is absolutely perfect - 5 minutes from the station and in front of Conwy Castle. The staff at the pizzeria were amazingly welcoming and helpful - and the pizza really is delicious and worth trying. Also the breakfast bag is a great touch, with fresh fruits and local yogurt - and they were even able to accommodate having this delivered a little bit earlier as we had an early tour in the morning. The bed is also very comfortable!

My only observation was that I think a deeper clean is needed as there were huge cobwebs close to the TV, and the windows in the bathroom were also pretty dirty.

Location is excellent. We came by train and so was convenient. Staff were great. Bed was very comfortable. We also had a pizza which was delicious. And the breakfast croissant etc left outside the door in the morning was perfect.

Couldn’t open either of the windows, one screwed shut. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs as central and busy road outside.

The staff were lovely and gave great recommendations! Could see the castle from our bedroom which was nice and the bed was super comfy!

Right in the heart of Conwy! Staff was very accommodating. The Continental Breakfast deliveref to our door was quite nice. And the pizza at Johnny Dough's was great

Lovely big room, comfy bed, good sized bathroom & shower. Lots of tea & coffee (& a Tassimo, if you can work out how to use it, or how to turn it off afterwards!). Continental breakfast delivered to your bedroom door in the morning! Fruit, yoghurt, juice & croissants!! The pizza restaurant is fabulous! Well loaded pizza, inventive toppings, great value. Only steps away from the Castle and the bridge, just a minute or two to the high street or the station, and a great price per night...I would definitely come again.

The shower was slow to drain, and could have been a bit cleaner (was clean where it mattered). Instructions for the Tassimo would be good (my phone would not open the QR code on the machine itself). The light wasn't strong enough to write by.

Property was located very close to car park. Long stay in town centre.

No working bathroom light or extractor fan Empty can of air freshener left in bathroom. TV remote. Not working. Shower rise and fall pole came away when I tried to lower shower head. This was in one room. Friends staying in a separate room had curtains hanging off rail with one or two hooks. They had to climb on a stool to drape curtains over the top of rail. This was a room that I had requested an upgrade on. A upgrade was supposed to have been allocated at no extra cost . Breakfast couldn’t be served until at least 8.30 , this was of no use to us but that was our choice. Did call owner who said he would request an earlier drop off. It’s left outside your door. No hot food.

It was a good sized room with comfortable beds. It was in a great location too. They had all the extra niceties like soft towels and hairdryer. They even left a great breakfast at the door in the morning.

It doesn’t have an elevator, but they carried my luggage up the stairs for me. It was a little warm, but I did have a fan in my room.

Frukosten kunde de strunta i, den är väldigt påver. Inplastad croissant istället för att köpa färskt på bageriet några meter bort. Billig juice från nätbutiken... Nej strunta i den och ha istället info om var man kan äta frukost.

Ingenting egentligen, sängen var underbar med resans bästa kuddar! Dessutom hade vi rum 6, högst upp med utsikt både över hamninloppet och slottet. Trevlig liten kuststad med trevlig personal. Och goda pizzor!

Continental breakfast was nice and delivered to the door before 8am. Location great! 5 minutes walk from train station and the town.

The room was a bit snug with not much room to move about. Some coat hugs behind the doors would have been an advantage.

Great location right by the water and has a restaurant in a bar underneath the hotel. Rooms were small but the bed was comfortable in the shower was decent.

There's no air conditioning so you have to open the window sometimes bugs come in.

La finestra non restava aperta, gli asciugamani ci sono stati consegnati sporchi, in generale il bagno era pulito cosi cosi(muffa sulle piastrelle). È tutto un po' vecchio e trasandato.

A lovely base to explore Conwy, light airy room with all facilities needed, Staff where friendly and excellent. The only downside was parking around conwy can be difficult as with most seaside towns BUT very cheap The sea was literally 3 mins away and the Castle across the road

This guesthouse is a great option within Conwy. The room was clean and comfortable and well located within the town walls. Excellent value! We received specific instructions on how to access the keys from the lockbox and it was easy. There is also a simple breakfast included, delivered to your door every morning! We would definitely stay here again.

This was not an issue for us but guests should be aware that it is necessary to climb stairs to access rooms and there isn't really any staff onsite if you need help with luggage - this is mentioned in a number of reviews but honestly no one should complain, it just is what it is and not uncommon in the UK. Just do your research in advance and know what you are booking!

L'arrivée est un peu surprenante car on récupère notre clefs dans une boîte à clefs, ensuite les escaliers sont raides avec une grosse valise c'est un peu chaud mais une fois arrivé dans la chambre c'est plutôt une bonne surprise. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes, c'est très lumineux, le lit est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans la chambre. Il y a bouilloire et machine à café dans la chambre et le matin on nous dépose un petit sac devant la porte avec jus de fruits, fruits, Yaourt, croissant. C'est pas le super petit déjeuner mais c'est mieux que rien. Au niveau de l'emplacement on peut difficilement être plus près du château. Pour une petite escale c'est très bien.

Lovely views from the room. Comfy beds and a coffee machine! Had lovely pizza downstairs in the owners restaurant.

Very noisy but it's on a main road so I expected that. Not ideal as no bike storage but they were helpful and accommodated me, much appreciated. Bikes not allowed in the room.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, comfy bed, good shower, air conditioning, great price. Continental breakfast delivered to our door was a lovely way to start the morning. Would stay here again next time, we really enjoyed it.

We were in room 4 right at the top of the building, lots of stairs and no lift.

Looking a bit tired. The shower wasn’t clean. The man who let me in was pretty unfriendly. Stayed there for quite a few years as I play in the music festival but won’t be staying again.

Room was basic but clean, tidy and lovely decoration. Really comfy bed with big fluffy pillows. Nespresso coffee maker nice touch. Good smart tv. Perfect location. Lovely little continental breakfast bag in morning with fresh fruit, croissant with butter, llaeth llan yoghurt, and fresh orange juice. Overall perfect couldn’t fault it at all

Very convenient for the town, being right in the centre. There is 24 hour pay and display not too far away. They have a pizza establishment attached to the guest house.

The drainage in the shower was slow and filled up very quickly. The toilet didn't flush very well either. It would have been nice to have the coffee pods and milk filled up. If I had of asked I probably would have got some. The staff that I did see were always polite. For the cost it was value for money.

The location was great, right in the centre of town so we could easily walk around and pop back in when needed. Check in was easy and the people in the restaurant below were helpful. They also gave us a little breakfast outside the door in the morning which was a nice touch. Everything was clean and in good condition.

The room was quite small, though the bathroom was absolutely massive - that'll just be the architecture of the building as opposed to a design choice. They provided a fan which was lovely but unfortunately it was incredibly loud and not very effective. We had to keep it on all night which made it tricky to sleep but on the plus side, it drowned out the seagulls somewhat in the morning.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work very well and the room was very warm.

We really like staying here and have stayed twice now. The rooms are comfortable, the location is great for Conwy, and we like the little breakfast bag left outside the door in the morning. It is a nice touch and makes the stay feel easy and welcoming.

There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked. We were happy with our stay again.

Fantastic location, close to everthing

No staff on site before 3pm meant we were unable to leave our luggage at the property whilst we explored the city, but as it isn't an actual hotel I can I understand this restriction

Bathroom was really big and the room itself had a portable a/c thankfully (we stayed during a heatwave). The room itself was spacious and they provided us with a light breakfast (yogurt, fruit, croissants, juice). And the pizza place below has VERY good food!

It doesn’t have a lift, which is not unexpected, but there were A LOT of stairs to get to our room, so just a heads up if you’re staying here with someone who is not fully able bodied or have very heavy bags. Also no on site parking

It was right by the castle and all amenities. Mia was lovely so kind and efficient. Breakfast was free which was exceptional. Pizza was fab.

On initial appearance the property looks a bit tired inside and out. However, it was clean and comfortable so no complaints from us. Very central, and quiet location. There is 24 hour parking less than a 5 minute walk away for £8.50 at Morfa Bach car park. Check in was quick and easy. All the info you need to know is clearly written out in your room. Friendly staff.

It was extremely hot during the night (due to hot weather), however a van was provided which helped and we were no more uncomfortable than we would have been at home given the heatwave.

La limpieza del lugar me sorprendió, el personal fue muy amable y comprensible todo el tiempo, el café y el desayuno fresco en la puerta cada mañana fue un detalle muy lindo, gracias! La vista desde mi ventana la ubicación justo al lado de castillo y las murallas, todo super cerca y agradable.

The property is in an ideal location for visiting all the fun in Conwy.

There is no parking; however they were up front with that information so we were able to plan. Still difficult.

The location was perfect as it was right across the road from the castle. The access was great and the breakfast outside your door in the morning was a lovely touch. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was reasonable for what we paid. Lovely late checkout at 11am

The carpet needed a hoover and the skirting boards were dusty. The room probably could do with a refurb. The bathroom certainly could. We stayed in the exceptionally hot weather. We were unable to open the windows and had to go and ask someone for a fan for the room.

Location is really great, close to everything! Room was spacious and we could see bits of the castle through the window. We are really sad we didn't manage to try the pizza as we were mostly out side on Conwy the pizza menu looked amazing!

Shame there was no parking but there is long stay walking distance 8 minutes away, where we parked.

Staff were lovely. We had a pizza for dinner which was excellent.

Lovely location and the view from Room 1 was amazing, we faced out onto the castle and could just see the tip of the sea! We were able to leave our bags the following day while we explored which we really appreciated. The rooms were super clean, smelt lovely, and served a purpose. The breakfast in the morning was also a lovely touch.

The stairs- but that’s just me being unfit. It’s an old building with character, you can’t expect a lift. No fridge in the room. From Australia we’re used to keeping drinks cold.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. Excellent location. Useful amenities - decent number of coffee pods and milk sachets and a couple of biscuits each. Decent WiFi 72mb down and 25mb up when I checked. Breakfast was basic but nice. A croissant each (basic packet one from a supermarket) a tub with fruit consisting of ¾ of a strawberry in 2 slices, 2 slices of banana and a handful of blueberries, a Welsh rhubarb yoghurt (very tasty) and a bottle of apple juice. It was basic but was a very nice addition. The little tiny shampoo and shower gel bottles were super cute. The bed was average but was fine. The pillows were huge.

The "fan", it's not a fan it's a portable AC unit. Great right? No, an AC needs an outlet outside or it just increases the temperature so they give instructions to use the fan mode. It's incredibly loud but it gets very hot without it, the room was 26°. The saniflow for the toilet kept kicking in late at night, noisily, for no apparent reason. Shower screen wouldn't stay shut. Leaky hot tap (not an issue for us TBF). Cups had dried in coffee stains.

Continental Breakfast wasn't brilliant , we went for a fry up at cafe in the town.

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is right in the center of town. The rooms are nicely appointed. The breakfast delivered to rooms is a nice touch.

The rooms are stuffy, and I had trouble propping open a window, though they did provide fans. The hallways seem air conditioned but not the rooms, which is perplexing. The temperature of the shower was difficult to adjust.

It was thoughtful about all the things that matter like breakfast was really nicely done, communication was clear and straightforward- fantastic location. Very glad I stayed!

I arrived after-hours and the host made it extremely easy for me to get my key to access my room. A sack breakfast was delivered to my door in the morning. So, was able to get done early to check out. They held my luggage, so I could room around town and see the sites.
