Great hotel, comfortable beds, close to airport.

Love youthful modern calm aesthetic. Property looks very new, snack store fully stocked.great room size; I loved the touch of my name on the tv.

The pillows aren’t the best the deflate as soon as you touch them, the bed could us a topper to aid in comfort.

It was clean. Front desk staff were so helpful and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable.

We thought there was a pool because pool was listed on booking.com. There was only a pool table. My kids were disappointed. I would have booked elsewhere had I known.

There was no microwave and no coffee pot in the room? There was no microwave and no coffee pot in the room, I had no time to go to lobby to get coffee then return to my room to get packed in the morning, I had a plane to catch.

The close proximity to the airport

Everything was done in such a cheap manner. They don’t have standard bell card. You can barely fit anything on the little tripod shopping cart. Instead of leaning towards convenience, the property invested more in the cheapest provisions for clients. Example, plastic ice buckets only found in the lobby as opposed to individual ice buckets in each room and an ice machine on every/alternating floors as all the surrounding hotels provide. There is clearly poor communication between the housekeeping, staff and the front desk. Upon check-in, I was sent to an unclaimed messy room and had to revisit the front desk for another Room assignment. The receptionist commented “this was the third time this has happened”. Unacceptable for the Hilton.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Deborah, Candice, and Lararo. Hotel was clean and very close to the airport.

We left early on the airport shuttle. Very nice to park and fly at such a great rate. Not much to a breakfast compared to others but we did have a muffin on the way out.

I think the hotel entrance located in the back of the hotel is the only design flaw.

The bedding and pillow cases smelt stale and were not changed after last guest. We found hairs. So gross.

Great place to stay before you fly at RDU. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, low prices and great shuttle service to the airport. I live in the area, but I stay here before early morning flights. They offer a very good price for long-term parking A special shout out to shuttle driver Tara.I was fortunate to have her as my driver multiple times. It was great to be greeted by a friendly face when I arrived yesterday from a 35 hour trip from Asia.

Poor breakfast! Many offerings (pancakes, yogurt, eggs, meat) were unavailable. Very disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious, the sheets were incredibly soft, and the room was extremely clean. Deborah checked us in and she is so kind and helpful. We were even able to check in a little bit early! The proximity to the Airport was so convenient. We will be staying here again when we return from our international trip!

We liked the cleanliness, how the facility was set up. It was very nice.

We were only allowed an hour more for a late check out, all though our flight wasn't for another 6 hours. We didn’t like that we had to be an honors member for a late check out.

Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel has a contemporary lobby and modern, well-maintained rooms. The King room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was still comfortable for my partner and me. The location is excellent, especially if you’re flying, as it’s very close to the airport. The fitness center was one of the better hotel gyms I’ve used, and the breakfast exceeded expectations with a good variety of options. The only minor drawbacks were that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, and parking may be limited on weekends. That said, the staff was attentive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made for an overall excellent experience.

We stayed here before and after an international trip as a park and ride package. The shuttle was convenient, the fare reasonable. Our room was pretty bare bones, but spacious and comfortable. I love the provided bathroom products. The breakfast buffet pleased everyone in our family. We will definitely book here again when flying out of RDU

Ms. Deb and her friendly coworker who's name was unique and pretty. Began with a "T" I believe. They were sweet! Location was great! Loved the airplanes flying by constantly because it was nostalgic for me. I grew up in a big city near the airport. The hygiene line they used was great!

I booked this hotel in hopes of using the "shuttle" services. This is not a real shuttle bus, but a minivan. I was hoping to use this service to avoid paying airport parking fees but that didn't happen. Also, you have to reserve your shuttle too and hope that you're able to get on it. The room was tiny. I love Tru hotels and have always stayed in them in SC and FL. But never have I ever been in a tiny room. Floors were dirty and sticky. Biggest let down was the bed. I love hotel beds, but this was uncomfortable all around. The mattress was awful and felt as if I was sleeping on springs. The pillows would flatten completely. The covers were made of some weird material perhaps synthetic or something because it was hot under the covers. Not sure if my AC was working because I kept it on 68 and I kept sweating under the covers. Maybe the sheets themselves. So I didn't get any sleep at all.

Breakfast was sparse 30 minutes before closing. Pillows super flat. Noisy with planes flying overhead all night.

This is my 3rd time at Tru by Hilton. Stays are perfect as always. I’ve never had to reach out and ask for anything. No complaints. This was an unexpected stay. I called Ms. Betty at the reception and she sent a shuttle right away. It was less than 10 mins wait. Love the service.

The first shuttle ( holds 6) at 4:00 am was full when I checked into the hotel.We had to use Lyft and it cost $30. for a 5 min ride.

All aspects of the hotel were exceptional. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The front desk woman was very pleasant, made the check in process seamless, and provided recommendations of local activities when we asked.

Tara with the shuttle service is amazing! She is super friendly and helped me with my heavy bags and was lovely to chat with on the short drive. She also went above and beyond and brought me to a neighboring hotel I was staying at because their shuttle was down. 10/10!

Cleanliness, convenience, friendly and professional staff, shuttle service to airport all with a relaxing modern aesthetic. Only thing I wish they provided a QR code to tip housekeeping room 203. They have a flat rate parking if you’re traveling. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!

Hotel is clean and fun. Kayla and Essence were so patient and helpful. I messaged and called them as we arrived late at the airport and arranged our shuttle pickup. When we arrived close to midnight they gave us a warm welcome and got us checked in quickly.

Stayed here for an overnight before an early morning flight, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is super convenient to RDU airport—just a quick ride away. There’s a Capital City Chop House within a short distance from the hotel if you would like a bite to eat. Our handicap-accessible room was clean, spacious, and had excellent bathroom lighting. The bed was really comfortable, so we got a solid night’s sleep. We specifically chose TRU because of the free parking and complimentary airport shuttle. The driver was punctual (we left at 4am, which was crucial for us), and everything went smoothly. Tip: Schedule your shuttle ride in advance—space is limited, and priority goes to those who book first. Also, grab a business card with the contact number before you leave, and confirm pickup at Zone 7 when you return from your trip. Shuttle hours of operation are limited so confirm before booking. Special shoutout to staff members Deborah and Betty—they were friendly, helpful, and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Overall, great value for a clean, comfy stay with reliable airport transport. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We liked that we were able to keep our vehicle in a safe place during our trip, as we stayed at Tru before AND after flying out of the country. Breakfast on both occasions was fresh and plentiful. Clean and nice rooms. Bed comfy and big. Just what I needed. In general good !

Pancakes and coffee was fine, Eggs were aweful and not much of just fruits and healty options. I have never seen before plastic and paper plates and cutlery being used at a decent hotel, it was tacky and cheap which I do not expect from the name Hilton There was a lot of sounds from the aircon in the room. However, I needed a bed for one night at an airport hotel, this is a solid and clean option.

The breakfast was good. It is the typical hotel spread and as all it is not exceptional, but, there was enough of options that I put together something that worked. The staff was always there to keep it neat and clean as well as stocked. Overall, the front desk staff (they were the staff that I interacted with most) were amazing and could not have been more attentive and were very kind to me while I was there. They get the highest rating from me! I also noted they treated every customer the same - kudos to them!!!!

The selection of stations on the TV was not special and I struggled to find something to watch. The GFI outlet for the refrigerator kept tripping leaving items in it to get warm. This happened 3+ times and since I know how they work, I reset it myself, but I did also let the front desk know it needed attention.
