Breakfast was great! The location was excellent. We were able to see and hear everything happening in the area. I wish the fan we were given had worked better, as it was very hot
It was weird to get to the bar and breakfast by walking through a storage room.
The rooms were soundproofed so the noise from the lovely bar downstairs and the streets didn’t disturb us
Extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working and neither was the Hair dryer on both occasions I went to Reception there was no one there for a good 10 minutes to report this to
The room was vibrating with the bass sounds from the venue below until well past 1am and we were not warned about this beforehand
Muzyka grała do północy.
so expensive! we payed €50.20 for 2 double vodka lemonades. The vodka is as only worth €33. Hope this helps x (also from wilmslow, cheshire so prices are already for too expensive)

Great location
room rather small
Scandalous €27.30 for 2 drinke
Clean room, conveniently located. You can hear the music and hustle and bustle from Temple Bar but that is to be expected given the location.
Room was extremely hot to the point of not being able to sleep. When mentioned to reception at check out just as an FYI I was fairly curtly advised I could have asked for fan. No where in the hotel, in the room or even at the reception desk was this stated nor was it mentioned when we checked in. I appreciate Ireland is experiencing a surprisingly long spell of good weather but for a hotel that is located in an area where most people are returning to their room late at night after gigs or nights out it seems unlikely they would get back up out of bed and go search for fan.
It was a very clean, very well decorated room. I liked how bright it was and the staff were very friendly.
There was no fridge and the window was difficult to open but we were able to eventually, other than that it was excellent
The hotel was good and clean and location was good
The price was high and was not happy with emails every day requesting to cancel booking with bookin.com and go with them direct as we didn’t do this on arrival was charged £200 surcharge that I was told I won’t get back for not booking with them direct, not happy
Location, rooms
Breakfast was cold and runny/sloppy egg, not much choice of food
breakfast very good,
very hot and noise
Stayed 28 May - still waiting for the deposit back on my card
The location is brilliant, right in the middle of temple bar and straight across the bridge to cafes and shopping area. Easy to reach on public transport. We walked from Tara street station. Good value for money as breakfast was included. Dont expect the ritz but its comfortable if somewhat noisy.
Only OK over priced
Nice hotel rooms modern and spotless shower very good but the breakfast was shocking coffee rank fry very poor I got mouldy bread. Breakfast very poor ingredients
Location
Unbelievable noise until 3:30 am. No air con.
Ystävällinen henkilökunta.
Kova meteli alakerran pubista.
Frühstück personal leider unfreundlich, eher harsch
The room was clean and comfortable so was the bathroom and wea also had a balcony with great canal view! Although you could hear live music on the street with close windows it was quiet enough! Perfect location right in the city center so you can go anywhere on foot and book tours directly from the reception and all guys there was so helpful! Live music every day if you want to feel the heartbeat of Dublin, Breakfast and Irish dishes was delicious and the stuff was so warm and friendly made us feel so comfortable! Thank you all so much! 🌹
They have no closets in Dublin in general..
+ Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal!
The hotel was at the center of Temple Bar region, the room was comfortable and the bed was good enough, the hotel was clean. In Ireland, 2 days is enough to see Dublin, so i think you should book a hotel at the center. We visited all the areas by walk. I recommend to stay at this hotel.
The location is great! Nice hotel with all the basics you need
It is super loud on busy pub nights which was the weekend when we were there. I had messaged twice requesting a room away from main pub corner as we travelled all night to Ireland with little sleep but our room was right above the busy corner unfortunately.
No-frills hotel that has a great location for shopping and sightseeing, but good Lord, would never stay there again. Rooms are tiny, and I mean so tiny that you need to sleep with your luggage on your bed. Rooms also smelly, dirty (carpet stains everywhere, hot and stuffy, and uncomfortable beds that had me sliding off as the mattress had no structure. Website advertised a free drink for patrons, but the attendant at the desk didn’t know anything about this, thus no free drink. The hotel itself is difficult to get to with all the congestion and one-way streets. There’s no parking on site so you need to schlep your luggage a couple blocks away and the hotel stamped our parking ticket for a reduced rate, which still ended up being $20 for one night. And don’t expect a good nights sleep as the music is blasting until 3:00 a.m. and party goers fill the streets. The room was so hot but even if you had a fan, there would be no where to place it. This is a hotel to be avoided until you’re desperate.
Posizione cetralissima
The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was available early and very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of Restaurants and Pubs. We didn’t mind the noise of the late night crowds but if it is quiet you require then the Temple area is not for you.
Location
Noise, no sound insolation, breakfast not of high quality but good enough.
The hotel room was small with 2 queen size beds but sufficient. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were amazing and we even got an early check-in. Breakfast was included and a really good order-off-the-menu breakfast. Location was amazing in the heart of Temple Bar and close to many restaurants and bars but that meant it was noisy well into the night and in the morning too.
Clean and comfy rooms and a good location
The breakfast was overcooked and cold. Tasted terrible and very oily
location was terrific, within walking distance of most attractions in Dublin.
Rooms are small with limited storage space and noise from nearby bars and clubs make sleep a chalenge.
Great location, free breakfasts
Slightly smaller room and breakfast service slow
It is centrally located along the Temple bar Main Street with music in all the bars.
The architecture and the friendly staff.
Great location, kind staff. They allowed us to leave our bags when we got there early. Comfy bed and a nice view of the river from our room. Breakfast in the bar was great value - you get to order one thing from the menu and then self serve tea, coffee, juice, toast.
Breakfast although we couldn’t order yoghurt & granola in addition to Irish breakfast like many hotels I have stayed at.
Lack of supply of ear defenders. Wasn’t aware that we would be staying over the loudest pub in Temple Bar by far! Was placed on the first floor straight above the Fitzsimmons Bar with no soundproofing or consideration by other extremely loud guests who got to their room at 3 am . Did not sleep for 2 nights as a result!
River views
Three years ago, I visited this pub with my girlfriend. Even then, the bouncer looked at me with absolute disdain before letting us in. Yesterday I returned with a male friend; luckily, there was no security at the door, so we got in without any trouble and had a normal, quiet time. However, today was a completely different and humiliating experience. I went back with this friend of mine. As we approached the door, the bouncer stopped us with a hostile, 'Where are you going, guys?' and immediately denied us entry. When we politely asked him why we couldn't go in, his only response was literally, 'Because no.' We were completely sober, calm, and dressed perfectly fine for a pub. It leaves me wondering why we were arbitrarily rejected. Was it because he heard us speaking Spanish? Did he just arbitrarily decide he didn't like our clothes? Or did he wrongly assume we were a gay couple and discriminate based on that? Whatever the actual reason, being turned away just 'because no' is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and feels highly discriminatory. It’s a shame that a venue allows its security staff to treat tourists with such baseless arrogance. Save your money and go to other pubs in Dublin where you will actually be treated with basic human decency
Prefect location
Prefect location and friendly staff
Stayed here last night after attending a gig around the corner in the Olympia theatre. Receptionist was lovely to deal with , very friendly. Room is clean. You can hear everything outside as room is not soundproof from the bar. So very loud and noisy. We had pre paid for breakfast with our booking and the tea/coffee was cold and when we asked for boiling water for our tea we were told the tea was hot and she would heat the milk. Not very accommodating , very rude and not approachable. Also we got the eggs Benedict, mini Irish fry and avacado on toast - 2 breakfasts were freezing cold and a long hair was found on another. We just agreed to not saying anything and leave. Horrible service.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful, kind and understanding, providing guidance and assistance for needs during our stay.
I think I paid a premium for the location, but there were compromises for the location. When I booked, I had read reviews and I was aware that there would be noise from music being played downstairs and other reviews indicated that this was tolerable with earplugs, given the location. What I didn't plan for, however, was that the music would continue very loudly not just from downstairs but also across the road, until 3am. I accept that I should have considered this being a Saturday night/Sunday morning. At 6am the noise from the street cleaners or council workers commenced. At 7am I could hear every movement and conversation from the loud people next door, however perhaps this was because I was over-aware of noise by this time. On the Sunday night, music continued until midnight. My room was booked for 3 adults and although the bedding was fine and quite comfortable, there was little room for much else (ie, luggage of 3 adults). This would probably not have been an issue if it was only 2 adults, absent an additional bed in the room. In hindsight, I should have looked more carefully at the days I would be staying given the other reviews about noise, and whether 2 rooms would have been more suitable, although the cost for this would have been prohibitive. I also couldn't have planned that 2 of the 3 adults would have been very sick (cold/flu) and a proper night sleep would have been beneficial to assist with recovery, and they found themselves having to rest during the day and not enjoying all that Dublin had to offer. Overall, this was a suitable accommodation in an excellent location, however one must be aware of whether you can tolerate noise and the days you are staying (noting it might be quieter during the week).
Had a lovely stay, great location, lovely friendly staff and so helpful
Room was cold as heating set on a timer by hotel
Liegt an Toplage. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zuvorkommendes Personal.
