Fabulous private villa..well appointed & clean.

Restaurant & beach access needs to be given an upgrade & refit.

The food and staff at the restaurant at the beach were outstanding, as were the views. We went to the spa for a massage it didn't disappoint.

Really loved the service and the spa - the massage was incredible and the pool villa was beautiful.

The walk to the restaurant was passed the bins and outside street

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and very convenient to the wedding we were attending. Breakfast had a lot of options and changed each day.

Beautiful clean and spacious room. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. The restaurant is a short stroll about 200m away right on the beach. Great place to eat and a particularly great place to have breakfast to start the day.

I expected a gym facility but there is no gym available in the area of this spa. But the rest of the stuff is spot on. For example, the beach is ~150m and you really get to enjoy those breezes in the evening, either by yourself or with your friends. I have do both and it's worth it!

The unavailability of a gym is a bummer, especially when the property is so luxurious. But nothing other than that. All good.

I found two small cicak (house gecko) or Dabb in arabic, inside the hotel room. And I was hearing his voice all night. Also there is something moving all night in the roof they said it is a cat!!!! My wife was so scared. Our booking was for 4 nights but after 2 nights we moved to othe hotel. The staff will ring the bell if you did not respond in few s3conds they will open the door and come inside lol. And yeah I almost forgot, there was a black grasshopper on my wife's pillow. Everything was awful.

You get a lot for your money here. The facilities are large and clean and beautiful. the private pool suites are lovely. We were in unit 10 and there is an alleyway beside the apartment from which people can see into the pool area. So it's not truly private in that case. The massage spa was excellent too and reasonably priced. The restaurant and beach are a short walk, though you can get the buggy. There is not a lot more here in Keramas in walking distance, just 2 other beach front venues that can be easily accessed. So great for a private getaway. Our bathroom has a little issue with the shower drainage, but nothing much and the room smelt clean. AC was good. Towels were nice.

Breakfast was great, great restaurant right at the beach with a beautiful view. The villa was amazing, so beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The only thing it's a bit far from shops, beach we can swim (unless you're a surfer), or there is not much around you could walk to.. however the villa offers the shuttle to take you around, which was really handy to go to the shops and get food for the kids :)

We absolutely loved our stay. Staff were friendly, easily accessible and happy to answer questions. The villa was beyond gorgeous, clean and a relaxing base for our holiday.

Beautiful resort with amazing, free breakfast. We stayed in a private room whilst our adult kids filled a villa. Would probably just book into the villa next time with them. Each room was a lot more private in the villa than the photos made it look. Beautiful staff.

We had the best time as 10 friends in 2 a-joining villas!! The villas were a lot bigger than the pictures make them out to be. The pools were beautiful and the villas were set up with everything we needed to have fun and relax. The free breakfast buffet was amazing. We attended a wedding at the resort next door and the shuttle service was extremely helpful!

Personnel très sympathique, répondent à toutes les demandes. Chambre confortables, propres, très bien décorées. Belle piscine. Ambiance calme.

Le prix est assez élevé, que ça soit l’hôtel, le restaurant ou le spa c’est bien supérieur aux autres endroits où nous avons été à Bali.

Our private 4-bedroom villa and private pool was excellent for our family to kick back and have some down time. The welcome massage was great as was the breakfast every day. The staff were very helpful; nothing was too much. They organised a cake for our sons' birthday on the day of our arrival as well as a private yoga lesson in the privacy of our villa.

The staff were so helpful - no request was too hard or a problem! The restaurant staff were also very accommodating - everyone during our stay was so kind to us!

Keramas is my fave place in Bali, but this was the first time I'd stayed in Desa Swan. Was a pleasant surprise from the get go and the staff were fabulous. The Villas are within a leafy, private compound so close to the beach. Although, a little older than some of the other hotels close by, Desa Swan offered privacy and was soooooo comfortable to stay in, offering a great breakfast if that is inclusive of your booking. I had the privilege of having a massage at the day spa ( highly recommended) and took advantage daily of the complimentary buggy that will pick you up and drop you off at nearby locations. I also had room service delivered from the restaurant on a couple of occasions- this was delivered asap wit Balinese care. Thank you all for such a great stay- I'll spread to word and give you great reviews

Desa Swan was a great place to stay, very close to the surf. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Shower over the bath could be updated

Having our own private villa and spa. Having room service from the restaurant which was delicious food. Service was exceptional, staff were beautiful,

Layout was abit different. Had to walk outside to access kitchen and lounge area, which weren’t air conditioned so we didn’t use that part of villa at all. The kitchen was very old and didn’t feel hygienic so didn’t use. Guest next door had kids swimming playing till 10/11pm very noisy when we had a baby sleeping.

Staff amazing! The buggy for rides around property. The spa was awesome. I loved the warm ginger milk they had. Restaurant had good food. Included breakfast buffet had a great selection and included an espresso and juice and water too! Literally so close to keramas surf break too.

We did get a big spider in our room. But that will happen sometimes. Not anyone’s fault.

Absolutely loved it. Could not have stayed in a nicer place. Met all our needs. Great accomodation, amazing staff, great restaurant. Fabulous place for a relax with private pool. We did not realise there were 4 villas we could have book to share the one pool. Know for next time!

Breakfast was very good. Location was nice and quiet and sea front. Pity about rubbish outside Swan restaurant on and along the beach. Staff were exceptional.

Rubbish on the beach. Air conditioning only in the bedroom not in living/ kitchen area.

The private atmosphere and cozy ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also great for those who want a quieter side of Bali while still being accessible to nearby attractions.

A few small details could still be improved, but overall, the experience was wonderful and definitely worth recommending. I would happily stay here again.

We were booked into Villa 24, this feedback is only realated to this property: 1. Great Villas surroundings 2. Well equipped with toiletries 3. Comfy beds 4. Excellent baby cot 5. Great backyard well maintained 6. Awesome pool 7. All rooms were clean and Upper rooms smelled fresh 8. Execellent customer service 9. Break breafast selections, however you needed to be there at 7am when the restuarant opened in order to eat a hot buffet

For improvement 1. Kitchen cupboards in the living areas falling apart falling apart 2. Not enough intesils to cook a decent meal for 4 adults and 3 children 3. Lounge doors difficult to open as they didn't slide easily, only one door was sliding open, the other one stuck in situ. 5. TV/Youtube not working on the first night, we had to contact customer service for this to be rectified 6. Bathrooms not well ventilated, this meant the shower spaces in the villa's smelled dump. The shower horse would spray water around the bathtub and onto the floors if left in situ during a shower. This meant you needed to hold it in your hand when having a shower. 4. Plugs on our bedside in Villa A had something stuck and they couldn't be used 5. Bottom Villa B, smelled on mould and it appeared the mould had been painted over with white ceiling paint. Water dump marks all over the bedroom walls. Bathroom doors had holes underneath, this made rodents come through. We found a rat on the first night and customer service informed of this. This also applied to upper villa C, doors wouldnt close properly and would leave a gap on one end and we found a huge lizzard in the room on our return. This meant we had to check all spaces in the rooms before going to bed. 5. Main living area smelled of dampness, didnt spend much time in there

Beautiful private pool, with 3 other units in the villa sharing 1 pool, a communal kitchen and tropical garden. Breakfast was very good, service good, all in all pretty good.

Shower over bath with no curtain or screen, meant water got everywhere, so we always had towels to catch the water and prevent a slip and fall.

Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt bei Desa Swan, und wie immer waren wir sehr Zufrieden. Das Frühstück war bei vollem Buffet sehr gut. Sonst war alles wie erwartet Sehr Gut.

Bei Halb-Buffet und Frühstückskarte war die Auswahl etwas begrenzt.

The sun rise is something to get up for. Breakfast in the restaurant on the beach is wonderful. Staff are very helpful. The laundry is great and so cheap. The plunge pool at each property. The flora and fauna. The beach is wild and beautiful. The coffee is very good.

Breakfast was not as generous as the first time.

Vi reste med en 4 åring och hade privat villa med egen pool. Personalen är helt unik i sitt sätt att vara. Helt fantastiska. Dom fixar och donar för att allt ska vara så bra som möjligt. Dom löste ut mat till vår dotter och ställde upp med chaufför för både hel och halva dagars utflykter. Chauffören var helt suverän. Hotellet ligger inte nära super många andra restauranger men vi hade all inclusive och det var fantastiska frukostar, många val till lunch och middag. Maten är väldigt bra! Hotellet ligger nära en fantastiskt vacker strand med svart vulkansand, lite för stora vågor för bad med barn men toppen för att surfa. Gratis shuttle till supermarket med flera ställen. Satsa på egen pool, helt klart värt det!

The villa was lovely overall; I loved how clean and well-maintained it was, with flowers and plants everywhere, everything very well cared for. The friendliness of everyone was much appreciated. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good, with a great variety of options.

There were some minor maintenance issues in the rooms, nothing serious, but they could be improved.

La coordination des navettes...vers le SPA...Le restaurant ( au Dîner)... et...Le retour du petit déjeuner...Marcher sous une pluie battante, même avec des parapluies...Pas Top !!!!

Vila bola priestranná, servis vynikajúci, neustále sa o vás starajú a pýtajú sa, či je všetko v poriadku. Raňajky sú zabezpečené v reštaurácii 150m, do ktorej vás zavezú autičkom. Strava bola výborná, krásny výhľad na more. Naozaj očarujúce.

Ak hľadáte naozaj kľudné miesto pre oddych, z ktorého chcete vycestovať na vodopády, na pamiatky, do Ubudu....je to ideálne. Ak hľadáte ruch, reštaurácie, obchody a iné vyžitie, nie je to pre vás.

The service was absolutely outstanding, with very friendly, responsive staff who went above and beyond. The buggy and transport service around the complex and to external dinners was incredibly convenient. Housekeeping was excellent and kept everything very clean.

Some areas of the accommodation felt a little run down, particularly the lounge seating, which wasn’t very comfortable. There was also an unpleasant smell from the bins and around the outside of the restaurant area, which detracted from the overall experience.

The villas were beautiful, the staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The food was terrific.

We had a wonderful stay at Desa Swan Villas with our family. Just a short walk to the beach for our sons for surfing; and we enjoyed a walk along the black sand beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful - even driving us to a nearby convenience store to pick up some snacks. The villa was clean and comfortable and the pool was perfect and crystal clear and clean. We loved the quietness of Keramas - away from the hustle and bustle of the well known Bali areas. A perfect location for a short getaway. We also visited the spa at Desa Swan - lovely staff, great facility - perfect for a relaxing massage

Amazing place. Perfect villa, big pool and really friendly staff. Great location. Easy to get to Ubud, Mt Batur and up the east coast.

Having to leave

The personnel were accommodating and tried to be as helpful as possible.

The place is very run down, plagued with water damages and musty smells in rooms which lingers. The kitchen is dirty and old. The living room space in the 4 room villa is insufficient for 8 people to hang out comfortably. The photos published are deceiving. We started having dust allergy and reacting to the dampness in the rooms. We had to abandon our stay and no refund was issued, utterly unacceptable!

A very comfortable Villa. Very close to the beach and to surf Keramas or other breaks. A great buffet breakfast included. No problem organising a driver for outings or to the airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly We will stay again for sure

Despite the property being on a private road, with security gate there was lots of noise at night with cars and scooters racing around villas.
