Reviewed Sep 16, 2026La limpieza era excelente y las comodidades bastante buenas. La ubicación estaba bastante bien y está rodeado de tiendas que puedes usar para necesidades comunes (supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, panaderías, ...). La verdad, mejor de lo que me esperaba.
Era mi primera vez en un alojamiento de este tipo y me habría gustado recibir las instrucciones con más antelación. Una vez que la habitación está confirmada, no entiendo por qué no podemos tener todos los datos de forma automática. Aparte de esto, todo excelente.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The host was super friendly when I spoke to her on the phone. She made sure we could park in the bay even when I got confused how to pay! Super lovely :) the location is good, just a little walk away from the town and the rooms are good too.
It was a little noisy only because of the main road being so close, but the host gives you ear plugs which is so nice of them :)

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Very clean. We had a lovely balcony. Bed very comfortable, nice to have a kitchen with cooking and refrigeration facilities and there was a fan since the weather was extremely hot.
All good but air conditioning would have been appreciated in the extreme heat

Unfortunately the staff were not responsive. I had to check in a day late as I was headed to a conference in another city--and they knew this, because they messaged me about it--but they changed the access code to my key box so it was a long time before I could get into my room. The bathroom is also very poorly designed, with no sink and a gap of nearly a foot under the door. Because the shower door didn't close properly, this meant water ended up on the floor every time I had a shower and leaked into my room. I would certainly not atay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Kamer was groter dan verwacht, inclusief balkon. Heel netjes en op top locatie naast station in Leuven. De kamer was al eerder klaar dan verwacht waardoor we eerder konden inchecken. Geboekt voor een nachtje in verband met Rock Werchter.
De communicatie voor aankomst verliep beetje stroef. Op sommige vragen kreeg ik meermaals de zelfde standaard reactie. Op mijn vraag of er een parkeerplaats beschikbaar was, is nooit gereageerd.

Estuvimos sin electricidad durante toda la tarde y toda la noche, al igual que el resto de los huéspedes. Sin embargo, la electricidad sí funcionaba en los pasillos y en el ascensor. Nos comunicamos con el alojamiento por mensajería, pero no solucionaron el problema ni nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa. Todo esto ocurrió, además, en plena ola de calor.

Didn't like the noise from the traffic and when you closed windows was too hot. The intercom buzzer went off one time at 3.15 am.. Wasn't happy as that should be turned off that late.

De airco deed het niet, ramen konden ook niet open, deze combinatie is helemaal niet prettig. De verhuurder ook opgebeld voor dit probleem, ze was totaal niet behulpzaam en poeierde me gewoon af. Overigens is het toilet geen afgezonderde kamer, maar loopt aan de bovenkant door in de slaapkamer, niet praktisch qua vieze luchtjes.

Absence du personnel est un vrai problème - impossible de laisser la valise avant le 15h ou après le 11h. La chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec trois immenses porte-fênetres était un cauchemar sans nom: impossible d'ouvrir les rideaux, sans parler d'ouvrir la fenêtre. A l'arrivée, pour sortir la clé de la chambre de son boitier, j'ai du demander de l'aide d'un autre hôte. La cuisine collective est une blague - un espace minuscule, la machine à café hors service. Bref, j'ai regretté chaque centime que j'ai économisé en choisissant cet établissement.

Hotel bez recepce má své nevýhody, není se koho zeptat. Venku byl docela hluk, tedy otevřené okno byl problém. Koupelna a záchod je de facto v pokoji.

Camera molto spaziosa e letto comodo con biancheria piacevole. Bagno con buona doccia ma lavabo piccolo. Bel televisore. A disposizione un'utile macchinetta per acqua, bibite e snack e comoda cucina con terrazza attrezzata. Altri servizi non utilizzati.
La mia camera a piano terra su una strada con semaforo aveva macchine ferme davanti alle finestre dal primo mattino. Inoltre le portefinestre non possono essere aperte completamente, alcune perché sono bloccate dal ripiano scrivania, un'altra perché apre sul marciapiede come una normale porta. In estate può essere un problema finché l'aria condizionata non sarà riparata.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Fantastic location, great value for money. The room was big and very comfortable, although simple and basic. If you are visiting Leuven for a short term and just need a place to sleep, shower and maybe eat every once in a while, this is a great choice. There is a small communal kitchen with a vending machine, and a nice terrace.
The vending machine was quite empty (maybe because it was the weekend), there is no staff on site, which might make things complicated if something happens. However, there is an option to SMS/Whatsapp if anything is needed.

Ik had betaald en wou gaan inchecken. Van de voordeur kreeg ik een code, maar de tweede code van de kamer kreeg ik niet. Ik moest een foto van mijn identiteitskaart sturen, wat ik al niet graag doe, maar hij zei niet naar waar. Hij speelde met mijn voeten en ik ben naar de politie geweest omdat ik betaald had en omdat hij geen code wou geven. Uiteindelijk heb ik mijn geld teruggekregen. Zeer rare en onaangename ervaring.

Lite för ovanlig rutin och alltför osäkert. Rummet hade ingen sitthörna som sas. Det skulle vara stolen vid skrivbordet. Vårt hörnrum hade ljudlig trafik nedanför.
