Bed bugs - can't sleep due to itchiness of bugs constantly biting Windows is not sound proof, next door mamak stall hosted world cup screening which left patron screaming throughout the night. The rate is incomparable with the room(too expensive). I won't stay here anymore.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026I was extremely disappointed with my stay in Room 106, as the noise levels made it absolutely impossible to sleep. The room is located directly above a Mamak eatery with the loud chatter from customers downstairs echoed clearly into the room all night long. Because there is zero soundproofing, the disturbance was relentless, turning what should have been a restful night into a very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise against staying in this room if you value your sleep.
