First (ground) floor is not ideal. Preferred to be in the higher floor. A bit noisy.

Apartment is comfortable with all the utilities needed very family friendly, staff is professional and A+ location just feet away from the tavernas, supermarket and the beach. Private parking very close provided. Surprising ultra fast internet 100mb/s allowed me to even get some work done

The location is unbeatable. Right in front of the sea and in the middle of the centre. Yet it’s very quiet.

The walls are thin and you can hear the noise from neighbours. There was no ironing board at the reception, which is odd. This is a basic necessity, which costs max 20 euros at Ikea and it should be available upon request. Iron was available though.

Konumu harika. Fiyat performans açısından bence konaklama yapılabilecek en iyi alternatif. Otel yöneticileri çok nazik. Otelden devam edince 150 M yaklaşık mesafede otoparkı mevcut. Oda kartı ile otopark kapısı acılıyor, c/in süresi için önünde yer bulabilirsiniz. 3 kişilik asma katta yatak olan bir oda tipinde kaldık B bloktu ve keyifli iyi bir konaklama oldu. Tekrar gelirsem başka bir yer aramam.

Her konuda destek olacaklardır.

The hotel's seaside location is a considerable advantage. Housekeeping was provided daily, and we particularly appreciated the fresh towels each day. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing breakfast, and the balcony offered a superb view.

Venim deja a patra oară și cu siguranță ne vom întoarce. Apartamentele sunt curate, ai toate facilitățile, este foarte aproape de plajă și taverne, magazine.

Foarte curat, apartamentul mare, aer condiționat în ambele camere. aproape de plaja și de toate magazinele, tavernele.

Saltelele trebuie schimbate. Se făceau ca barca, provocând dureri de spate. Canapeaua scârțâie la cea mai mica mișcare, salteaua uzata. Încă un minus ar fi spațiul pt depozitarea hainelor. Un singur dulap cu 2 polițe și 5 umerașe pt 4 persoane. În rest, totul ok.

Locație, este la 2 pasi de absolut tot ce vrei, plajă, restaurante, cofetărie, supermarket. Curat și confortabil.

Lipsa unui cuptor cu microunde dar era plita electrică.

- f aproape de plaja, taverne, view spre mare; supermarket la 30 m - camera f draguta, am avut un apart cu un dormitor la etaj si 2 bai - aveam cafea pt expresor - curatenie zilnica, pe perioada sejurului, 7 nopti, a fost schimbata o data si lenjeria de pat - expresor, sandwichmaker, tigaie, oale, ibric, vesela , toate cele necesare - se facea zilnic curatenie

- totul a fost super

Locația extraordinara......curățenie....confort....absolut tot ce si nevoie pentru un concediu relaxant.....Amplasat aproape de plajă, de taverne, parcare proprie......

Am avut proasta inspirație sa las portofelul in geanta si geanta la vedere si am avut neplacuta surpriza sa constat ca mi au dispărut banii din portofel...Gresala a fost a noastră ca nu am folosit seiful dar gestul a fost foarte urat......si automat o parte din concediu a fost ruinat....

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at Costa Domus Blue Apartments in Nikiti. The property is very new, modern, and, most importantly, exceptionally clean. Daily housekeeping was provided throughout our stay, with fresh towels and linens regularly replaced. This level of cleanliness and attention to detail really made a difference. Having a private parking area exclusively for guests is also a great advantage, especially if you are travelling by car. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Nikiti and the surrounding area. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sea view from our balcony. Spending time there and enjoying the beautiful view made our stay even more special. With its excellent cleanliness, comfort, convenient location, private parking, and wonderful sea view, we were extremely happy with our stay at Costa Domus Blue Apartments. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nikiti and would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Temiz yeni

Perfect location for Nikiti—just a few minutes to the beaches and tavernas. The private nearby parking is very convenient. Rooms are situated around a beautiful garden, most of them with sea views. Our room (B101) unfortunately had no view as it was on the corner on the ground floor, but we didn't mind it since we were outside most of the time. The room is cleaned daily and the reception staff is polite. The kitchenette is tiny but enough to prepare some quick meals.

Just to make the experience even better, some cupboard doors could be fixed to prevent the creaking sound, which can be disturbing when others are sleeping. Also, some more drying racks would come in handy.

The location is trueli the best , all is clean, spacious, quiet, close to everywhere, the place is very well maintained, the parking is close by and is reserved

Some cars in the parking lot lacks sun protection , however some got natural shade

Biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Deniz kenarı da olduğu içim muhtemelen hızlı yıpranıyor her şey. Odalardaki çekyat maalesef rahatsız. Çekyat yani koltuk, kesinlikle değiştirilmeli ve daha konforlu Hale getirilmelidir.

Apartamentul.spatios si luminos , potrivit pentru familii cu copii. Locatia la malul marii, cu foarte multe terase.

Ca in cele.4 zile nu ne-a schimbat lenjeria de pat.

Konumu harika, otoparki olusu buyuk avantaj. Guzel temiz ve kullanisli odalari var. Bu bolge icin kesinlikle tercih edilebilir.

Oda temizligine gelenler yerdeki havluyu alip buzlugumuzun uzeeine koymustu bundan cok rahatsiz olduk ve anlam veremedik. Sonucta icine yiyecek icecek konan birsey. Tum buzlugu yikadik. Bu temizlik gorevlilerinin hatasi tamamen. Resepsiyondaki gorevlerin karsilamasi ve yaklasimi gayet iyiydi.

We had a lovely stay. The place is right by the sea, in a great location, with everything just a few minutes’ walk away. The host was especially kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. We arrived after a night flight and a drive to Nikiti, very tired, and he made an effort to arrange an early check-in for us. It really helped us and we truly appreciated it. This was especially thoughtful during such a busy season, and we are very grateful for his kindness and flexibility. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Konumu çok güzeldi çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi..Tesis gayet temizdi. Tekrar gelmeyi planlarsam kesinlikle tercih ederim. Bulunduğu lokasyonda pek çok şık restoran mevcut ve güzel plajlara ulaşım kolay. Dubleks oda da 4 kişi konaklama

Çok ilgili ve yardımsever Reception hizmeti. Çok yeni ve her detayi ince düşünülmüş bir tesis.Cok temiz. Harika konumu var.

Koltuk yataklar çok rahat değil. Farklı bir opsiyon olabilir.

בחדר הראשון היה ריח נורא מהשירותים ולאחר נסיונות לסדרנללא הצלחה החליפו לנו חדר. החדר החלופי היה מושלם!!

Locul este excepțional, aproape de plaja, taverne etc. Personalul excelent, mereu aproape sa ofere sprijin. Excelent loc pentru familii cu copii. Ne-au întâmpinat tare frumos!

1. Izolarea slabă între camere. Ne trezeam/culcam in funcție de vecini, se trăgeau mereu scaune, mobila etc. Poate ar fi utile niste suporturi la picioarele scaunelor, mesei, sa nu se mai audă. Evident, ține si de educație. 2. Ar fi necesar un covoraș la dus pentru ca au alunecat copiii. 3. Pernele

Sezon başı aksaklıkları olabilir diye düşünüyorum. İlk odamızda sıcak su çalışmadığı için hemen yeni iki oda açtılar. İlgilerine teşekkür ederim ancak o odalarda da Sıcak suyun kokusu dayanılmaz kötüydü.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch einen sprachlich sehr gewandten jungen Mann.

Duschkabine war undicht und die Temperatur des Wassers war nur schwer einstellbar.

מיקום מטורף! 20 צעדים מהחוף. דירות ברמה גבוהה ביותר! שלנו הייתה דירה עם סטודיו והיינו 3. למטה מטבחון מאובזר, מקלחת ושירותים וחלל עם מיטה זוגית גדולה וספה נפצחת. מרפסת מקסימה עם נוף לים ופינת ישיבה, מתקן לייבוש כביסה. למעלה בסטודיו חדר שינה עם דלת שאפשר לסגור ומקלחת שירותים נוספים. מיטות מאד מאד נוחות למנוחה נהדרת, היה פשוט מושלם!

Чисто, подредено, тихо, близо до плажа и заведенията - супер локация и паркинг наблизо.

Единствено шумните тръби на водата, както на мивката, така и на тоалетната събуждаше всички. Всичко друго беше на изключително добро ниво.

Sadece banyonun olduğu yer çok konforlu değildi. Duş kabinden dolayı zemin çok ıslanıyordu. Wc nin sifonu rahatsız edici ses çıkarıyordu. Saç kurutma makinesi kesinlikle kurutmuyordu. Banyo kısmı düzeltilebilir ama temizlik kısmında sorun yoktu

This apartment is very nice, clean, safe and conveniently located near everything. Restaurants, bar and the beach as soon as you walk out. There's a walkable port along side the beach and many restaurants and beach shops up and down. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a nice drive from the airport and there's many olive groves and olive trees all around. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again when visiting this part of Thessaloniki.

Amazing plase - spacious, modern, clean, just in front of the sea. Perfect for 6p - there is a double bed, sofa, small kitchen, and spacious bathroom on the first floor + two single beds, small bathroom and separate room with double bed on the second. There are two big terraces on the first level as well - for dining and a coffee. 2 mins walk from the beach and the restaurants, just a perfect location. Cleaned every day, very friendly staff, parking nearby. Highly recommend 👌

It will be good to take into consideration that there is no microwave or enough space for the clothes (they should be kept in the suitcase), but these minor recommendations can not affect the overall positive experience

Great location , at morning fresh air and seaview is beatiful.

Neigbours were so loud at night after 11 pm . Staff should warn for loud noise. Shower was leaking water to the ground.

Потрясающий отель! Отличное расположение — в центре, но при этом очень тихо. До песчаного пляжа всего 3 минуты. Девушки на ресепшене дружелюбные и всегда помогают, любая просьба выполняется мгновенно. Уборка каждый день, натуральный кофе (капсулы) тоже пополняют ежедневно. Чудесная терраса , на которой приятно пить кофе, шампанское и наслаждаться видами..

It was very clean and close to everything: next to the beach, shops, restaurants

The mosquito nets had some holes and we had insects as visitor…but the child like it :)

Locatia foarte buna in port langa promenada si taverne. Are parcare proprie langa cazare cu acces pe baza de card. Apartament cu 2 camere foarte spatios si dotat ce are 2 bai. Am avut in fiecare zi capsule Nespreso.

Am fi preferat saltea mai tare si perne moi.

Хотелът е разположен пред морето и гледката е невероятна. Мястото е тихо и спокойно.Ресторантите са на 1 минута пеш. Има парикнг към хотела. Всичко много ни хареса.

Din păcate lucrurile s-au deteriorat mult în ultimii 3 ani . Curățenia lasă de dorit . Așternuturile nu au fost schimbate pe tot parcursul șederii de o săptămână . În plus au fost zile când nici măcar gunoiul nu a fost dus .

Tesis çocuklu aileler için ideal şekilde tasarlanmış, akşamları bahçesinde oturup ailecek vakit geçirebilir ve denizden geldikten sonra terasta yer alan muslukla ayaklarınızı yıkayabilirsiniz, kendine ait otoparkı olması güzel bir avantaj, personelden özellikle costantinin ilgisi ve alakasını çok teşekkür ederiz, bir daha nikitiye geldiğimde tekrar kalmak isterim

Cazarea am accesat-o fara mic dejun. Ne-a placut curatenia, personalul foarte amabil si linistea din zona.Chiar daca are doar un etaj cladirea este prevazuta cu lift care te ajuta mai ales cand ai bagaje:)). Am avut balcon cu vedere la mare unde mi-am putut savura cafeluta , inclusiv exista un robinet ca sa te limpezesti de nisip sau ca sa limpezesti jucariile copiilor utilizate in nisip.

Am stat la etajul 1 cam203.In interiorul apartamentului am avut scari metalice de la care aveai acces la dormitorul 2 cu pat matrimonial si baie proprie.Acele scari scartaiau cand paseai pe ele, lucru care se poate remedia de catre gazda foarte usor deoarece sistemul de prindere facea acele zgomote, probabil ca s-a slabit in timp..... Ar mai fi pernele care erau cam tari, dar acest lucru tine de preferintele fiecaruia deci nu as zice ca e un defect.

Moderan smestaj na plazi, kreveti udobni i cistoca na zavidnom nivou.

Nedostaje sto za rucavanje, malo prostora u kuhinji, bez rerne. Nije prilagodjeno ukoliko zelite da imate obroke u stanu, bar nesto osnovno. Nema Netflix i You tube na tv-u.

Konumu merkezi, kendine ait otoparkı olması büyük kolaylık, hergün odalar temizleniyor ve havlular yenileniyor. Klimalar, buzdolabı, cattle ve kahve makineleri sorunsuz çalışıyor. Çalışanlar çok nazik.
