We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place! Konstantina is an amazing host – very kind, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions or help with anything we needed during our stay. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The location is excellent, especially for families with small children. The apartment is not directly on the promenade, which was perfect for us as we were travelling with a small baby and wanted to avoid the noise, yet the promenade is only a few steps away. For us, it was the perfect combination – peaceful and quiet, while still being close to everything. We had a lovely time and would happily stay here again. A big thank you to Konstantina for her wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended! ❤️

The location was amazing; my wife places a lot of importance on cleanliness, and it was a 10 out of 10 in that regard. The person you’ll be in contact with is very helpful—you can ask them any questions you have about the area, and they always answer politely and offer great advice.

La Mer Escape’te konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otel Nikiti’de, denize hemen hemen sıfır konumda. Bu nedenle özellikle çocuklu aileler için oldukça rahat ve kullanışlı bir yer. Otel temiz, modern ve oldukça konforluydu. Odalar rahattı ve genel olarak sakin, dinlendirici bir ortam vardı. Konumu sayesinde hem plaja hem de çevredeki yerlere ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Özellikle çocuklu ailelere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim. Nikiti’ye tekrar gelirsek yeniden tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Θα μπορούσε να έχει χαμηλότερη τιμή. Ειδικά στα δωμάτια που δεν έχουν θέα. Είναι λίγο σκοτεινά. Και με λίγη παραπάνω υγρασία.

Great stay from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean and the location couldn't be better — just a 2-minute walk to the beach, with restaurants right there too. Our host was genuinely helpful throughout and even gave us a bottle of olive oil as a welcome gift, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, der Ausblick unseres Zimmers war nicht so wie man es von den Fotos erwarten würde. Aber im großen und ganzen eine gut liegende Unterkunft mit schöner Ausstattung.

Von dem Lokal das vorne auf die Straße geht hatte man immer den Geruch von Gegrillten am Balkon. Im Zimmer hat man davon nichts gerochen. Der Ausblick war leider nicht ganz so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt wird.

We stayed for three nights and had a very comfortable stay. The room was spotless, well equipped, and it really felt like they had thought of everything, from a fully equipped kitchenette to even a clothes steamer for ironing. Coffee supplies were replenished every day, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Nikiti. Our room was on the entrance floor facing the back, and we were initially concerned that it might be noisy, but it was actually very quiet. The cleaning lady was absolutely lovely and spoke excellent English. The owner was also very attentive and regularly checked whether we needed anything. We had seen some previous comments about the door not locking, but there was no issue at all. The door simply needs to be properly closed for the locking system to engage. We were concerned at first as well, but the owner explained it to us and it worked perfectly. We also found small bottles of olive oil waiting for us as a gift. We haven't tried them yet, but it was such a thoughtful gesture. Many thanks!

temizlik 2 günde bir oldu. duşakabinler çok küçüktü. binada asansör olmadığı için valizleri merdivenlerden taşıyıp çıkarmak zorunda kaldık.

Camera abbastanza pulita

Rispetto alle foto la camera era molto buia con unica finestra quella sul balcone. Anche il bagno non ha finestra e spesso maleodorante. Balcone al piano rialzato ( quindi molto basso) con affaccio su un parcheggio, parcheggiavano le macchine sotto al balcone.

Posizione ok e stanza mediamente carina

La stanza era pronta solo 3 ore dopo l'orario del check in e non c'era alcun attrezzo per cucinare se non una pentola!

Küçük bir hediye de bırakılmıştı ve kahve de varsı

Konumu çok iyi. İsterseniz hemen önünde ki plajları kullanbilirsiniz. Tercih etmezseniz en güzel plajlara 10-15 dak. Mesafesi var. Market ve diğer alışverişlerinize çok yakın. Biz odamızıda beğendik.Çevresinde ki restoranlarda çok güzel

Oda da yemek vs yapma imkanı var fakat sınırlı biz tercih etmedik.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Άριστη φιλοξενία... Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία πάρα πολύ βολική, μπροστά στη θάλασσα, όλα κοντά. Δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε αυτοκίνητο για τίποτα.

Everything was absolutely flawless! The apartment was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by a lovely welcome compliment from the host. Konstantina made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We will definitely be back!

A fost OK pentru ca se ajunge foarte repede la plaja .

Nu a fost o locație pentru 4 persoane!!!! Foarte mică camera și baia exagerat de mică ! Abia am încăput toți acolo !

Отлична локация, точно на крачка от плажа, магазини и заведения. Мястото е страхотно поддържано и чисто. Има удобства като посуда, кафемашина, сешоар ,ютия и удобна тераса с маса. Комуникацията с домакина беше изключително лесна и домакинът ни беше изключително отзивчив.

Единственото, което отчитаме като минус е, че входната врата не изолира шума и всички в коридорите се чуваха а гостите до нас все едно бяха в стаята ни в сутрин, когато си почивахме.

Our experience has been very positive, even from before we had gotten to our room. Konstantina was very helpful, informative, professional and friendly. We asked if we could have the room a little earlier and Konstantina contacted us 2 hours prior to our scheduled check-in time to let us know that the room was ready. We didn't make the earlier time as we were enjoying the beach with the crystal clear water. On arrival the air conditioning was on for us, which was a beautiful/thoughtful touch. Thank you Konstantina. Location couldn't be more perfect as it is on front of the beach and all the shops. The good quality glass sliding doors, kept the room very quiet. Spotless room, very modern with a lot of amenities already in. Would 💯 % recommend we will be back next year with the whole family. Thank you again for making our short stay such a great experience. Apartma je tik ob plaži, lep, čist, urejen. Osebje je prijazno in hitro odzivno. Parking je brezplačen, javen in zelo blizu.

מלון דירות מקסים, ממש על החוף והטיילת השוקקת של ניקיטי. יש בו מטבח עם כל הציוד הנדרש, חלק מהדירות עם נוף לים וחלק ללא. נקי, נעים, מיקום יוצא דופן.

It was clean and quit new, close to the beach and all restaurants

Too less kitchen facilities, huge bowl for 5l (who will cook for 3 people family such big food?), no pan at the beginning, but later on we get it. In the toilet was sewage smelling. View from balcony very poor, on the back yard of the cafe with trash.

No on-site parking, but not a major problem. No cooking ingredients.

We enjoyed every moment at this location. The room was clean, a few steps and you are at the beach. Even it is so close to the cliff we didnt hear the noise at night. The public parking places are close by. We went at different beaches every day and still found a place were to park. Konstantina was helpful and friendly and she ensured we have everything we need.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is located on a beautiful beach, very spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Special thanks for the excellent cleanliness and to Konstantina, who was always there for us whenever we needed anything. Our Dream Villa truly exceeded our expectations and made our holiday unforgettable. We would be happy to come back!

L'appartamento si trova sul lungomare di nikiti beach, attraversi la strada e sei in spiaggia, ottima pulizia e letti comodi. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e il check in molto semplice. Peccato aver soggiornato 1 sola notte.

Am petrecut un sejur foarte frumos. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, modern și dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru o vacanță confortabilă. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă și primitoare, răspunzând rapid la orice întrebare și fiind mereu disponibilă să ajute. Locația este excelentă, aproape de plajă, taverne și magazine, astfel încât ne-am putut deplasa ușor pe jos. Ne-am simțit foarte bine pe tot parcursul sejurului și cu siguranță am reveni. Recomand cu încredere..

La struttura è fronte mare si attraversa la strada e si è in spiaggia. La camera è spaziosa. Tutto molto pulito. Peccato aver dormito qui solo una notte ma se dovessimo tornare in zona sicuramente alloggerei ancora qui.

Camera a fost curată și situată foarte aproape de plajă, ceea ce a fost un mare avantaj. Gazda a fost amabilă și ne-a oferit două borcănașe cu ulei de măsline. De asemenea, în cameră am găsit un kit de bun venit cu papuci de unică folosință, periuță și pastă de dinți, un gest apreciat.

Totuși, au existat și câteva minusuri: baia era foarte îngustă, toaleta era destul de înaltă, iar capacul toaletei era deteriorat (rupt la una dintre prinderi), ceea ce era incomod. În ansamblu, șederea a fost plăcută.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The appartment was equipped with all necessary appliances, right on the promenade with stores, restaurants and the beach just few steps away. We would definitely come back again.
