The location is amazing and the building is recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. We stayed in one of the big family rooms, 3 rooms located in 2 floors connected through an internal stairs, it was very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

Everything was perfect and absolutely worth it.

Breakfast was served since 8.30 am. Too late in my opinion

Room just a little dark but we had a back apartment.

Spacious room. Relatively quiet (at the back of the hotel).

Entrance was difficult to find initially as is wedged between two restaurants with only a narrow walkway to the entrance.

O colchão da cama não era muito confortável

Baño amplio y con espacio para dejar los objetos de aseo personal. Toallas suaves. Suben el desayuno a la habitación y es bien completo. La habitación y la cama son cómodas. La decoración. Cuidan los detalles. Fátima, la recepcionista, es muy amable. La ubicación, si te gustan los lugares con ambiente, es inmejorable. Muy cerca del puente de Luis I, del río, de restaurantes para comer o cenar, del cerro del morro desde donde las vistas y las puestas de sol son espectaculares. Aunque el entorno es bullicioso, en la habitación no se oyen ruidos.

Hubiera venido bien algún cajón más para prendas pequeñas.

Todo excelente, especialmente la atención tan educada y el desayuno. El desayuno fue de matrícula de honor.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in den Heritage Apartments. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich und die Lage ist perfekt, um Porto zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal: 10/10! Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem bei der Ankunft, aber uns wurde sofort und sehr unkompliziert geholfen. Wir haben uns dadurch trotz des kleinen Problems sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! 🥰

Very friendly staff, clean and safe accommodation, decent breakfast.

We had a pleasant stay overall and found the property to be decent, with some good features. There are just a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better. The listing photos gave us the impression that there would be a river view, so we were slightly disappointed that our unit was towards the rear of the property and didn't have the view we had expected. Similarly, we hadn't realised that the roof terrace was a separate space on the top floor rather than being directly connected to the room. The main area for improvement was maintenance during our stay. We reported a faulty air-conditioning unit, but unfortunately it took four days to be repaired. There was also a leaking boiler, which added some inconvenience. That said, these issues aside, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate that maintenance problems can sometimes occur. With a little more clarity in the listing and a quicker response to maintenance issues, this could be an even better experience for future guests.

Great view of Porto and river Douro. Good in-room breakfast.

This property is gorgeous. The rooms and the views are breathtaking. Everyone working there is kind, helpful and go over the top. The breakfast is absolutely worth getting. They give you so much food and so tasty. This was our second time staying there and we will continue to book with them. Don’t forget to also try the Resteraunt, food is delicious!!

Everything. The best place to stay in Porto for sure, it has everything you need if you are there for sightseeing.

We stayed in an apartment looking over the river. It was beautiful, perfectly clean and comfortable. The host is a lovely, friendly woman. Such a great location and soundproofed windows mean you don't hear the noise from the bustling waterfront. Would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom shower drainage slow and when flushing toilet needed to be flush various times to go down.

Super comfortable and clean studio apartment with magical views of Porto and the Ponte Luis. Fatima was delightful and an enormous help with recommendations. Would definitely revisit when we’re back in Porto

Very friendly staff. Wonderful position with a gorgeous view of the bridge and river. Room was cool and airy when weather was esp hot.

Sofa in lounge wasnt at all comfortable. Breakfast was a mixed bag. Too many bread rolls not enough ham or cheese. No options to choose what you wanted for breakfast and no hot option like eggs or bacon etc. Not enough coffee pods provided in room.

Absolute Top-Lage, vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Bars und Restaurants gleich nebenan. Unkomplizierter Empfang, alles war vorbereitet. Frühstück war prima, es gab auch einige glutenfreie Varianten, alles war wie beschrieben, netter Service, extrem sauber.

Einzig die Anfahrt mit dem Mietwagen ist ein kleines Abenteuer, schlecht beschildert, viele Einbahnstraßen. Das Navi ist leider wenig hilfreich. Vom Parkhaus kommt man nicht so einfach wieder zur Unterkunft, daher sollte man die Koffer am besten beim Check-out mitnehmen und zum Parkhaus laufen. Eine Anfahrtsskizze wäre hilfreich.

The receptionist is very very friendly. We loved her. Not only does she help everything that she could, she always greet with a warm smile, brightens both my wife and my day. We will definitely come back here again.

As instalações são ótimas. A recepção dos funcionários foi fantástica. Informei antecipadamente à acomodação que minha esposa é altamente alérgica a poeira e umidade. E intolerante a leite de vaca. A acomodação providenciou cuidados especiais para isso e tivemos uma hospedagem maravilhosa. A limpeza é exemplar.

Loved apartment location, so easy to get across bridge to Porto but quieter on Gaia side. So many restaurants, food places to choose from. Room 32 was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with microwave, fridge, toasty machine, coffee machine etc and although we didn't have river views the view from our room across the port cellar roofs was picturesque. The roof terrace on our floor had amazing views of the river across to Porto and we enjoyed our time sitting with a glass of wine after a full day out. All staff, particularly Receptionists Fatima and Sofia were so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Continental breakfasts delivered to our room were amazing with bread, croissants, cakes, fruit, yogurt, cheese & ham, freshly squeezed orange juice etc. we had to save some for afternoon tea! Would recommend 100% thank you ❤️

Everything!!! We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment & everyone had their own space & their own bathroom. Location was perfect just a short walk across the bridge to Porto.

We liked everything really. Highlights were the rooftop balcony overlooking the river. That was terrific. The lovely lady at the reception was always bright and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Can't fault the room at all.

Being just on the first floor and facing the back sometimes when we opened the windows it could be a bit smelly from the restaurant. The other thing I would say is just be very aware of the restaurants either side of the entrance to the apartments. We had terrible meal there and they tried to overcharge us

Fatima is truly wonderful in her front of house role. Such a warm and friendly personality! Our view over the river and Porto was amazing and we enjoyed watching the boats and buskers from our room. The apartment was spacious,clean and had good kitchen facilities. Nothing was too much trouble if you needed extra supplies or needed towels replaced.

Great location next to all the cellars, the view from the appartment (on the river) is top, rooms are clean and breakfast served in the room every morning with local pastries.

It’s just up to restaurants where live street musicians play in the street repetitively the same each day, so it can be a bit annoying / noisy during the day. That’s a detail as the rest is good and from 22h it’s quiet.

L’emplacement est très bien, la chambre était confortable et le lit particulièrement agréable. Tout était propre et bien entretenu. L’accueil a été sympathique et le personnel était chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux, avec un large choix. Le seul petit bémol est que notre chambre n’avait pas de belle vue, elle donnait directement sur un mur juste en face de la fenêtre. À part cela, tout s’est très bien déroulé et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

both Air conditioners in my daughters room DID NOT WORK. The air conditioners in our room worked (I think - it would run for 20 seconds and turn off for a few minutes, then turn back on). It was not helpful.

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Vorstellungen für diese Preisklasse entsprochen. Das Frühstück war sehr oppulent und sehr gut.

Da die sich die Unterkunft an einem touristischen Hot-Spot befindet, muss man damit rechnen, dass es draußen sehr laut werden kann bei gutem Wetter.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms with river view were fully booked, but the hosts were able to secure us a room on the top floor with close access to a common terrace with excellent views. Also, the backside view in our was quite nice itself, overlooking old rooftops and the hill. The breakfast is excellent, including fresh squeezed juice and a different selection of local pastries for every day.

The kitchenette is quite modest in size and equipment, but had all the essentials for making simple meals.

Its location is second to none. It is worth getting a riverside view. We particularly appreciated Fatima and all she did to sort out any niggles and organise our transfers to and from the apartment.

It is not quiet and peaceful. We found it mostly charming having the hubbub from the street. At the weekend and during the evening there are singers outside on the street. These vary in quality, but they do stop promptly at 21.00

Grosse, sauberes Appartment mit toller Aussicht auf das Riebeiraquartier, Douro und Ponte Luis I. Prima Betten. Zuvorkommende und liebenswürdige Dame an der Rezeption.

Die zum Teil nervende Strassenmusiker vor dem Haus. Immerhin ist ab 22:00 Ruhe.
