On a choisi cet hôtel pour le Spa, mais Malheureusement l’eau du spa était froide et un seul bouton de jets (sur 4) marchait. De plus, on a pris vue sur le jardin : le balcon était agréable mais c’est bruyant : on ne peut pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte !

Hotel was very dated and wasn't good value for the price. I had also seen reviews that indicated that with your booking you got 1 free hour in the spa facilities, however when I enquired with the hotel in advance of my stay they did not respond to the enquiry. The hotel room also looks different than the pictures.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Die Lage direkt in Cassis nur wenige Minuten vom Hafen entfernt war super. Das Zimmer war klein, aber insgesamt ausreichend.
Wir waren in einem behindertengerechten Zimmer untergebracht und deshalb waren Waschbecken und Spiegel sehr niedrig, wir konnten im Stehen unsere Gesichter nicht sehen. Das Frühstück war nur mittelmäßig.

La suite organizzata con un soppalco ha degli spazi organizzati in maniera molto creativa e in Italia non sarebbe a norma. Attenzione quindi alla scala a chiocciola microscopica per raggiungere la camera. La camera ha il soffitto molto basso e degradante e la luce entra attraverso il vetro della doccia che si trova anch’essa sul soppalco. Se si desidera far girare un po’ d’aria è necessario aprire la porta finestra del balcone al piano sottostante. Lo spazio non è quindi molto confortevole.

Personale della reception molto efficiente, pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Posizione dell' hotel strategica, praticamente in centro di Cassis Ho avuto bisogno di un Uber che purtroppo non parlava inglese ma solo francese e prontamente il personale ha gestito la situazione parlando francese al mio posto! Altro punto positivo è tutto il pacchetto spa di cui io non ho usufruito avendo un soggiorno breve, ma che era a disposizione del cliente ( piscina, sauna massaggi etc.. )

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Dès notre arrivée nous avons été super bien accueilli et de plus sans rien demandé, dû à un échange par mail l’établissement savait que c’était pour notre anniversaire et nous avons été surclassé pour la chambre, vraiment top et le spa est vraiment agréable et je rajoute que le petit déjeuner est top aussi, beaucoup de choix. Et un personnel au top, une chose est sur nous reviendrons…

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen versteckt in einer Seitengasse, aber man ist in wenigen Metern in der Altstadt und am Meer. Gute Lage und trotzdem ruhig, vor allem die Zimmer auf den Garten hinaus. Die Standardzimmer sind sehr klein und es gibt keine Parkplätze, aber wir würden das Hotel wegen der Lage wieder wählen.
Die Tauben sind ziemlich aufdringlich beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse - also gefüllte Teller nie unbeaufsichtigt lassen!

we did not expect a 2 storey room the bedroom was located upstairs and the toilet down stairs and the stairs were not very safe, my husband actually slipped on the bottom steps during the night

Although we experienced an issue with our room upon arrival, Rémy immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks to his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests, he arranged an upgrade that made our stay truly memorable. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. The hotel is well located, comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming, but Rémy, Ugo and Stephane’s exceptional service was the highlight of our visit. Thank you for turning a potential disappointment into a fantastic stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

Przeciętne śniadania, łazienka z grzybem na fudze i silikonie, były tez dwie usterki które zostały od razy naprawione na drugi dzień po naszym zgłoszeniu. Bardzo mały pokój, ciężko się ruszyć, widok z okna na budynek, cienkie ściany... Nie przyjechalabym ponownie...

Camere piccolissime, impossibile anche solo aprire la valigia e riporre abiti in un armadietto piccolissimo. Moquette sporca soprattutto in corridoi e scale (con anche profumi usati per coprire odore). Nel bagno in un cassetto c'erano abiti lasciati da ospiti precedenti. Camera affacciata su parco giochi bimbi urlanti dal mattino fino a circa le 19. Parcheggio impossibile anche solo per scaricare bagagli. Bisogna andare in parking a pagamento da 27 euro circa al giorno e trascinare le valige.
