Pas d ascenseur. Et accès difficile pour personne handicapée. Je suggère une rampe pour valises lourdes.

The room was small, the decking around the pool is dangerous there's nails sticking out everywhere. Some of the features in the pool are not working and my daughter also cut her foot in the pool of one of the Jacuzzi pumps. No restaurant either and bar is very limited.

You do need to carry your bags up a staircase to get to the suite. We had a lot of luggage. But it was well worth it!

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Excellent hotel: comfy bed, neat, clean, nicely air conditioned room, well laid-out including multiple power sockets, great bathroom shower. Our 2nd floor "Port Pin" Suite had lots of room and a partial sea view; we also visited the 3rd floor "comfort" rooms for future reference and found them to be very nice and roomy enough. The cheapest "classic" rooms were fine, but way too small for us. The hotel is just a 6 minute walk to the port and the beach at the end of the quai. A big hotel plus: a large heated outdoor swimming pool. Outstanding buffet breakfast with seating above the pool with a magnificent view of the port, the sea, and the surrounding cliffs. Polite, attentive staff.
Only nit is that there are only 10 first-come, first-served free highly sought-after hotel-designated parking slots on the street in front of the hotel.

Room was comfortable, clean with a refrigerator and small balcony. Pool looked great although I didn’t get to swim. Staff were kind, stored my luggage after checkout. Breakfast was fine, basic.

Hotellet er nedslitt og trenger opp-pussing. Spesielt uteområde. Det lukta dårlig på badet, fekk inntrykk av romma var litt opp-pussa men f.eks. døra inn til badet såg ikkje bra ut. Air-condition anlegget såg ikkke heilt bra ut. Var på hotellet for 7 år sidan då var det i bedre stand.

The room was a bit small and I trapped my fingers between the entrance door and the bathroom door because we couldn’t open both at the same time.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Nicely located quiet hotel, with parking available, if you’re lucky. Welcoming, efficient staff. Very good breakfast in room with exceptional view. Heated swimming pool with lovely peaceful deck. Spacious upgraded room with Large TV and working AC.
The ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t sufficient. Few outlets, none next to the bed. The room was somewhat outdated and lacked charm. Up on a hill, and no elevator, so not recommended for those with mobility problems.

Reviewed May 22, 2026Wir hatten die Junior Suite Canaille, mit einem super Ausblick! Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal (insbesondere am Abend unserer Ankunft um 22.00!) sehr freundlich. Das Bett war schmal (für 2), aber bequem.
Die „Juniorsuite“ war sehr klein. Es gibt eigentlich keine Stellfläche für das Gepäck- ok, für 1 Koffer, aber dann kommt man kaum noch vorbei. Mein Koffer hatte nur halbwegs Platz auf der Badewanne. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, die Möbel alle abgenutzt und staubig.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Very friendly staff, spoke great English at reception. Paid parking connected to hotel which takes the stress off finding parking in a very congested area. Great shower and comfy bed. Bevvies available on site, which were amazing poolside on a lovely afternoon. Many restaurants minutes away along the marina. Very close to one of the Calanques hiking trails, which we highly recommend.

Otele ön ödememi yaparak geldim. Rezerve edilen oda ile otelde verilen oda hiç ilişkili değildi. Tamamen memnuniyetsizlik yaşadım. Özel olarak geniş , manzaralı, oda talep ettim.Personel koridorunda zemin katta geniş bir odayı fikrimi almadan emrivaki yaparak verdiler. Banyoda fön makinesi çalışmıyor.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Booked 2 rooms: "Junior Suite with Queen Bed and Private Terrace - Panoramic Sea View" and a "Classic" one to fit the whole family. The Junior Suite has a spacious terrace with an amazing view, which is definitely worth its money. The suite looks really nice. Obviously, while at the hotel, we spent all the time on the Junior Suite terrace. The Classic room floor and door needed refreshing, while the bed and bathroom were new. Very quick walk to the marina, also enjoyed hiking to the calanques from the hotel. We arrived early and used parking reserved for hotel guests at no charge. Overall, amazing place and nice hotel.
Just a heads-up, it's not stroller-friendly - stairs both at the entrance and inside the hotel, but it didn't bother us.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet établissement. L’accueil était vraiment exceptionnel, chaleureux et professionnel, on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. La chambre était impeccable, très confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout était soigné dans les moindres détails. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
