Хочу отметить прекрасное отношение сотрудников и высокий уровень обслуживания. Отдельная благодарность администратору Мире — очень отзывчивый и ответственный сотрудник, который всегда готов пойти навстречу гостю и помочь. Еда немного однообразная, но всё очень вкусно приготовлено — большое спасибо поварам. Горничные каждый день поддерживают чистоту, все девушки доброжелательные и приветливые. Отдельно хочется отметить SPA-салон — сотрудники настоящие профессионалы своего дела. Массажисты работают великолепно, чувствуется опыт и мастерство. В целом остались очень приятные впечатления. Спасибо всей команде за заботу, внимание и хорошее отношение к гостям!

Этот отель - самое большое разочарование за всю историю наших поездок. Начнем с того, что на всех площадках данный отель имеет 4 звезды, что является абсолютной ложью, на входе в отель сверху 3 звезды (фото прикрепляем) странно что это не проверяют. Начался наш прекрасный «отдых», если его можно так назвать, с того, что один из оплаченных нами номеров не соответствовал фотографиям, вместо окна была глухая стена. Во втором номере плохо закрывалась и открывалась дверь на балкон. Вся мебель и в целом состояние номеров оставляет желать лучшего. Фен из 20 века отключался каждые 5-10 минут, не давая возможности высушить волосы до конца без перерывов. В номерах убирались плохо, меняли полотенца только после настойчивой просьбы, если не настоять, они просто аккуратно складывали грязные полотенца. На рецепшене работали крайне неприветливые сотрудники, которые будто делали одолжение, каждый раз когда решали наши элементарные вопросы. Вид с балконов наших номеров был на стройку. Путь до пляжа лежал через промышленную зону с ароматами (вонью) мусорных баков. На самом пляже и возле бассейнов практически никогда не было свободных лежаков. Их количество не рассчитано на заполняемость отеля. При вопросах по этому поводу, сотрудники лишь пожимали плечами и рекомендовали нам пораньше вставать (на отдыхе), учитывая что мы вставали не позже 8 утра. Бассейн закрывался в 6 вечера. Анимация слабая. Кружки и приборы везде грязные, на барах, в ресторане. Нам приходилось споласкивать их перед использованием. Бутилированной воды практически никогда не было в наличии. Будьте готовы к тому, что вам придется набирать воду самостоятельно из кулера. Во время приемов пищи столы не вытирались, просто убирали тарелки, а все крошки и так далее оставались на месте. Даже когда не было много людей, официанты просто стояли, смеялись и общались друг с другом (отдыхали). Чтобы занять стол мы были вынуждены абсолютно каждый раз просить их персонально убрать стол.

We loved Gelidonya hotel, the food was lovely with a good selection each day, we stayed 18 nights & yes of course some of it was repeated, the pool snack bar was always burgers/chips with an additional thing that changed daily, which is good for plain eaters. The rooms were cleaned daily & we found all the staff to be very friendly, just be friendly with them, i think they have had bad reviews here, but I think thats due to a language barrier. Entertainment team are fantastic. There dedicated location on the beach is also lovely, beds do be taken early in most areas so get up & reserve unfortunately...

Only thing I would suggest is to have some more plain simple food for fussy eaters & kids.

The variety of food was excellent. You definitely won't go hungry here - if you happen to miss one of the main meals, there are two snack bars open between meal times. Considering the price of the hotel, the food selection and service exceeded my expectations and offered very good value. The rooms were also quite decent. This is not a luxury resort, but they were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beach is only a short walk from the hotel, but it is extremely small. The path to the beach passes between the back sides of neighbouring hotels, where you unfortunately see and sometimes smell garbage, which is not the most pleasant first impression. That said, the sea itself was absolutely wonderful. The water was crystal clear, warm, and a real delight to swim in. I especially enjoyed night swimming. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach, I would recommend renting a car or one of the electric cart bikes available in the area. Kemer Beach is only a short drive away and offers a much better beach experience, with several other beautiful beaches also within easy reach.

I would not recommend this hotel for groups larger than 4–5 people. Our family reunion brought together 12 people from two continents who hadn't seen each other in seven years. Unfortunately, the hotel was not well suited to accommodate a group of our size. There were no common areas where we could comfortably gather, so we constantly had to improvise. The staff were polite but not particularly helpful, and we didn't feel they made an effort to accommodate our group's needs. Communication was also challenging. If the hotel is looking to attract more international guests, I would strongly recommend having more English-speaking staff available. There was also an unusual issue with the room keys. I had to insist on receiving a second key for our room, which should not have been necessary. Finally, the hotel should invest in additional ice machines or improve the availability of ice. During our stay, there was almost always a shortage, which was especially frustrating given the extremely hot weather. While the hotel has its positives, these issues significantly affected our overall experience and made it less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Almost nothing

Very poor service. Staff were inattentive and rude, and almost nobody speaks English. Our family is large, and the staff refused to let us sit together at dinner — they were rude about it and physically pulled the tables apart. The food was extremely low-quality and tasteless. Fish appears only a couple of times a week, and it's gone within 20 minutes. There is also not enough seating in the restaurant for all the guests — if you come to dinner at 8 pm or later, every table is dirty and covered with leftover food. The rooms are old and shabby— there isn't even a glass for your toothbrush. The room preferences we submitted in advance with our booking were simply ignored. This is not a beachfront hotel, despite what you might expect. To reach the beach you have to walk along a dirty, foul-smelling path lined with rubbish bins. The beach itself is small and cramped, with old and broken sun loungers. Beach towels are issued only against a deposit, and every change costs 1 euro. The entertainment shows are vulgar and run loud until late at night — you can hear them in every room.

The welcoming staff was friendly and multilingual. There was a decent selection of food. We loved the pool, which was shaded by the buildings and provided some relief from the scorching sun in the middle of the day. We also really appreciated the couple of small gifts we received upon check-out as a keepsake. Free sun loungers on the beach. A good budget hotel.

The path to the beach leads through trash bins, which isn't very pleasant for those wanting to go to the beach. The only alcohol available was always gin, and occasionally vodka. There was no drinking water in the refrigerators until the bar opened at 12 noon.

Kaum Auswahl an Essen, ständig kein Besteck oder Geschirr, sehr oft schmutzig das Geschirr und Tische, dabei quatscht Personal in der Ecke und tut nichts. Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt so wie kein Wechsel für frische Handtücher. Extrem rutschig Boden in der Nähe vom Pool. Sehr enge Verhältnisse in Restaurant und am Strand..."kein Platz oder extrem eng". Personal ausgelaugt und angespannt. Kein Trinkwasser in Flaschen für Gäste mehrere Tage bei Temperaturen über 40°C. Dieses Hotel verdient 2 höchstens 3 Sterne.

No hay gran variedad de bebidas, la limpieza deja bastante que desear y no hablan inglés.

Otelin konumu merkezi bir yerde. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Plajı küçük ama çok kalabalık olmuyor. Arkadaş grubu olarak gittik ve memnun kaldık.

Чистота на территории идеальная, кормят до отвала и разнообразно. В любое время можно найти что съесть. До пляжа 5 минут и на пляже можно взять напитки безалкогольные. Есть лежаки бесплатные и полотенце.

Чтобы дойти до пляжа, пусть он и близко нужно пройти между отелями, где проходит разгрузка отгрузка. Там воняет мусором, много машин, дорожек нет. Сам пляж предоставленный отелем, это узкая полоса между пирсом и местом, где заезжает водный транспорт. Не очень удобно, даже красивых фоток не сделать, пришлось идти на территорию другого отеля. Персонал вежливый приветливый, пока вы молча ходите. Было 2 неприятных момента, когда мы ругались, первый, на танцплощадке, просили включить танцевальную музыку, а не медляки и ремиксы, но шоумен неадекватно реагировал. Вся заварушка в том, что просто включается музыка и "диджей" уходит, что там идет ему не интересно, в 23:00 выключают свет и музыку без предупреждения. Посидеть в баре в этот момент можно но при этом смеяться нельзя, все же отдыхают, это второй момент. Может нам не повезло, не знаю. Вечерние шоу на твердую 3. Первый день устроили караоке, все даже не успели спеть, через час просто выключили, на второй день наняли танцевальную группу, и это было красиво, а на третий день мы просто играли в лото. Все. Бассейн чистый, но после 18:00 не поплаваешь. Нельзя. Детский не заполнялся.

Yemekler çok lezzetli, konumu ve otelin mekanları çok iyi. Güleryüzlü yardımsever bir çalışan ekibi. Yöneticisi çok tatlı bir hanım.

İsteyene şişe maden suyu olsa harika olurdu.

Уборка номеров каждый день

Ужасно!!! Комнаты с обшарпанными дверями. Но самое ужасное это еда, каждый день на обед и ужин из вторых горячих блюд ТОЛЬКО Курица и иногда печень. Никакого мяса и рыбы. Никакого разнообразия в еде,все 7 дней что мы были ели ОДНО И ТОЖЕ. Один раз была рыба, в этот день мы пришли на ужин в 19(а время ужина 18.30 - 20.00)рыба УЖЕ ЗАКОНЧИЛАСЬ, и нам сказали что её больше не будет. То есть по принципу "кто успел тот и съел". Суп приходилось наливать в чашку из под чая!!!! Потому то у них не хватало никогда посуды. Ужасное отношение к гостям!!! За wi fi нужно платить 3 € в день, бесплатно его не раздают.

Кондиционер работает нормально, вкусная свежая еда, хорошее место чтобы поесть. Убираются нормально

Очень хлорированый бассейн, но видимо так и должно быть потому что много детей. Просил помочь заказать такси до аэропорта - озвучивают двойную цену. Во внешних ресторанах лучше не есть и не пить норовят обмануть в несколько раз , избалованы русскими региональными туристами, во внешних ресторанах официанты наглые.

Un hôtel a première vue j'étais déçue mais en sejournant plus je jours j'ai découvert son charme le personnel fait tout pour satisfaire la piscine magnifique le bar côté piscine bien pensée la mer est a 500m il faut traverser une route pour y aller j'ai pas aimé trop de transats collés les uns les autres pas de quoi se désaltérer alors pour moi pas de mer ...lhotel est a quelques mètres du centre pour shopping...reste quand même un bon rapport qualité prix ...attendez a ce que vous êtes largues par rapport a la langue si au moins vous parlez anglais vous êtes sauves ...il yen a un quand même qui parle quand même français mais qui n'est pas toujours présent a toute heure ...une grand point fort pour lhotel cest les spectacles et aussi l'effort fourni lors du diner pour enlever les transats et mettre les tables au bord de la piscine pour les enlever après...bravo a se soucier pour un bien être....pour l'eau il y'a une fontaine pour remplir vos bouteille ...en gros Bien

La nourriture répétitive tout les jours et pas tres variés Une fuite d'eau dans la salle bain signalée et sont venus plusieurs fois mais le problème persistait jusqu'à notre départ

I would like to say thank you to Gizem and Samet we really enjoyed our stay at the Gelidonya hotel I strongly recommend very family oriented hotel food is lovely staff is great and helpful rooms are clean and the location is perfect , I’m in love with how clean the sea is in kemer

The personal is really kind. They make everything possible to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Even if they don't speak your language, they will look for a translation app and do everything possible. And the food is incredible. There's always a big variety and is wonderfully cooked.

We sent emails to this hotel several times over 2 months, asking to be placed next to each other, but this did not happen. Upon arrival, we gave a good tip to be placed next to each other, but they placed us even with children at different ends of the building, and my mother and sister were placed in a different building altogether. The manager in the restaurant was very rude, he made up rules, and ruined our mood for the last few days. The road to the beach is disgusting and the beach itself is bad. They did not clean the room, did not change the linen, a huge dead cockroach lay in our bathroom all week, we reported it to the reception many times, no reaction. Accordingly, we will not go to this hotel again

The location is pretty good: 2 mins walk from the beach, 15 mins walk from city centre with a small shop 3 mins walk away and a direct bus passing by hotel back to Antalya. The hotel is a budget all-inclusive. Very good for the price, but otherwise a step below more luxurious properties in the area. The staff is very nice and friendly, even put away some food for me because I was late to the dinner.
