Margaritaville Resort Orlando with H2O Waterpark

Clean room. Everyone was very nice.

Property is beautiful. However on site dining wax very limited. Pool and po bars closed at 9 and the restaurant was under construction. Had to go elsewhere for food/drink

We had a great time Few issues though. Only one robe and no slippers. Requested 5 times, always told right up from staff. Never happened. Slippers needed as floor in room is quite dirty Hotel lovely. Erika on reception outstanding

Margaritaville is awesome. The only thing is it says with waterpark . Which they have . They gave us passes for Friday but it was closed . It was closed only open on weekends.

This was my wife and I second time staying at Margaritaville Resorts, we stayed at the one in Pigeon Forge,TN before and both times were absolutely amazing. We will definitely be staying with the brand again.

Nice but not a lot for kids to do at hotel

Beisde the "cloudy sky" westher was perfect. Our pool time (12 to 6) was exceptional. The Venezuelan/Young Lady. Our pool side server was on the dot, and checked on us regularly for drinks food and all. Super content. Lobby staff WOW our check in process went by quick and so pleasant. A r as clean and neat. Well maintained place. HAPPY PLACE. The Margaritaville store. Wonderful service, exceptional all 4 ot 5 times we visited, their recommendations and caring conversations about slecllll

Property is beautiful. Staff however is rude or not well trained. Ice Machines were not working, asked staff for Ice and they sent me to 5th floor to get ice. Overall service needs more training.

Great property

Arrives a little early and room wasn’t ready. The front desk person wasn’t the most friendly. She did give us an amenities key so we were able to access the pool. They told they would call when our room was ready and we were able to store our luggage at the bell hop stand. After two hours later no call so I went by the front desk and got Malina this time and she was much more friendly and found us a room that was ready. The front desk was getting trained on new software so that process took longer than normal. The facilities is maybe five years old so everything looks pretty new still. Everything was clean and functioning. The room is spacious and had a fridge, coffee maker, iron, and safe. TV options aren’t plentiful but who wants to stay in the room anyway. There are two pools with access to third adjacent pool at the pseudo Embassy Suites. That pool has a splash pad and big pool with nice in-water chaise loungers. The large pool has lots of water front cabanas and two pool bars. The resort is next to a small shopping area that has a few shops and lots of restaurants. The provisions cafe is nice and has pretty much something for everyone. Had breakfast at the sit down restaurant and it was pretty good. This is a nice family friendly resort which we would definitely visit again. I’ve see the Margaritaville’s at Daytona and Ft. Myers Beach and this facility is definitely a cut above those. Being a local it was a great place for a local staycation.

The balcony outside was noisy with the roof top unit never turning off. Dissappointed.

Property is hugh. About 4 buildings connecting and in the back is the pool and lazy river. Pools is as long as the 4 buildings lots of chairs and tent huts around the pool and the bar. It was an amazing stay and my wife wants to go back whenever we're in Orlando.

Check in wait took 25 mins. No apology for the wait waited for the front desk agent to acknowledge me for 5mins when it was my turn. Room has dust bunnies all over.

This was was awesome!

The hotel was great and was in a great area. The only complaint I have is the person who checked us in was not very helpful at all we weren’t even provided a parking pass or proper directions of how to get to our hotel room since the elevators were a little confusing. I would definitely stay here again!! We didn’t receive any of the vip acess hotel perks including a welcome drink which was disappointing but overall it’s a great hotel!

Pool is great for kids and adults. They do foam party on Fridays and it is so much fun for the entire family.

Pool was great. Front desk staff not very friendly. Called and asked about early check in and was told to ask when got there. When I did I got an attitude and said that cost money. I said I called and asked this question and was not told this but would be happy to pay. They finally did get me a room a few hours early but not without an attitude. The room I was given had an air conditioner leak that soaked through several towels, the shower head was a rain head and the water went everywhere, it needed to be cleaned. Shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty. Beds were comfortable, slept well, pool was nice and the drinks were too. Although they were expensive.

A very beautiful property! Our room wasn’t available so we were “upgraded“ to a suite with a pool view. The balcony was less than underwhelming and a huge palm tree blocked our view of anything. Huge Bummer! Also, walls are so thin! You can hear EVERYTHING. every time somebody walked by or spoke on their balcony nearby. You could hear it all. Location is great. Very central and convenient. 6/10

Loved the vibe

Loved the location of this property as well as the amenities and choice of food. Staff was amazingly attentive. If you call down request something they will call you back to make sure that you actually receive what you asked for. The staff at provision was very efficient at getting your food to you quickly. The check-in experience was very informative, laid out the property and answered all my questions, made a great first Impression. Target, Dollar tree, Marshalls, Wawa, plus all the food options and the movie theater all within 2 to 3 minutes.

I didn’t get a single housekeeping service for any of the days I was there. Expedia told me that I had included in my reservation 2 hours more late checkout yet the hotel told me that they didn’t have availability

We received only a little bar of soap for our toiletries, housekeeping didn’t come for a day and then didn’t give us any cups or coffee when they cleaned. I was very disappointed with my stay, there was no microwave either.

It was a beautiful facility. However, the front desk team was lacking. Other staff members were great! Trying to book a Poolside Cabana (online or calling the hotel) was an awful experience. I was not able to do so. Only after arriving were we able to book a Poolside Cabana. Drinks lacking.

The hotel is beautiful. The head desk person gave me some confusing guidelines on finding my room. He could have been more specific with which elevators to take for my room. The room did not have a microwave oven, only one roll of toilet paper, and no lotion for your skin.The pool was nice, but I wish it was a little deeper. Five to six feet would have been great. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants, a nearby movie theater, and also a place where you can buy alcoholic beverages.

I left my beach coverup on the bed when we leave the resort at 11:00 am we come back at 12:00 and nobody can find it in the room because it was cleaning already. I asked everyone even the front desk . I cannot believe how they cannot find it ?? I don’t think this can happen in an Hotel like Margaritaville .unbelievable

We had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and included balconies to enjoy the view. The hotel’s location was perfect within walking distance to the waterpark, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great resort for a family vacation.

Staff wasn’t friendly, my ac got broken for a entire night, my sister got locked in the bathroom for 35 mins due to bathroom door got jammed on first used.

The tropical atmosphere at the resort. It was very relaxing and enjoyable to walk around the property. Enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the pool from their outdoor seating area. The staff was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. They made you feel welcomed.

Lobby, room, & restaurants were amazing. Overall it was a great experience. Pool furniture needs to be upgraded though.

The Resort is very convenient to everything. They 2 pools which is a must for us.

We have a poor rating. We didn’t feel it was a resort style hotel. Based on the photos we expected a variety of on site restaurants, this hotel only had 1 restaurant Euphoria. The hotel felt refurbished meaning it was an old hotel remodeled to look refreshed. Staff was kind, parking was easy, the Margaritaville H2O water park which is the reason we booked was a terrible water park. The photos online shows it was a brand new water park. It’s a very old outdated water park. The rooms were decorated nice but we had ants in our bathroom. Ants on the sink and walls of the bathroom. Not sure why. Overall we gave it a poor rating based on our experience.

This hotel is amazing.The only thing I would say from the dozens I time I stayed here is that the smell when you come in dint smell like the margarita hotels and the room could be a little cleaner

Long Wait at check in, no one else there just crappy staff. Maybe should have thought to not give people coming in late at night room they would be drilling above starting at crack of dawn. Front desk answer it will stop 5 pm. Don’t offer $40 continental breakfast that’s pre made microwave wrap. Contacted hotels.com said no answer at location. Haven’t seen heard back

The property is beautiful and clean, close to Sunset Walk, with restaurants and shopping areas! The pool is ok, the water is warm. I need my pool water to be cold because Florida is hot! They had three eating spots on the resort! Provision if you are not a bigger eater! You can grab and go. I did not eat at Europhia. The bar at the pool, Tika, I had a pina colada, it was very watered down, zero alcohol. My room was nice, but I couldn't get any hot water from the shower, which irritated me. Please beware of hidden fees! They only tell you the day before you leave the hotel. There is a $500 clean-up fee and an additional $250 if there is any damage done to the room

It was our first time staying at margaritaville and it was AMAZING! from the moment i checked in to our last day. The service, the food, the waterpark were so much fun. My toodler had a blast at the pool and the splash pad it was just great.
