Front desk that check
Spacious
House keeping knocked on the door three times before 10 am on our check out day it was very annoying to have to keep answering the door while trying to load the car, other guest had used the luggage carts and didn’t put them back so we had to carry everything down from the third floor, you can also hear your neighbors very easily.
Lazy River
When checking in the people at the desk really set the tone!!! when you arrive, there was NO hello NO smiling and when they went to give us our parking pass, they were even more rude because we declined to have a tour for them to try and sell us a timeshare they were extremely rude and almost through the parking passes at us !!! didn’t even say thank you anyways, or have a good day, or hope you enjoy your stay. There was not one word, horrible customer service and this happens almost every time we come there. It really puts us in a bad mood every time we check in. I think this company needs to have some kind of training with their staff on how to treat people..
The villas were beautiful, beds comfortable, loved the pool and slides, lazy river!!
All the great things to do, golfing, tennis, swimming everything is right there!
Everything at the property was amazing. The staff, cleanness, comfort, activities
Lindo, limpo e confortável

Plenty of options for amenities on site! The room was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and a pull-out bed. The pull out mattress was the most comfortable pull out that I have encountered at any hotel. Good value for the space, comfort, and location.
Selected a room that included breakfast and was priced higher than another room type. Upon arriving, found out that they do not have a buffet style breakfast, but rather the additional amount paid toward breakfast can be used as a credit at any of the restaurants on site. So there is no purpose in paying for a room that lists that it includes breakfast.
I enjoyed everything at your resort, will definitely be back . some day 😁
Everything was right there
They won't let you bring your own floaties in
Clean, staff we friendly and great golf
The property is so big, especially if you do not have a car. We had to wait 50 minutes for a shuttle at one time, or you have to jump on one shuttle they take you so far and you have to wait for another to take you where you want to go on the resort. It would be good to have a shuttle time table or some communication such as a what’s app resort group message system, we tried ringing a few times but always engaged. The pools are great but staff have been unfriendly on occasions.
Spacious, great location property touches the back of Disneys Animal Kingdom
High pressure sales, all the extra amenities cost money, very expensive on property sales
There’s a lot to do
I didn’t like how dirty inside the toilets were in our villa. I also hate the carpet.
Everything
The time that they had me there trying to sell me a timeshare that I told them from the beginning that I didn’t want..Over 3hrs
Location
Rooms not up to date, carpet smells terrible, the room attendants threw out and stole grocery out stuff before we could check out
The variety of resort amenities.
Only that I couldn’t find a spatula in the kitchen.
The Villa was stocked and very clean.
When I booked the room I'm booking.com there was no mention that the facilities had separate prices for the children to do things.
Resort is very large and includes several amenities. A broad range of activities were available.
Check-in process was a nightmare. We waited over an hour to check-in only to be provided the wrong unit type, differing from what we booked. Staff made arrangements for the correct unit type however we waited in the parking lot to almost 9pm (5 hours in total) before we could access our unit. Upon closer inspection pillowcases were not changed from the previous guests and had makeup on them. We received a confirmation text our unit was ready, THE NEXT DAY
It was very big with a lot to do.
We had no A/C the first night.
Espaço .
It was good food, staff were friendly
Dinner not so good at the breeze
Location was key, very very we’ll kept property, room was so awesome overlooking the golf course, wild life was amazing to see, pools were in good locations, if u wanted crowd u got one for that, wanted layback had one for that too, Room was very spacious and clean, and everything we needed was there. Definitely be booking again
Time share presentation, 830 was my appointment, and it was suppose to be 90mins I was obligated too and signed up for, I gave my time for it, literally got out of there at 1130am, They’re pitch is off, for somebody who’s on vacation to ask, can me and wife make a decision to drop $6500 down on something was crazy to me, especially when we’re on vacation, that’s something needs to thought though and analyze properly, which on vacation would not have been the time for it, present your presentation and give your maybe client to think about it, but they were not trying to hear that they were like wolves in a room, and that turned into an extra hour and a half of my vacation time, granted I did get a gift certificate and a voucher for free nights, but at the end of the day it wasn’t worth giving up 3 1/2 hours of my morning time while I’m on vacation, where they did not understand that for something that big of financial decision doesn’t get made at that time especially when I’m on vacation budgeting in my vacation and just imagine if I dropped $6500. So yeah that company pitch is off.
We were invited to a “property tour” and were told it was simply an introduction to the resort, with a $200 gift card provided at the end. It was only after reviewing the paperwork that we realized it was actually a timeshare sales presentation. We tried to cancel twice, but were told we would have to pay a $50 cancellation fee. The breakfast situation was also disappointing. We booked a room with "breakfast included" only to learn upon arrival that this actually meant a $30 daily credit, with any amount above that charged separately. We feel the terms should have been made much clearer at the time of booking. The resort itself is beautiful, and the property has a lot of potential. We simply wish the terms and conditions had been communicated more clearly from the beginning.
The lazy river, the location to Disney
Everything is extra, the blow up tubes for lazy river was 9 dollars a day to hire . They should be free. It's expensive for drinks and food . 20 dollars for a small cocktail .
The rooms themselves were amazing and spacious lots of room.
you have to recognize the timeshare and they're gonna shove that down your throat. They told me it was gonna be two hours ended up going almost 4 hours. also, depending on what building you get you're far away from the pools.
Zwembaden
The room
Pool was dirty and we had to drive to get to the amenities
The condos are beautiful, spacious and updated, cozy and personal and yet youre surrounded by so many people also. The pools are great, the little games and karaoke and stuff they do throughout the day at the different pool locations is so much fun.
Maybe a pool area for bigger kids and teens, like bigger slides and stuff. Better delivery with room service. We didn’t have pool towels in our room and it took them 3 hours to bring that & when they finally delivered it, they were bath towels not pool towels but it was late by then so the next day we asked for the pool towels and it took an hour to get that.
Todo
We love Orange Lake, 6th time as a visitor, now with our family whereas before I was the child. It has everything, great staff, great grounds, superb pools, wonderful playground fo rthe younger kids. Variety of eating places to suit all tastes. Apartments are clean, up to date and have everything
1 STAR — A 15+ YEAR ORANGE LAKE FAMILY DESERVED BETTER We arrived at Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee on August 10 around 4 PM after driving approximately 12 hours. My mother has been an Orange Lake owner for more than 15 years, and our family has always considered Orange Lake a trusted family destination. That history made this stay especially disappointing. Our room was not ready. We had requested a standalone villa but were placed in a condo-style accommodation instead. After waiting about 30 minutes, we were given a unit we understood had been cleaned and recently updated. The reality was shocking. Upon entering, we found what appeared to be mouse droppings and frog droppings on the floor, a dead lizard in the kitchen, white stains on the couches, and a bathroom/tub area that did not appear properly cleaned, with visible stains and hair. The closet was falling apart. The grass outside the back patio was extremely high. The air conditioner displayed “SERVICE FILTER” and barely blew air. We photographed these conditions. We were traveling with children, an elderly partially blind service dog, and a son with a learning disability and severe OCD who has specific accommodation needs. Orange Lake has historically been a place our family could count on. Instead, our first hours were spent dealing with cleanliness and maintenance problems. I want to recognize Patrick, whose customer service was genuinely excellent. He listened, took our concerns seriously, and worked to elevate the situation. My frustration is not with him. The problem was the condition of the unit and the overall response. We were offered approximately $100 in room credit and a three-day play pass. Respectfully, that was nowhere near adequate considering the condition of the unit and vacation time lost. We did not receive another accommodation until approximately 8 PM. After a 12-hour drive, our family spent roughly four hours dealing with the room situation. We then had to move our belongings, find dinner before restaurants closed, and salvage our first evening. Unfortunately, the problems continued. During the week, another vehicle was parked directly in front of our villa along the sidewalk, making it difficult to get our elderly service dog in and out and later load our belongings. When we called, we were told parking was first come, first served. Regardless of policy, it created a needless problem. Restaurant service was also disappointing. We could see our food was ready, yet we were not paged or notified. At resort prices, we expect basic attentiveness and customer service. One day, we could not properly use the Jacuzzi because the bubbles were not working. Another day, we planned a family golf outing. We called the front desk to confirm the course was operating after a weather-related closure. We were told everything was back up and running. We walked over with our family, only to find that it was still closed and were told to return the next day. What hurts most is that this was supposed to be a special family vacation and a positive experience before our son returned to school. Instead, it began with animal droppings, a dead lizard, and a room change that took until approximately 8 PM, followed by continued problems. We are not first-time guests with unrealistic expectations. Our family has been connected to Orange Lake for more than 15 years through my mother’s ownership. We know the resort can do better. We have photographs documenting the first accommodation. These were not complaints about décor or minor inconveniences. They were basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should have been caught before a family was given the keys. The $100 room credit and three-day play pass did not come close to making up for the experience. They did not restore the hours we lost or the vacation we paid for. We are asking Orange Lake management or owner relations to review the entire stay, including the original accommodation, delay in moving us, photographs, maintenance concerns, amenity failures, incorrect golf information, parking situation and service concerns. Most importantly, we are asking for meaningful compensation and assurance that these issues will be addressed so another family does not walk into the same situation. Orange Lake has earned our family’s trust for more than 15 years. This stay seriously damaged that trust. If this were your family after a 12-hour drive, with children and an elderly service dog, would you consider $100 in room credit and a three-day pass an appropriate resolution? We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for the cleanliness, care, communication, maintenance and customer service that any paying family should reasonably receive. This was supposed to be a vacation and a positive start to our son’s return to school. Instead, it became a week of unnecessary frustrations. Orange Lake can do better. As a longtime owner family, we sincerely hope they choose to.
Everything about the resort. Excellent rooms, environment, and facilities
Non acceptance of cash for transaction within the resort
Let me tell you, this complex is huge! In my opinion you definitely need a car to get about. We used this just as a base. We had a two bedroomed apartment on the ground floor. Very spacious. Main bedroom had a super king bed and other bedroom had two queen beds. Well equipped kitchen and dining area. On check in we were offered a ‘tour’ and in return we would get some vouchers and half price offers. The guy mentioned something about a time share - we declined the tour and went in our way. We used the main pool and the one located near our apartments, both relatively quiet. Towels are provided for pool use. On the whole the apartment was clean and tidy. There is no maid service. There is a washer and dryer which was useful. It’s about 15 minutes from Disney and about 40 minutes from universal.
We recently enjoyed another fantastic two-week family vacation at Orange Lake Resort and Golf Club, a place that has been a very special part of our family for the past 31 years. As legacy owners, we have had the pleasure of vacationing at Orange Lake for more than three decades. From it just being a family of four, to now being 15, including 2 great-grand children, this is the place we call our home away from home. Over the years, the resort has provided us with countless family memories, and our latest visit was another wonderful experience. One of the things we enjoy most is the variety of activities available throughout the resort. With seven pools, there is always a great place to relax, swim, and spend time with family. The main pool was especially memorable this trip, as my sister-in-law even won at the pool-side bingo! The golfers in our family also had plenty to enjoy, spending time playing the resort's many golf courses and enjoyed having such convenient access to the courses during our stay. After 31 years, Orange Lake has become much more than a vacation destination for our family. It is a place where generations of our family have spent time together, celebrated special moments, relaxed, and created memories that we continue to talk about year after year. Our two weeks went by far too quickly, as vacations always seem to do. We had a great time together and enjoyed everything from the pools and golf to the little unexpected moments that make a family vacation memorable. We are grateful for the many years of wonderful vacations Orange Lake has given our family, and we look forward to returning and continuing this family tradition for many years to come. If you are considering a family vacation, Orange Lake offers plenty of activities and space to make your stay enjoyable. For our family, 31 years of visits speak for themselves. We continue to look forward to coming back!
Peaceful and relaxing!
I have no critiques to give.
Beaucoup d'activités a faire
Large well maintained esort with rooms and houses/villa's. We rented a villa with 2 bed rooms. The beds were very comfortable, this kitchen was clean and a good number of plates/cuttlery/pans were available. Fridge and oven present and of good quality. Lots of pools and sufficient beds available. Good value for money!
It is a large resort and to get to the pools you need to use a shuttle or car. The pools were great, but the slides were closed. For the large slide and lazy river you had to pay extra, which we didn't expected. Also not allowed to use your own floaties in the lazy river. No towels for the pool provided in the room or at the pool.
It was so beautiful and clean
I booked online with booking.com the staff tried to give me a different room but they end up fixing it
This is now our second stay at Orange Lake Resort. The first time we stayed during hurricane Milton two years ago. Even in the middle of a category 5 hurricane we had fun. This time was exceptional. Some of the amenities were affected by the hurricane during our first trip. For example a tree fell into the lazy river shutting it down. This trip three days in a row we floated I that river, rode the slides, and relaxed in the pool for hours with our family. The on site entertainment was great. Our 10 year old ADORED the foam parties!!! We brought our brother and his family as well and they were shocked at how easily we could have never left the property for a good time. We will definitely be returning to one of your properties in the near future.
Didn’t stay
The security was rude
the whole resort was incredible really good location as well.
my only grip is the ac vents had caked on dust. im a clean freak and I do understand that house keeping only has a certain amount of time to do a villa
Room was spacious and very nice. Pool areas were also spacious with plenty of seating.
excellent apartment
Todo genial variedad de actividades
2 bedroom Villa was spacious for 5. Bathrooms were small though. The lazy river was really nice and they had a fun activity at night for the kids- foam Canon and DJ.
There was no bedding for the pull out sofa, but was delivered while we were out. Pizza delivery was a nice and convenient option to order on the QR , but took an hour to get.
Went in April for 14 nights which was our 3rd visit. Love everything about this resort the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Restaurants around the pool serve nice food and cocktails,Nice staff, Plenty of activities, games around the pool for younger guests like bingo, dancing, finding items for prizes ect. Arcade , movie nights by the pools. Plenty of pools and a shuttle to take you round the site. Pool towels are provided in accomadation. River island pool is stunning and big with lush surroundings, bridges, hamocks, lazy river , plenty of seating, nice restaurant, large shop, but we did find this was the most popular pool and got busy very early on so hard to find seats/loungers after 11am as was all taken and very busy. There is a fee for the lazy river tubes and attendant removes the free flowing unused tubes so best to take your own float as quite exspensive. Pool next to reception checkin area is huge and has daily entertainment, we never struggled to find a lounger was lovely right next to the lake where you can do water sports. Other pools were nice, smaller and quiter than the two main ones. Plenty to do onsite if not wanting to venture far. Our 2 bed bungalow/villa was facing the golf course and was perfect, Big, modern clean and spacious, had everything needed. Master Bedroom was very big with ensuite king bed and plenty of space. Patio doors which was lovely as could make a coffee and go out side to sit in the morning without disturbing our son on the pull out couch next to the other patio doors. We was overlooking the peacefull golf course, had Three rather large birds visit us every morning at the same time, squirells and racoon with babies in the tree right outside which was lovely. The second bedroom was just as big with two kings, plenty of space and also door to 2nd bathroom making it ensuite. Both bedrooms have large tvs. Plenty of space to put away clothes, shopping, cases ect. Lounge area has comfy sofa that does turn into bed and can easily be left down as third bedroom for that extra person to have own area. Kitchen /diner area was spacious large fridge/freezer, water dispenser, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, tumble dryer. Huge 8 seater dining table. Small Welcome pack has dish washer tablets, wash tablets, washing up liquid, dishcloth ect and replaced when cleaned. Plenty of towels, pool towels were missing but we called to ask for some which arrived within 15 minutes and had them changed for fresh in the week. Could not ask for anything more. You do need a car if staying here and plan to do the parks. We did not use the shuttle as could stroll to the nearest pool or we just took our own car. The site is huge and streets all look the same. We got lost looking for our villa a few times and noticed some had taken little ornaments or flags to put in front grass to make it easy to find there accomadation. Chemist, wallgreens, target, restaurants, bar, gift shop all within 5 min drive from accomadation. Mcdonalds just down the road walmart around 10 min drive. Old town kissimee 10 min drive Disney parks, springs and outlet are roughly between 20 - 30 min away. Universal about 45 mins. Great base , perfect place to return to after a long busy day at the parks.
We had a great time celebrating our anniversary. Our unit was spotless and stocked with every utensil we needed. Didn't see one bug (I read on some previous negative reviews). Loved the screened in patio. We watched Disney fireworks every evening from the patio. Our unit was on the golf course. If you want the most serene night, ask for bldg. 3400 North Village. The resort grounds are very well taken care of daily, especially the golf courses. Plenty of food options offered at the resort. Hundreds more food options right outside the resort. Rented a golf cart to move among the villages. We told the timeshare salesman "no" and he didn't bother us again. The Resort uses the cashless system. Stone and Current restaurant was fantastic. Pricey, yes. But so worth it! See you again next summer.
The amenities and how close it was to everything Disney! My first night I was not happy with my room given as it was not the one I booked but the next morning it was corrected right away and I was out in an updated Suite. The young man who assisted me did a great job with. Correcting my accommodations
The TV’s needed updating and the small bugs but that’s Florida not the property.
The room the people
Nothing
Piękny i ogromny apartament. Wyposażony jak normalny dom. Pralka suszarka itp.
2 bedroom was nice and roomy
Washing machine had a bad smell I attended a 3 hour timeshare selling gig They gave me a gift card but I ended up buying junk the day i checked out because it wasn’t good for the arcade…
Location was great and size of the suite was the ideal size for a family.
Unfortunately the reservation was made inclusive of breakfast. Upon arrival we were advised that there was no option to have breakfast included, instead $30 a day for the entire family of 5 would be available to cover breakfast. The minimum cost for breakfast at any of the restaurants within the resort was approximately $100, which was obviously not covered by the reservation. The reservation was mis sold and disappointed that neither the hotel or booking.com have managed to provide a clear response as why this happened. In addition, several of the lights in the suite were reported broken on the first day of the stay, unfortunately they were not fixed during the 7 day stay.
The park is great. Stay at a villa on Sand Hill drive, all others are less!
We booked a villa and they wanted to give us an apartment on the fifth floor in a building. Be careful with this. They call everything a villa, even apartments. We needed to push and keep pressure on for a while to get what we actually booked and paid for. We also didn’t like the aggressive sales calls in which they try to sell time shares.
The view. The screened patio. Comfortable furniture. Dish and laundry supplies. Nice dining area.
Check out at 11AM would be better.
Everything was perfect
Nice place, clean and staff friendly
Since we were paying visitors and find y buy their points or timeshare we had to pay to enjoy the pool, the mini golf. All facilities are NOT INCLUDED We stayed 2 nights and pool was closed on the second day
Visited in July/August as a family of 5. Our apartment was in the east village, 3 bedroom & it was huge! We were on the 4th floor but didn’t experience any noise or disruption. We used the pools & bars on site & no complaints. Would return.
We went in May 2025 and was so please with the resort that we went again May 2026 are have booked for 2027, the resort has everything, great pools, spacious, well equipped apartments, beautifully maintained grounds, location was fine for us having a car, loads of restaurants nearby or on site, had no problems with any other guests, staff were attentive, overall a great place, especially if you have kids. Loads of amenities and things to do.
Beds were way too soft, bed started hurting so bad, we ended up sleeping on couch, room was nice, but wi-fi kept kicking off. Plus we could not use apps on television to watch netflix or amazon or anything else. Was told we would have to bring our own roku to watch apps. Place was very crowded at that time of year, had to go to other places to get away from crowds.
After seeing some of the reviews, I was a bit nervous about visiting. But the moment we arrived, all of that disappeared. We were given a villa in the West Village and it was absolutely beautiful - spotless, tidy, and incredibly spacious. The whole place exceeded my expectations. The villa had everything we needed and the location was perfect if you're visiting Disney - though a little further from International Drive. The resort's shuttles made getting around really easy, and we loved trying drinks at the different bars. The only downside was that a $5 tip was automatically added to our bill even for simple drinks that we stood and queue for at the bar which felt a bit unnecessary - you can ask to take this off however. Our part of the resort was really peaceful and in the evenings we could sit outside and watch the sunset - it made the whole stay feel so relaxed. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely be returning in the next few years. **Just a note - they never pestered us regarding timeshares at all**
Just returned from a great holiday, the resort is massive and always something to do if you stay on site. Our apartment was clean and had everything we would ever need, the beds were comfy too… Everywhere was clean, the staff were all very nice and polite. The pools are lovely, my daughter loved both the river island area and the other main pool near the Breeze restaurant and we had more pool days than we planned because she loved them so much. This hotel is brilliant and we can not wait to return.
It was clean and spacious for my family of 5.
I love the resort we come every year
I didnt like how my room was moved to the 4th floor when i wanted a bottom floor
2 Bedroom Villa was spacious and comfortable.....having a full kitchen and laundry was great!!
I had an amazing time with my kids. The resort is huge but they offer free shuttles throughout the resort or you can rent your own golf cart. I love the food options and the quality is very good also. I had a studio unit with kitchen. It had 2 queens with sleeper sofa. Comfortable beds! it was in the perfect size and location near west village club house next to the pool. The kids loved it and they offer so much! I will be back again.
GOLF CART RENTAL AND POOL AND LOCATION
I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT OUR TOILET WAS NOT WORKING IN THE MASTER FOR 2 DAYS AND WHEN THEY CAME TO FIX IT THEY DMAGED THE TOILET AND I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THAT FACT THAT I HAD TO LEAVE MY ROOM TO USE WIFI AND IT WAS ONLY THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE TO CHECK OUT THAT A MAINTANCE MAN CAME TO TELL US THAT THE FRONT DESK WAS AWARE THAT SOME UNITS DO NOT HAVE WIFI AND WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE MANY TIMES AND WE NEB=VER HAD THIS ISSUE AND I REALLY WISH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER EXPERIENCE. I BROUGHT FAMILY HERE THAT HAS NEVER STAYED BEFORE BECUSSE I BRAGGED SO MUCH ABOUT THE RESORT ONLY TO BE DISAPPOINTED
I love the bubbles and night party
Wish there was more night activities

Once you arrive, you really don’t have to leave for anything if you’ve brought everything with you.
We were next to the renovation with little parking.
I didn't like anything
pictures make you think that you are renting a place with a pretty lazy river, but if you don't have have car you won't even see that pool. all staff is confuse and never gives you good information at first. all signs and maps are made for you get lost. the food was awful. and the worse all the carpets everywhere are dirt a smell really bad outside and inside the room, the room even had really bad stains and visible dirt all over the place, the bathroom was well dirt.
Very Nice & Comfy
Great things to do on the property
Apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean and I felt safe there. Good shuttle transport if you needed it. Nice golf courses.
Extra charges for absolutely everything. Most resorts would include floats for the lazy river and access to mini golf in the price of the accommodation. In addition, the charges for the facilities were extortionate and made us drive off property to access better facilities for cheaper prices. I would say if you’re a golfer, it’s good value for money. If you’re looking for other activities, do some more research as there are loads of other hotels who don’t charge extra for basic things.
Variety of pools. Kid activities. Restaurants. Movie pool nights.
The only thing was the hall way. It is carpet. Smells like foot and damp. Wear your shoes! Helpful to every now and then carpet powder and a good vacuum is need and the smell should go away.
Activities and restaurants. We also enjoyed Mel, he was one of the shuttle bus drivers
That some places seemed to close early
The villa we stayed in was beautiful and very clean. It had all the essentials you would need. The restaurants on property were excellent and so many amenities. Can’t wait to go back. There is a lot to do for the kids, there’s something for everyone. Close to all the parks, restaurants and shopping.
I started to rain. My room bathroom was leaking from the ceiling all over the bathroom toilet also as mentioned in the ad, there is no indoor pool. There is no free breakfast and everything there is super expensive to eat.
I did not like that. There was no indoor pool as they mentioned in the ad and also there was no free breakfast as mentioned in the ad and I did not like that. My bathroom flooded from the ceiling on the fifth floor when it was raining.
We liked the property in itself. The staff we've encountered have been super friendly and accommodating. We liked going to River Island and the lazy river, playing the activities by the pool also the foam party was fun for my son plus the slides were a fun bonus. We liked the little beach area and the ice cream, having the luxury to cook in the room with the kitchen. We also like that We were able to see the Disney fireworks from our room. The room felt very peaceful and had lots of space for us. Location was in proximity of eateries and shopping.
What we didn't like are a few minor things one how long it took the shuttles to come back to back.If one came your way and it wasn't going the destination you were going, you would have to wait additional time until the one that was for you came. The Wi-Fi was free, but it would not work most of the time. We also didn't like that some of the things in our room were a little outdated, like the kitchen area it had stains on the refrigerator the dishwasher looked like it was broken the dishes were not cleaned very well. When we got there it was a little dirty and also the showers are very small. We also didn't like how every single activity had a fee, it seemed like nothing was included with the price except the pools. In River Island, just for the lazy river, you need to pay almost $10 for a wristband if you want to use a tube in the river. If they see that you have not paid for a wristband for a tube and you are caught using one, they will take the tube away from you. Another thing, you couldn't just walk the property is so big that you need to wait for a shuttle if you don't have a car or rent out a golf cart for the stay. Not the property's fault, but in one of the pool areas they had kids running rapid doing inappropriate things to some of the other individuals in the pool area. Lastly, I wish they had an actual business center room, where one can do school work or business work if they forgot their computer, the little computer against the wall in the lobby was not it.
The property was spacious, clean, and nice.
I did not know that I was going to be bullied into a timeshare presentation. If I had known I would never have selected this property. What I didn't realize is that I could have just walked away. They make you go to the counter to get you to sign up while holding your room key hostage. Then charged me $50 when I didn't show up. I hate being pressured when I'm on vacation.
Facilities were good. Location great.
Time share agent was unfriendly because we showed no interest in his offerings. Had to pay to rent cubes for lazy river. Food was also on the expensive side. Was cheaper to eat out at the many nearby restaurants.
Pool facilities food game rooms
Everything was nice
The rooms were very spacious and clean.
I always love to stay on this location
The pool was not maintained. It was a busy holiday but they have trash and food in the pool.
