.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great, the communication and assistance from the staff, the overall facility had many enjoyable points, like tennis court, table tennis, pool, volleyball etc. Apartment was well equipped, it had everything we needed. Big advantage because of the bathroom in every room. Highly recommend and we hope we come back one day.

Spacious, quiet and clean with great outdoor space.

Nothing.

Facilies, location and proximity to airport

All good

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Ancão Gardens. The villa was clean and spacious, the pool quiet and the surrounding gardens beautiful. We had regular contact with the hosts, no request was too much trouble. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Property was excellent, perfect for what we needed.

Good location and very clean

Nothing really it was all really good maybe more coffee capsules and some dish washer tabs would be good.

The property was spacious, clean, comfortable, attractive and quiet. & The gardens and pool area were lovely.

Excellent stay. Very responsive on WhatsApp - replied within a minute every time. Very nice pool. Great for families.

It was our third year returning to Ancão Gardens. We absolutely love it. The staff are amazing and so efficient. The Vila is spotlessly clean and the grounds are so well kept. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Cannot fault the property, facilities are great and in the perfect location to experience the best of the Algarve. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember.

Excellent team looking after the property. Regular contact by the Manager.

Excellent location; stunning property, everything uou could need provided in house; beautiful grounds

Only mild complaint is that the pool is not heated and pretty cold; probably less of an issue in the summer when outside temperatures very hot but they could heat a little; did not want to get in!

Great location, clean, fantastic facilities, villa equipped with everything we needed. Owners were always on hand and communication easy via whats app. We really enjoyed our stay although the pool was very cold in April, could do with being heated in cooler months where there is a chance of cloud and rain.

Pool could be heated in early season months, was too cold for us when the sun wasn't out.

Above and beyond service. They were always available at short notice and even helped us jump start our car when the battery died! The villa was new and really nice, very clean. Beds were comfortable. The garden area was spacious and there was BBQ equipment ready. The grounds were beautiful! Excellent condition tennis court, the whole family played! Big swimming pool, smaller one for little kids. A little football pitch. Surrounded by beautiful nature and birds singing.

The only reason I gave it 9/10 and not 10/10, was because the design of the villas side-by-side meant that you could hear the neighbours talking sometimes. It wasn't a major problem as after 10pm everyone was quiet.

Best experience possible

Beautifully maintained grounds with pool tennis court etc Lovely quiet area Very spacious and well equipped

3 storey not ideal with small kids

Spacious villa with tennis court and swimming pool right outside your gate. Lovely 12 minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous! Excellent service from reception team. Great place for kids - lots of activities on site.

Would have been so helpful if wood/briquettes, fire starters and matches were made available on site for bbq. Nearest supermarket is 7minute drive away (and they had none of the above!) - you need a car to get around.

The beds were very hard and I’d hesitate to stay there again knowing this

Large and spacious villa with everything you need for a great vacation

Spokój. Lokalizacja. Plaża. Czystość. Basen i kort tenisowy na miejscu. Okolica.

Clean, great location, great staff

Villa had everything we needed and the complex itself was quiet and picturesque. We stayed during the first week of October and with temperatures in the mid twenties, we found strolling to/from the beach (with a baby in a pushchair and 2 and a half year old on foot) and along the boardwalk in either direction very pleasant. Pool area too was clean and we usually had it entirely to ourselves in the late afternoon. Staff were easily contacted by WhatsApp both before and during our stay and very helpful in response to all our queries.

As we were planning on a traditional seaside holiday with 2 young children we decided to try to avoid hiring a car. It was doable but we relied on UberEats for grocery shopping as the nearest supermarket was too far for walking.

Well equipped. Stylish

The house was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. We loved the personalised welcome note and biscuits! The staff were extremely helpful and efficient at getting back to you on WhatsApp… thanks Susana! We loved our stay 💖

Nowhere nearby to buy water or grab a lunchtime sandwich

Excellent location, 7 min walk to the beach, very calm

Tudo basicamente.

Deveria haver água quente no chuveiro da piscina.

Excellent, quiet location. Close proximity to a lovely beach. Lovely property and space for family.

The internal doors could be doing with some soft close hinges, they slam quite loudly if any external doors are open. Very minor but would make a difference.

The apartment was so comfortable and was very well presented. We were greeted by a very smiley representative (Susana) who had managed to also have the apartment prepared ahead of the normal check in time. How good was that!!! The area is very quiet and the pool area and gardens are lovely. Would definitely book again.

There was really nothing we didn’t like - the only reason I marked the whole experience down very slightly was because the water in our showers wasn’t overly hot. As it was very hot during our visit cooler showers were fine, but not everyone may think that way.

Very clean. Looked like it had been refurbished in the past few years. Spacious bedrooms Reasonably priced.

On a few occasions, there was no hot water from the shower.

Good location Value Clean

Beds weren’t comfortable Gardeners constantly using noisy machines Only cleaned once in week Walls not very soundproof!

Beautiful villa, very clean and lovely decor. Everything you could need. The pool is very close which is great.

Nothing

Beautiful, well equipped, friendly staff and great location.

The location is perfect, quiet but central enough to get to the main spots and restaurants.

I think it's worthwhile renting a car if staying here as it's a little too far out from a grocery shop etc.

Everything!

Nothing!

Great location, staff are really good, great communication

Beds were a bit hard, but everything else was excellent

Very comfortable house and well equipped. Staff very friendly, provided good info and easy to contact.

Little far from restaurants / shops etc but easy to get an Uber / drive

the location is very nice, rooms are clean, nice bathrooms, pretty much everything was very nice. the hosts are amazing, very helpful and very responsive.

maybe they could add some area with a pull up bar and some outdoor gym equipment

Exceptionally helpful staff, very efficient check in, and very well maintained villa and grounds.

their attention to detail, their service, their attendances, you asked they delivered , going back again next summer

loved everything

Location was great, communication was easy, facilities were amazing. We spend a great holiday.

This was a lovely house, the hosts were fabulous. Very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean and cleaned again part way through our stay. It was nice and quiet. The pool area and tennis court were in great condition. The gardens were fabulous. So much so that I sought out the gardener to thank him for taking so much care of the place. It was only a ten minute walk to the beach. We were surrounded by a nature reserve. My only concern was the abandoned building at the top of the street which had numerous smashed windows. This made me wonder who could be hanging about at night. Whilst there were sun loungers at the pool there were non at the property which would have been useful.

The villa was fantastic, well equipped and perfectly located close to the pool. The staff were very attentive and provided us useful information prior to arrival so we could get checked in quickly and easily.

Everything was as expected and we had no issues at all.

Very nice property in fabulous area

Very clean spacious good facilities

Needs 2 more small armchairs in lounge, these are needed as the apartment can accommodate 8 people and only seating for 5. This would also give it a less austere feel. The kitchen could also be improved.

I highly recommend staying at Ancao Gardens. I was there with my family in February 2025. The villas have everything you need, even for a large family. In addition, they are located next to a beautiful garden. February: peace and quiet and lots of sunshine. Very friendly service, the house was beautifully cleaned and prepared for our arrival. I dream of going back there one day.

Great location

The place had great facilities, pool tennis courts etc and we all had fun

Great location to a beautiful beach and short walks to beach bars. Very clean and spacious The staff were incredible and very accommodating

Simply a non heated pool, honestly would always pay slightly more for a heated pool off season.

The villa was very spacious and beautifully furnished with lots of crockery and cutlery. It was a perfect location for an adult family group visiting Quinta de Lago to attend a wedding. The 3 en-suite bedrooms were spacious and the outside balcony had a lovely view of the gardens where the pool was located. The villa was also very clean and was cleaned during our stay . Support staff were friendly and efficient. Short walk to a beautiful beach.

Nothing

Beautiful resort complex. Multi-level apartment with well equipped kitchen, including washer. Too cool to use pool while there, but it was very nice. The surrounding area is very upscale, including restaurants. Good central location for visiting the Algarve.

Nothing.
