Told not to drink the tap water but they charge for bottled water. Apparently that's not illegal in Italy.... But i kind of think drinking water is a basic right in a hotel? Staff were very helpful and the place was clean. Very convenient position. Basic accommodation

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Die Via Etna zählt zu den Hauptstraßen in Catania und ist zu jeder Tageszeit interessant mit zahlreichen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants und dem spektakulären Piazza del Duomo.
Kein Safe, Shampoo und Duschgel gibt es nur in schwer aufzureißenden Einweg-Packungen. Es gibt vier Schlüssel statt einer Zimmer- bzw. Hotelkarte. Der Bewegungmelder, der eigentlich das Licht im Flur anschalten soll, reagiert erst nach 5m.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The room was very spacious, the staff was extremely friendly. The location is perfect and convenient. It has a working FC, the bed was relatively comfortable.
It is a bit difficult to find it in the first place. You have to get past 3 doors to get to the reception. Once you find it and they give you the keys it is a no brainer.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Buena relación precio-calidad. Habitaciones MUY amplias (nos hospedamos en Suite y en habitacion triple). Personal amable. Buena ubicacion (a 10 minutos a pie del Duomo). Hotel ubicado en Via Etnea, 1er piso por ascensor. El personal de recepcion solo está presente de 7 a 19 hs.
Las camas no son tan cómodas, y son algo ruidosas. El ascensor es algo incómodo (así y todo, útil).

Letto non era matrimoniale come avevamo chiesto ma solo 2 materassi singoli che si aprivano mentre dormivi scomidissimo, schermo non era smart tv non abbiamo potuto vedere netflix,, ascensore vintage inadeguato degli anni 60 si è staccata 1 sbarra della porta ascensore quasi rimasti bloccati dentro pericoloso usare ascensore

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum na głównej ulicy. Mimo takiej lokalizacji nie było w ogóle głośno w pokoju. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju i zmiana ręczników.
Widać że pokój nie jest „pierwszej świeżości”. W oczy rzucają się obdarte ściany, zacinające się stare drzwi na balkon i stary prysznic z zaciekami. Ale poza tymi oznakami starości, pokój był czysty i codziennie sprzątany.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Idéalement placé dans une des rues principales, semi-pietonne, donc peu bruyante. Situé au deuxième étage, il est un peu caché au milieu de vitrines commerçantes. La chambre est grande, dans le style ancien de l'immeuble.
Le système de sanibroyeur laisse échapper quelques odeurs, vite atténuées par la vmcb.

The Suite was large but not much in it, TV was to small no tea & coffee toilet smells everything you flush it, The lift needs to be updated as you know if lazy guests don't shut door's it won't work.

Alguns hóspedes, de origem africana, estavam fazendo muito barulho em uma das salas do hotel, com conversas altas e bagunça. Isso foi até tarde da madrugada e atrapalhou o meu sono. Não houve atuação do hotel para conter esses hóspedes barulhentos.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Camera ampia e comoda. Ottima posizione, in via Etnea, lunga ed elegante strada di shopping e passeggio, ricca di locali e ristoranti. L'albergo si trova a una decina di minuti dall'inizio della via, in piazza Duomo. Lo staff mi ha chiamato qualche giorno prima (e il giorno stesso) per conoscere l'orario di arrivo, visto che la reception chiude alle 18. Mi è sembrato un segno di attenzione.
Per raggiungere la camera bisogna passare per quattro ingressi (portone sulla strada, portone nell'androne, porta sul pianerottolo, porta della camera).

Reviewed May 7, 2026Ik kreeg een gratis upgrade waardoor ik in de suite belande. De communicatie met het hotel was perfect (ik had een late check in maar dat was geen probleem, er werd zeer duidelijk uitgelegd hoe ik aan sleutel kwam) De ligging in het centrum
In het gebouw zelf was het even zoeken waar het hotel zat.

j'avais une chambre qui donnait sur la rue principale, très bruyante, je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la fenêtre. Je ne sais pas si la douche a été bien nettoyée, car un petit morceau de papier est resté pendant tout le séjour

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Ich hab genau das bekommen, was ich bestellt habe. Ich war sehr glueklich, dass ich ein Zimmer im Innenhof bekommen habe, somit war kein Thema mit Laerm. Es gab kein Laern, es war ruhig. Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen. Der Chef ist auch ok, ganz netter Tuep

No es culpa del alojamiento, pero por las noches, al no haber nadie en recepción, muchos huéspedes hacen ruido, entran de madrugada haciendo jaleo… y te despiertan. Sé que no es culpa del alojamiento, pero tendrían que encontrar alguna manera de controlar eso.
