Especially the ''terrace'' was really filthy. If description mentions terrace I was expecting a terrace of some sort. This one is caged 2 by 2 meter outdoor room with wire mesh to keep the pigeons out.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Se dovete fare sosta a Catania (noi solo x 1 notte) questa struttura è TOP ! La zona è Ottima, parcheggi ce ne sono sia a pagamento che liberi sia garage nelle vie intorno. Staff cordiale, preciso, professionale e competente. Camera quadrupla davvero spaziosa, (fresca anche con poca aria condizionata) atmosfera di palazzo storico, soffitti alti e dipinti. Pulizia niente da dire Buonissima la colazione e gentili le ragazze. Esci dal portone nella via principale, fai 50 mt e sei nel corso storico di Catania.

Frigo e condizionatore troppo rumoroso,il frigo l’ho staccato di notte il condizionatore non ne ho potuto fare a meno visto le temperature troppo elevate.

Le camere e la struttura vecchie, usurate e sporche Le camere buie le luci interne insufficienti. Il bagno vecchio,il piatto doccia della camera singola sporco . Ho provato ad aprire una finestra ed a parte la sporcizia dei vetri e delle tende era tutto coperto da impalcature adiacenti. Pessimo. La colazione abbastanza varia ma servita in una stanzetta, caldissima senza aria condizionata tavoli non apparecchiati, e tutto molto disordinato . Una sola persona a gestire le colazioni senza che alcuno che si occupasse, della pulizia e sbarazzo dei tavoli. DA EVITARE

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The location is perfect for exploring the city; a public park at the end of the road, Filomena district with loads of great restaurants a 2 minute walk away, and Via Etnea round the corner. The staff were really kind. Beds were comfy. It was very difficult allover Catania to get a taxi to the airport with the Etna eruption, but the receptionist Diana found one for us, which we really appreciated!
We had a few small problems with one of the rooms we booked, but the staff fixed these when asked and offered us a complementary breakfast. I think small things being missed was partly a result of the hotel being full (Etna eruption) and it being Ferragosto so maybe less staff than normal. Nothing too bad, we’d stay again at a less busy time!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The breakfast was good. It wasn't very extensive, but it had everything we needed and was perfectly adequate. The location was convenient, and overall the room was comfortable and clean.
The refrigerator in the room didn't cool properly during our stay. There was no safe in the room, and no duvet covers or proper bedding for the blankets, which made sleeping less comfortable. These are small details, but they would improve the overall experience.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Персонал отличный, номер обычный, месторасположение недалеко от центра города в пешей доступности, завтраки разнообразные вкусные, есть столики во дворе на улице , парковка хоть и не внушала доверия но даже при открытой ночью машине все вещи остались в сохранности (20 евро в сутки). Рядом много кафе и ресторанов и магазинчиков
У нас был номер на втором этаже (cutelli) , окна выходили на центральную улицу, с самого утра шум невероятный, невозможно спать. Еще на лестницах, в лифте и в ресторане очень душно(…лифт маленький (с трудом помешается два человека и два чемодана) и надо закрывать еще все двери в нем, иначе не поедет. И возле нашего номера висел домофон, который целый день звонил так громко, что казалось что это в номере звонит телефон.

La camera davvero molto piccola, non sapevamo dove mettere le valigie. Ma soprattutto consiglierei maggiore attenzione alla pulizia della zona colazione, soprattutto il terrazzino molto carino, era sporchissimo, nessuno veniva a ritirare i piatti sporchi,, davvero un peccato, basterebbe poco.

Настаняването - персоналът беше намръщен. Пристигнахме само 10 минути пред обявения час за настаняване и ни обясниха, че трябва да изчакаме, а бързахме за други ангажименти. Оставихме багажа и се върнахме по- късно за настаняване, за което отново трябваше да даваме документи за самоличност и събирането на лично данни. Дадоха ми грешен ключ за стая и не ми обърнаха достатъчно внимание за този проблем - трябваше на два пъти да се обяснявам. Обзавеждането е доста старо и овехтяло.

They answered all of our questions before our arrival and arranged transportation from the airport to the accommodation. Since we arrived after midnight, they made sure we had a transfer waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, and made us feel very safe. The breakfast was excellent.

Assenza di oscuranti alle finestre. Al mattino entra luce che non consente di svegliarsi tardi. Inoltre proviene molto rumore dal corridoio e dalla sala colazione, con ospiti che parlano a voce alta (alle 6.30/7.00 del mattino). In camera frigobar molto rumoroso durante la notte. Letto con lenzuola appuntate male.

La habitación y el baño eran amplios y espaciosos. Buen armario y silencio para descansar. La cama cómoda. Everything went well. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, as everything is relatively close since it's in the city center. The room and bathroom were spacious and roomy. There was a good wardrobe, and it was quiet for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable.

W bufecie były już resztki potraw i produktów, sytuacje uratowały świeże croissanty. Zdecydowanie hotel na jedną noc.

La chambre aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement. Et la décoration était assez médiocre.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026La struttura ha problemi di mantenimento della pressione dell'acqua per cui, durante una doccia, si passa da una fase di rischio "lessatura" ad una repentina "doccia scozzese" il che, come facilmente intuibile, non è il massimo... Inoltre, il letto è stato fatto giusto tirando su le lenzuola mentre quella di sotto non è stata minimamente toccata...

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Besonders gut hat uns das schöne Zimmer mit den aussergewöhnlich hohen Decken und der stilvollen Einrichtung gefallen. Auch das vielfältige Frühstück sowie der Service sind sehr gut. Wichtig war uns zudem eine Parkmöglichkeit - um die Ecke ist ein bewachter Parkplatz, nicht der vertrauenswürdigste Ort der Welt, aber es hat gut funktioniert.
