Very soft mattress, comfortable. Good size room. Great shower pressure and good sized bathroom. Very clean. Microwave, stove top, fridge. Nice decor.

It was a cold night on our arrival. The office had just closed and apologisingly we had to have the manager come down from his home above office to check us in. When got to room, sadly the heat pump wouldn’t work. It took 20mins and a very helpful neighbouring guest to work it out. He let us know that the manager had theirs on on arrival, and as said, we arrived a bit late after booking an hour before on our travels so no complaints with manager… just an annoying thing to happen after travelling and just how cold it was! Oh… and the kids playing nextdoor in backyard of their home (behind our room) first thing in morning, playing loud… doing what kids do. So can’t say it was a quiet stay as your question also asked.

Unit was superb, especially loved all the details that made it feel extra cared for - pen & notepaper; florals, special way towels were folded, easy to follow TV remote instructions, artwork.

Parking is in a courtyard fashion, so close to other units. As we knew we needed to be in and out a lot after 10pm, we let hosts know and they quickly sorted a great solution and gave us a spare park in front of Lodge, so we could move freely without disturbing other units etc. It was perfect!

Overall it was a clean room, good location, friendly staff, shower pressure (when on mist) was good.

The carpets weren't cleaned very well as you could see hair everywhere. Not much of a negative - more a preference but the bed was too soft for my liking. Again, not really a negative - just an FYI for others. The driveway is slightly steeper, so if you have a lower car your front bumper will scrape.

Nice clean unit with Queen bed. Room was small and the connecting door wasn't locked thru to other people. Gave us and their dog a shock. (Cleaners fault.)

Seeing dog poohs ( big ones ) on the front lawn for 2 days. The noise level in unit 2 from the heavy articulated trucks going by is disconcerting. Even the foundations shake! Can remove it by keeping all windows shut at night.(Impossible on hot nights.)

Very clean, comfy bed. Hosts were very friendly. Needed to change our booking and it was not a problem at all. Att we nation to detail made the room feel very comfy and relaxed.

The road is a little busy, but that's no problem.

I was impressed with how clean the room was excellent value for money, very close to town centre, no noise experienced from the road even though on main road, and owners were very approachable

My soft uncomfortable bed vibrated when trucks passed 😠, they were so close. The bed was similar to a soft hammock and the room was on the main road and really noisy. The woman at the desk said she would organize a board to go under the mattress. It never happened and the male person on reception the next day gave me a Goldilocks story? Too soft too hard we can’t please everyone ? Really??? Two days later the place was virtually empty and they never considered moving us to a quieter room? We were there 5 days and the room was serviced twice and I had to ask for the second service. Really average stuff.

We were just spending the night to go to a family party. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything we wanted for a good nights sleep and a shower in the morning.

We forget a couple of items. Staff called us and we arranged for pickup. Good service!
