Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Wir sind Nachts im Hotel angekommen - weit und breit kein Parkplatz. Das Hotel selbst bietet keinen Parkplatz an, weshalb wir ca. 1 Stunde einen Parkplatz gesucht haben & letztendlich am Kreisverkehr in einer kleinen Bucht noch ein Platz gefunden haben. Selbst Anwohner meinten, man hat abends keine Chance mehr auf einen Parkplatz. Das Badezimmer war voller Schimmel, von der Decke hingen schon Fäden runter. Die Türe war von Innen und Außen verschimmelt, die Dusche war nicht ordentlich geputzt und nicht ganz intakt (abgeplatzt Verdichtung am Boden etc.). Das Schlafzimmer war okay und eigentlich sauber. Wir waren froh, nach einer Nacht wieder abreisen zu dürfen.

Le camere hanno bisogno di una urgente ristrutturazione. A fronte degli spazi comuni, grandi e confortevoli, le camere sono datate e trascurate sia nella pulizia che nell'aspetto in quanto si notano interventi di ristrutturazione non troppo estetici.

Great staff super nice and helpful especially on the last day, it was pouring rain and early morning and they gave us an umbrella for free. Also breakfast was amazing every day and that whole part was lovely.

The air conditioning couldn't keep up; both the bathroom and the room were dirty, and there was no towel rack. The place was poorly maintained; there was a sliding door between the bathroom and the room that didn't seal properly—leaving a 1–2 cm gap between the door and the wall—so you could see into the bathroom from the room and hear everything, which was quite unpleasant, especially since we had a child with us. There were two light bulbs hanging from exposed wires; a repairman came the next day to fix them, but in the meantime, we had to be extremely careful to ensure our child didn't touch them. The repairs were shoddy.

lo mejor es su personal muy amable y siempre disponible. El desayuno es muy bueno. Tiene unos detalles muy amables como prestar sombrillas, toallas, la consigna y dejarte duchar el día del check out.

El aire acondicionado es ruidoso, entra luz del pasillo por la noche y el baño es incómodo.

El desayuno era muy variado y estaba todo muy bueno. El personal fue muy muy amable. Me encanto que te dejasen toallas para la playa, sombrillas y guardar las maletas tras el check-out. El hotel era muy tranquilo, no se escuchaban apenas ruidos. Es muy acogedor.

Las almohadas eran un poco finas

ottima colazione anche se non tanto varia da giorno in giorno. ottimo personale accogliente e disponibile. bello il fatto che ci sia la piscina con la possibilità anche di avere teli e farsi una doccia dopo il check out. ottimo ed economico il servizio cena a buffet. ottima posizione, soprattutto se non si ha la macchina e si devono utilizzare i mezzi. ottimi prezzi al bar. punti bonus per: condizionatore, posizione, staff, deposito bagagli, asciugami in dotazione per la spiaggia.

ci è stato detto di portare un calice di vino e una bottiglia di birra in camera, queste però sono state tolto solo dopo 4 giorni. La pulizia é un punto a sfavore, il pavimento della camera non è mai stato pulito. La doccia purtroppo non aveva una tenda e il bagno si continuava ad allagare.

Nos gustó que nos explicarán muy bien todo acerca del hotel, las chicas de recepción. El horario de piscina esta súper bien hasta las 21:00 y el precio cena genial.

El baño super pequeño casi tenías que saltar el váter para acceder a la ducha y la puerta está por romperse de lo vieja que está luego cuando te duchabas todo el agua se salia porque no tenia puerta a un lado etc y las mantas super viejas, no tenían neverita. La almohadas super gastadas parecía una lengua, el televisor no encendía , podria poner más cosas vaya.

El personal lo mejor, súper amables y muy atentos, nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora lo cual se lo agradecimos muchísimo.

El baño muy pequeño y viejete, la cisterna funcionaba mal. Y que no hay nevera en la habitación. Y faltan enchufes.

Świetna lokalizacja, można uniknąć tłumu a jednocześnie blisko do restauracji czy plaży, zaraz obok jest przystanek autobusowy z którego dojedzie się praktycznie wszędzie ( nawet na plażę Sony Veri) Pani w jasnych włosach świetnie mówi po angielsku czy niemiecku, nie było żadnego problemu z personelem, czysto, pokój dostosowany do potrzeb, dobre śniadanie, szczerze nie ma się o co przyczepić, miło wspominamy i na pewno wrócimy :)

O pequeno almoço tinha pouca variedade e maioria era comidas quentes o q é Ok porque depende de cada gosto mas tinhas pouca coisas para as pessoas que nao comam comida quente logo demanha.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν κοντά στο κέντρο. Ευγενικό προσωπικό και καλές τιμές στο μπαρ. Το πρωινο είχε βασικες επιλογές και ήταν οκ για τα χρήματα του. Το θετικό ήταν ότι μπορούσες να πάρεις τον καφέ στο δωμάτιο και να τον πιεις με την ησυχία σου

Το δωμάτιο δεν ανταποκρινόταν στις φωτογραφίες. Δεν υπήρχε κλειστή ντουλαπα, αλλά ένα άνοιγμα στον τοίχο με κρεμάστρες. Η τηλεόραση βρισκόταν σε άβολο σημείο. Τα έπιπλα του δωματίου ήταν παλιά και φθαρμένα, ενώ το μπάνιο γέμιζε συνέχεια νερά από το ντουζ, γιατί δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα. Κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ και μας άλλαζαν απλά πετσέτες και άδειαζαν τον κάδο. Στο μπαλκόνι είναι αδύνατο να καθησεις γιατί είναι βρωμικο. Γενικά το δωμάτιο έβγαζε μια εικόνα εγκατάλειψης και βρωμιας. Η ηχομόνωση ήταν κακη και μπορούσες να ακούσεις τα πάντα, ενώ αρκετοί επισκέπτες ήταν ασεβείς προς τους υπόλοιπους. Συγκεκριμένα, υπήρχε παρεα μεθυσμένων που φωνασκούσανε, εκλαναν και ρευόταν στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους του μπαρ, ενοχλώντας τους υπόλοιπους. Γενικά το ότι ένα ξενοδοχείο είναι οικονομικό, δεν σημαίνει ότι πρέπει να είναι βρωμικο ή κακοσυντηρημένο.

Not the best beds – they were very squeaky, and you could hear other people moving around in their beds in the other rooms. Also, the sink was clogged, so the water wasn’t draining properly.

Das Hotel war super gelegen, nah am Strand, Restaurants und Busstationen. Frühstück für 6€ p.P. war auch super, verschiedene Brot/Brötchen, Säfte, Aufschnitt, Obst, Joghurt, warmes Buffet usw. Perfekt. Alles war sauber, es gab einen kleinen Pool und die Barpreise für Getränke waren auch sehr günstig.

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, wenn jemand im Flur sich unterhält hört man alles.

Schöne günstige Unterkunft, perfekt für den Ballermann Urlaub

Die Betten könnten etwas bequemer/ besser sein.

There was a lot of very different and tasty dishes.

Bezproblemowe zameldowanie - elastyczne godziny. Lobby super + zaopatrzenie i przystępne ceny w lobby hotelowym. Śniadanie w stylu szwedzkiego stołu - duży wybór dań i napoi. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu, skorzystania z toalet i prysznica nawet po wymeldowaniu.

Widać upływ czasu w w pokojach hotelowych jak i w całym budynku - ale stosunek jakości do ceny jak najbardziej na plus.

Gar nichts! Waren total enttäuscht

Wir wurden ohne Vorankündigung bei Ankunft wieder weggeschickt, da die Unterkunft wohl überbucht war. Die Frau an der Rezwption sagte wir hätten doch sicher Bescheid bekommen, das stimmte aber nicht. Ich habe extra noch nachgeschaut. Wir mussten mit dem gesamten Gepäck zu einer uns zugewiesenen Unterkunft, die einen Stern mehr habe weitergeschickt, was gar nicht stimmte. Costa Mediteraneo hat das Hotel dann geheißen wo wir dann untergebracht wurden. Es war gefühlt eine Besenkammer. Und es war ein richtig modriges altes Zimmer. Wir haben so gut wie nichts ausgepackt und gehofft dass die Nacht schnell vorbeigeht. Haben auf unserem Handtuch im Bett geschlafen.

Uns hat, im großen und ganzen alles sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber, das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und das Essen war lecker. Die Preise in der Hauseigenen Bar und die Auswahl waren auch gut. Wenn wir nochmal nach Mallorca fliegen, wollen wir hier wieder übernachten.

Nur eine Sache, in der Dusche hat eine vierte Wand oder ein Duschvorhang gefehlt. Dadurch sind der Boden und die Toilette beim Duschen, immer ziemlich nass geworden. Dies haben wir aber vor Ort schon angesprochen, es wurde freundlich darauf reagiert und es wurde dem Haustechniker bescheid gegeben.

O quarto estava limpo e era perto da praia. As rececionistas eram muito simpáticas. O quarto era limpo todos os dias e tínhamos toalhas novas.

O pequeno-almoço era limitado, mas razoável. Já o jantar, era terrível. Havia apenas 2 opções e nenhuma de jeito. A zona também é bastante suja e não tem um ambiente muito bom. A praia lá perto não é das melhores mas é aceitável.

Reasonable hotel with all basic facilities. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked clean and not crowded. Breakfast was sufficiently diverse

Dinner is poorer in choices than the breakfast. The furniture is old and needs an update. It was more expensive than another better hotel we stayed at in the same region

Great value. Staff are really friendly. It’s 2 star and proud of it. Nothing fancy but it is good value, price is good and prices in the bar are excellent. Short walk from Aqualand bus stop from the airport. Them minutes to beach.

It was hot but inside but not really an issue

As a lone lady, I found it a bit far from facilities and beach etc. Arrived at night and bus driver not helpful. Had a 10 mins walk to hotel in the dark. Also, for 1st evening and night, no water!! Not hotels fault.

Hätte sauberer sein können aber für den Zweck der Reise ok.

La camera non è stat pulita per ben 8 giorni nonostante richiami e richieste alla reception. Non veniva pulito il pavimento, né cambiate le lenzuola. L’unica cosa era togliere asciugamani sporchi a terra, per il resto dovevamo chiedere noi l’asciugamano. Solo l’ultimo giorno ci siamo ritrovati il letto rifatto ma con le stesse lenzuola

The breakfast had a large selection (hot food, fruit, pastries, cereal)

They overbooked the hotel we booked, so we got sent a 5 min walk away to another hotel. Accidents happen I suppose, and we were only staying 1 night here. Next event was unacceptable - the night receptionist was having trouble checking us in due to the hotel change, and he refused to let us check in without leaving our passports with him. He said to come back at 7am when the day receptionist comes in to sort out whatever system problems he was having. If it was not 2am in the morning when we were checking in, we would have found a new hotel to stay at. Demanding guests to hand over their passports is illegal and unacceptable, and this must not be allowed to ever happen. The day receptionist was very sympathetic for us, so hopefully a big lesson was learnt.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, pokój raczej skromny ale wystarczający i obsługa codziennie dawała nowe ręczniki. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i duży wybór. Ogólnie jak na budżetowy hotel to polecam ;)

Na minus cienkie ściany, często było słychać ludzi w pokoju obok czy na korytarzu w nocy co przeszkadzało oraz łóżka skrzypiały straszny przy każdym ruchu.

Чудовий готель, неподалік від моря (12–15 хв), тихе місце, турботливе ставлення до гостей. Можливість безкоштовно взяти на рецепції пляжні рушники та парасольки. Дуже смачний сніданок - досить великий вибір страв. Приємна ціна за вечерю, теж не менш смачну. Дуже ввічливий персонал на рецепції. Також на території готелю розташований басейн. Є бажання повернутися сюди знову. Рекомендую.

Шумоізоляція бажає бути кращою, але частково це ще залежить від сусідів.

La limpieza de las habitaciones y la comodidad para dormir. El bar de la piscina bastante barato

Entraba luz por la mañana porque las cortinas no tapaban apenas. Las cenas que pedimos media pensión eran pésimas, había 4 platos y de postre uno. Cuando se acababa un plato más elaborado tocaba arroz blanco, a veces ni tomate. Hubo una noche que pedimos la cena para después y se les olvidó, con suerte otro día si que lo tuvieron pero era del día anterior. En los 4 días que estuvimos allí no vimos pechugas de pollo ni cerdo para cenar, todo "vaca" El desayuno el mismo todos los días, ni tomate rayado había, colacao ni olerlo, chocolate de máquina Por no hablar de que estabas desayunando y te quedabas sin platos o vasos limpios ... No soy celiaca, pero el apartado de sin gluten inexistente, 4 galletas. La entrada a las 15h. La verdad que para tener dos estrellas, deja mucho que desear. Coincidimos con algunos huéspedes de la península y corroboraban, lo que pasa es que la mayoría eran de fuera de España, es una zona muy turística y juvenil. La zona es cara, y es entendible, pero por 100€ más había otros hoteles de mayor categoría en esa zona. La habitación era bastante vieja, el colchón cómodo pero la bañera era de cuando se inauguró el primer hotel y no tengo dudas. Por haber no hay ni teléfono para llamar al alojamiento...

Mă așteptam la ceva mai mult confort, iar mirosul din cameră nu a fost unul deloc plăcut, spațiul dintre ușă și podea era destul de mare, se auzea absolut orice sunet de afară.

El hotel no está cuidado. El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones es pésimo. Cuando entramos ya había pelos en el baño y en las camas. Además, muchos chicos jóvenes se ponían a beber cerveza dentro de la piscina, lo que generó que algún botellín de cristal se rompiera y estuvieran los cristales más de un día desperdigados por el suelo de la piscina y el césped de la misma. Nadie los retiró. No existe un cumplimiento de normas aunque estén en un cartel y nadie observa su incumplimiento.

Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son súper amables, es un hotel que ha cambiado de dueño hace 3 años y lo están cambiando por completo y los cambios cuestan. Buen hotel y personal muy amable.

J'ai apprécié la piscine. L'emplacement, la réception où sont installés des canapés, hôtel joli, bar sympa et peu cher par rapport aux alentours.

La literie est très dure. Pas de prise au lit et surtout pas de pression dans la douche.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request quickly and professionally. Their kindness and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was always clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided every day, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food, and we looked forward to it every morning. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the excellent service after check-out. If you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage in the storage room, spend more time at the beach, and later use the shower before heading to the airport. This level of care is something we have never experienced in any other hotel. We have stayed in many hotels, but we have never experienced this level of service and genuine care for guests before. We truly believe this hotel deserves another star. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back!😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und der Service TOP! Die Getränke an der Bar super leistbar, der Pool war mega, die Zimmer waren sauber und extrem ausreichend und das Frühstück war so viel besser und vielfältiger als wir uns das von einem 2Stern Hotel erwartet hatten. Und das zu einem wirklich fairen Preis! Außerdem hat man absolut nichts von lauten Partygästen mitbekommen! Perfekt für einen entspannten (Ballermann)Urlaub!

Ми були в цьому помешканні чотири дні , нам все сподобалось. Був балкон , кондиціонер , поряд автобусна зупинка , і можна доїхати як до Пальми, аеропорту так і на інші пляжі острова . Приємний персонал , є сніданки та вечеря .

Wir waren beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, ob an der Rezeption, im Bereich Küche oder Technik. Diese Freundlichkeit und Hilfbereitschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Nochmals Danke! Zusätzlich dazu hat uns gefalln, dass es einen Pool und einen netten Poolbereich gab, eine schöne Bar mit sehr fairen Preisen und inkludiertes Frühstück. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz und auch für Mutter und (jugendliches:)) Kind gut am Abend machbar.

Das Hotel ist älter und ein paar Dinge werden repariert werden müssen. Aber uns hat dies nicht gestört.

Para ser un hotel 2 estrellas esta muy bien. Muy bien de precio. Cerca de todo. Autobuses al centro y al aeropuerto muy cerca. El puerto y la playa a 10 min caminando. El personal es muy amable, ayudan en todo y se nota la excelente organización. Instalaciones reformadas.

Lo único negativo es que no hay aire acondicionado en el hall y con la ola de calor se hace un poco pesado. Lo demás fué perfecto.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, a nawet lepiej. Jak na hotel 2gwiazdkowy mogę powiedzieć że lepiej niż zakładaliśmy. Całodobowa recepcja, bar działający do północy ze świetnymi cenami. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z hotelem. Pyszne śniadanie. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni!

Rzeczywiście jest dosyć głośno i słychać dźwięki z korytarza

Es un hotel para adolescentes, No hay frigorífico en la habitación ni aire acondicionado en el comedor. En el desayuno había poca variedad.

Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast very good value, bar very good value. Rooms good for a budget hotel. Shower head was broken, reported that morning and it was fixed by the time we had returned.
