Gute Lage, nicht zu weit zum Flughafen weg. Sehr ruhiges Hotel, freundliches Personal.

A szállás szuper helyen volt, közel a parthoz, buszmegállókhoz. A reggeli finom és bőséges. Nagyon jól ki van találva, hogy 13:30-ig lehet menni enni. A szoba kilátás a tengerre nagyon szép. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész mindenben.

Ottimo hotel. Posizione comoda per raggiungere ogni parte dell’isola, unica pecca la zona un po’ degradata. La camera ha tutto ciò che serve, non c’è aspiratore in bagno ma non è stato necessario. È presente aria condizionata, phon, frigo (che fredda molto, ed è utilissimo) e saponi. Pulizia ottima. Colazione abbondante (prevalentemente salata, ma anche dolce). Difficile trovare parcheggio, ma a pochi metri è presente un enorme parcheggio gratis, sterrato e mal messo, ma meglio di niente.

Migliorerei la questione ascensori, troppo piccoli e non tutti funzionanti, ma niente di insuperabile. Aggiungerei uno stendino in balcone.

L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques linutes de marche de la plage, le hôtel dispose aussi d'une superbe piscine extérieure. La chambre est très adéquate et le buffet (petit déjeuner et brunch) est hyper complet et très bon. Nous avions eu un petit malentendu au check in maus le personnel a été très agréable et bienveillant.

Zimmer waren soweit sauer. Essen war eine sehr große und abwechslungsreiche Auswah Bei defekter Klimaanlage kam direkt Monteur Auch nach Frage Handtücher ausreichend bekommen

Etwas viele Bierdosen vor der Türe die lange da standen. Aber wirklich gestört hat es mich nicht Aufzüge waren leider 9ft mit langen Warten verbunden

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut, und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Es gab keine größeren Probleme. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

La nuisance sonore quotidienne la nuit. Le manque de professionnalisme à venir nous réclamer un complément de facture alors que tout as été payé en espèce et bizarrement il manquait 100€.

Abbiamo avuto un grosso disagio con gli ascensori poiché su 3 ascensori solo 1 funzionava e per 2 giorni erano tutti e 3 fuori servizio (noi eravamo al settimo piano). Il sevizio lavanderia aveva lo stesso problema, su 2 lavatrici solo 1 funzionante. La colazione era uguale tutti i giorni. La camera grande il gusto, ma il bagno inguardabile con la tendina piena di muffa.

Sehr alt, gehört sehr viel erneuert, stinkender Geruch überhaupt beim Frühstück sehr unangenehm, die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel sehr mangelhaft, in den Zimmern befinden sich Kakerlaken, im WC Haare usw.

The downstairs and pool area was nice and the brunch was nice. I asked for a double room and they gave me two single beds.

I know this isn’t the property’s fault but I wouldn’t recommend staying in this area it’s so rough and dangerous.

Il primo giorno, non sapevo di dover fare io stesso il checkin, sono entrata io con mia figlia stanca dal viaggio e volevo entrare subito in camera per farla dormire tempo che arrivava il mio compagno e sono stata un po’ di tempo in piedi davanti alla reception con nessuno dei 3 receptionist che mi faceva il check in, a un certo punto forse gli facevo pena e me lo hanno fatto. Il pavimento in camera il primo giorno non era pulitissimo Il nonostante sia comoda lidea del brunch non ce molta verieta

Localização muito boa, restaurantes perto e os funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel é bom e o café da manhã é muito bom, com variedade. O fato do café ser servido até às 13:30 foi excelente. O frigobar no quarto também é bastante conveniente.

Não são problemas, seriam mais recomendações: A área do chuveiro vaza água para fora, molhando o banheiro inteiro. Mesmo tentando evitar, isso acontecia. O café (apenas a bebida) não era muito bom, mas ainda bem que tinha uma máquina de café da Nescafé onde pudemos comprar um café agradável no piso térreo. Outra coisa que poderiam melhorar é a temperatura do ar-condicionado, que estava limitada a 23 graus, além de ser bastante barulhento. Muitas vezes fazia calor, principalmente durante o período de sol no quarto, e queríamos reduzir a temperatura, mas estava limitada a 23 graus.

The staff made everyone queue to check-in - took them 30 minutes per person. They never mentioned to anyone that you can check-in using machines in 5 minutes. I checked-in with a machine after waiting almost 2 hours, then went to collect my room card about 10 minutes later after no instructions on how to do so - the front desk pointed out I needed the second receipt I had left in the machine - they knew the receipt was there and waited till I asked before mentioning it. The staff then kept the receipt, and now once home I need to claim expenses for airline refund, but I don't have a receipt, the hotel won't respond to messages, and the phone line is only in spanish. Appalling service. Never ever go there - I got mite bites all over my legs the day after.

Brunch until 1:30pm was a winner! Great selection of food. Rooms were clean and functional with comfortable beds.

The staff at reception were lovely but can be a bit slow, the decor and the breakfast area are nice. Hotel would be fine for a few nights but wouldn’t stay for a week

The beds were rock solid, we had a leak at 5:30 in the morning which woke us up. The pool area is only small. The area of arenal is predominately German and Dutch so wouldn’t recommend the area if you are British etc

Bei der Pool Anlage müsste man die Sitzauflagen erneuern, diese riechen etwas unangenehm Das Badezimmer war leider sehr schimmelig vorallem im Bereich der Dusche Bei den Betten riechen die Decken unangenehm, leider fehlen auch leichte Vorhänge für etwas mehr Helligkeit wenn man nicht immer das Licht anmachen möchte bzw. Die schweren Vorhänge auf macht, dann kann man sich immer gegenseitig in die Zimmer schauen

Non disponibilità di parcheggio per l'auto. La pulizia della camera e degli ambienti comuni può migliorare. Complessivamente però soggiorno consigliato per la sua comodità.

Petit souci de canalisation mais cela a été très vite pris en charge. Deux cafards dans notre chambre. Cheveux retrouvés dans les draps et quelques taches.

Las camas no eran muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado llegaba justo a la cara mientras uno dormía. El lugar tenía muchas habitaciones, sin embargo, sólo habían dos ascensores funcionando. Muchas veces tuve que subir y bajar por escaleras hasta el piso 8.

Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, genauso wie der Pool, Betten entweder so durchgelegen und das andere sehr hart. Balkon zeigt Risse, man fühlt sich nicht sehr sicher. Aufzüge waren mehrmals ausser Betrieb. Frühstück am Abreisetag nicht verfügbar um 7.00 uhr. Was ärgerlich ist, wenn man dann den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Viel zu wenig Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool. Safe defekt. Keine Allergene angeführt beim gesamten Frühstück, was als Allergiker (Zöliakie) echt mühsam ist.

Fiquei bastante dececionada com a estadia, especialmente tendo em conta o preço. O quarto estava apenas razoavelmente limpo, a cama era muito desconfortável e havia muito barulho de manhã, o que tornava difícil descansar. O pequeno-almoço/brunch também foi uma grande desilusão e, na minha opinião, não era agradável nem correspondia à qualidade esperada. No geral, esperava muito mais pelo preço que paguei.

Tutto bellissimo! La vicinanza alla spiaggia, la possibilità di andare piu volte al brunch, illimitatamente. Dopo il check out si puo lasciare la valigia nel deposito bagagli, e c'ə anche la possibilità di farsi una doccia e danno pure gli asciugamani. Per chi vuole fare serata consiglio la discoteca Amok, che dista meno di 10 minuti con il taxi dall'hotel. Nel complesso super soddisfatta e contenta!

Difícil aparcamiento cerca, hay un descampado grande cerca pero fuimos a final de agosto y primeros de septiembre y se llena durante la tarde por lo que si llegas a partir de las 21:00 hay que callejear y dar bastantes vueltas hasta encontrar un hueco libre.

1/ Perfect brunch till 13:30 with many fresh fruits and juices. Love it alot. 2/Beside location is so convenient to the beach and bus stop to airport just front door. 3/ waiting lounge is so chill and spacious

Its nice that there is a small but well equipped gym and a pool. It is very well located a few minutes from the bus stop. The staff was very friendly and they let us use the lockers to leave our stuff after checkout.

The room and the bathroom wasn't very clean, with hair on the ground. There were 2 elevators and since the building had 9 floors with lots of rooms they were used all the time and we had to wait at times quite long to be able to use it. The breakfast was OK with a wide seection, but I found the quality not so high. It was all in all perfect for one night.

Partendo dal presupposto che un hotel molto grande, c’era un ascensore fuori servizio e gli altri due un po scassati ci mettevano una vita, colazione/brunch nulla di che, roba un pochino scadente e niente di tipico (essendo in Spagna). Prenotanti abbiamo visto che aveva un fantastico box doccia e ci siamo ritrovati con una vasca scadente con una tendina della nonna (roba che noi detestiamo e se l’avremmo visto avremmo sicuro scelto altro. Piscina accogliente e attrezzata, l’unica pecca che aveva 16/20 lettini, che in un hotel di queste dimensioni risultano un po pochini

Chilled atmosphere, breakfast, staff, the area around the pool, blackout curtains, quiet at night, air-con, easy transport links to get to nicer areas.

Pool closing at 6pm was a bit of a shame. The brown colour in all the rooms was a bit unappealing.

A good and comfortable hotel. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I really liked the long breakfast hours, from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM - very convenient when you’re on vacation. There was no kettle in the room, but when we asked at reception, we were told that hot water for tea could be taken from the bar.

The only thing I would improve is the cleaning -I think it could receive a little more attention.

Zdecydowanie za mało wind, jak na tak duży hotel.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était parfait, avec un arrêt de bus juste en face, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement. Le brunch est, à mon avis, le plus gros point positif de l’hôtel. Il est varié et reste ouvert jusqu’à 13h30, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de nos matinées tranquillement, sans avoir à nous lever tôt. La salle de sport ouverte 24h/24 est également un vrai plus. Concernant les chambres, elles étaient correctement équipées (climatisation, réfrigérateur, etc.)

la propreté laissait à désirer. Le ménage n’a pas été effectué régulièrement : durant notre séjour de 5 jours, il n’a été fait qu’une seule fois, avec uniquement un changement des serviettes.

Doccia vecchia, tenda arrugginita, vasca scomoda. Personale di reception poco collaborativo : sembrava più un ostello Piscina dí dimensioni molto ridotte

Το φαγητό είναι εξαιρετικό και το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την παραλία και έχει πλούσια αγορά τριγύρω. Απέναντι υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου και υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση σε αξιοθεατα.

Πολυ ευγενικο προσωπικο στη ρεσεψιον και στο πρωινο.

Πολυ βρωμικο. Λερωμενες και βαμενες πετσετες. Σεντονια με τρυπα. Το πατωμα δεν ειχε καθαριστει. Το μπανιο προφανεστατα δεν ειχε καθαριστει.

Piscina e sdraio inutilizzabile: poche sdraio a disposizione e servirebbe più controllo verso chi alle 8 di mattina le occupa con teli mare pur non essendo poi presente per ore. Alcuni dettagli della pulizia andrebbero migliorati.

Coffre fort payant. Pas assez de transat au bord de la piscine et piscine globalement uniquement à l’ombre. Emplacement correct si on souhaite faire la fête. Il est très difficile de se garer près de l’hôtel
